They knew how much other shoe repair charged and their argument for adding an additional $50 to the $100 that other places charge was their quality of work was better. I was also able when I came back to get the step savers for the tips of my new shoes.The shoes are pointy and when I'm walking it was scraping off the front of the shoe where the tip was so I wanted to add step Savers to preserve the tips of the shoes. The prices were very reasonable he didn't overcharge me in fact he charged me a few dollars less than what he originally told me when I came in to get the tips put on the shoes. This will definitely be my go-to place in the future when I need shoes repaired or restored. There are not many cobblers in the area so when I found this one I was happy. It took them exactly 1 week to do everything and I went back exactly a week later, like they told me to do, and without even texting or calling the boots were ready and fixed!
