Initially, I dropped off the shoe and was told I would get a call with an estimate. I dropped them off on a Saturday and had heard nothing by the following Sunday so I reached out via Facebook messenger and left my number. I was called back by Farrell, the owner, and given a quote, a time estimate and an option to pay via PayPal (they don't do credit cards). Once that was all squared away, Clarke's went to work on my shoe. When it was finished Farrell called me to let me know I could pick it up and explained a little about what he did to the shoe. While Bel Air is a bit of a drive for me, the customer service and quality of the work that Clarke's provided means I will be returning in the future.

For years, they were located at Reisterstown plaza and within the past few years they have been in Pikesville. Again, I have been coming here for years and I have been able to save tons of shoes from the shoe graveyard. This particular trip came about because of a pair of boots that I purchased on final sale. I couldn't get my foot inside of the boot so I brought it here to get a full zipper placed so I could were these boots for any boots on the ground events. Soooo, after a few days my boots were ready for pick up and I was able to wear my boots as promised. Happy customer 10/10~ will definitely be back to salvage any of your shoe needs.
