I'm giving it a 3 star because I've been here before and i had good experiences over all. I recently visited about 1 week ago and got a manicure, acrylics and gel. Usually I'm in and out in 45 min maybe an hour. The lady that did my nails took about 2 hours, she continuously kept hurting me and my cuticles were raw, she made me bleed and over filed my nails so they're super thin. I now have two chipped nails after a week which i think is BS i don't even wanna go back there again. read more

I really wanted and expected to love this place... tonight I was unfortunately let down. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by a 20% off sign on the door, a 2nd behind the good reviews and close proximity, needless to say I was excited! (The 20% by the way is only if you get a combination of pedi + mani.) I needed a pedi and a set of acrylics, as mine were all casualties of my move the past week! To continue, I had two ladies working on my nails. Let me start by saying my right away the ladies were constantly laughing, and the lady doing my nails answers her phone! These are my two pet peeves, I will never understand how a nail business would approve of such behavior.. Moving on, pedicurist did all that was listed, except the 5 minute massage.. it was maybe 1.5 minutes. Immediately following the short-cut of a massage, she says, "Add 10 min?"..No thank you! How about add the 3.5 minutes I'm paying for? Additionally, she then says after painting my nails, and wiping of a huge smudge she made on my toe, "add christmas tree?" Goodness woman, if you really wanted to sell so much i would work un meeting your basics in customer service! To end that, all in all my pedicure came out ok. Now the area where I was MOST disappointed was the overall result of my acrylics. First, she accidentally got glue all over my thumb while gluing it on. Next, she not only filed and cut them uneven, she did two layers of the powder, which made my nails extremely thick! 3rd, my middle finger nail was uneven I had to point it out as I really tried to overlook it as I thought maybe it would even out as time went on, or maybe she would notice it, but she hadn't... even when I brought it to her attention she still didn't seem to notice.. that is concerning to say the least, as this was a very obvious mistake... To end my experience, I had to ask her to remove the very large amount of dried glue from my thumb, so unsettling I even had to ask... Also, the gel polish job is just terrible.. Will I be back, not a chance, I work in the customer service industry, and I have for years.. so I not only didn't raise a fit, but I still tipped well, I would rather go home and leave my experience to warn others of the inaccurate star rating of this establishment.. I'm posting pictures of my results to show the unevenness, paint job on the skin, and hopefully you can see the overly-thickness. read more

This is my second visit here but my first review. I came back here because I got a gel pedicure and gel mani here about a month and a half ago and I promise you the pedi has lasted the entire time! It could have lasted two but I was so sick of the color so I went back to change it. But seriously the gel products they use are the best!! However, I walked in this past Saturday and they got me right into a chair for a gel mani and pedi. I like that they work on the hands and feet at the same time. But no sooner than I sit down...three of the ladies working all turn to each other and starting speaking their language-then laughed and turned back to me to get started. THIS IS RUDE. No matter who you are-where you go--behavior like this is always considered rude. So after that not sure if I'll be back. I don't need so go spend $60 to feel self conscious the whole time. Great products, not the cheapest in town but still fairly priced. Furthermore will probably go elsewhere now. read more

First time I went there they were great. But my second time I went to go get a fill and they really messed up my acrylics. She had my nails way to thick and I asked her to shave them down 4 times. Still way to thick and she messed up the gel tips 3 times. There is gel all over my fingers also. I will be going somewhere else to have them fixed. Not happy with the way they did them. read more

I type this with a perfect gel manicure applied a full NINE days ago! They still look absolutely perfect! My girlfriend gave me a gift certificate for a mani pedi and I think I found my new favorite nail spot! Very meticulous work -- the prices are reasonable although there are LOTS of add-ons some of the girls might try to sell you that drastically change the price. You could end up paying an extra 30 dollars for a glorified foot rub. Just to be aware if you are on a budget. The basic prices are on the BACK of the sheet they give you (they put the front laminated sheet with all the add-ons on my lap while I was picking colors and I was confused and almost ended up spending an extra 40 dollars even though I went in with a gift certificate). In sum, you can rack up a pricey manicure if you do all the add ons or walk out of there with a gel mai and nice pedi for under 40 with tip. Lots of gel colors to pick, clean, nice tough to give out water, a little out of the way from my house but worth the extra drive :) read more

I know I can trust them to always do a fabulous job for the decent price being paid. Vicky is the owner, and she is so intricate and very detailed oriented with nails! She did my hands n feet EXACTLY like I like them. My hands last on me about 3 weeks, while my pedicure lasts about 7-8 weeks (YES! A long time). No mess around my nails after either,... Just smooth! Just went here for the first time to get a full set! I have horrible nails and cuticles because I bite them and therefore I'm self conscious of them. Cindy did my nails and she was SOOO SWEET. The experience was pleasant, and the place is clean. However, my gel manicure and pedicure was so messy with paint all over my cuticles and skin. As soon as I left, polish that had been on my skin started flaking off. I had to go home and file the sides of my nails to separate the skin from the polish on my finger. I first came here in a pinch as I just moved to OC and was going to an award show and needed a mani and pedi. Sally has been my regular go to girl. She does an amazing job. The staff is super friendly they have little bottled water for you. I usually book my appointments day of and I never have to wait more then a few minutes to be seated. They have a great color selection and if you need a design they come out great. I usually get a gel mani and regular pedi and get a week n a half to two weeks wear out of it. I would recommend Sally as I have only had one other lady work on my nails. Just be prepared to spend a good hour and a half to two hours for the full spa service. It's worth it! read more

I have known all the nail ladies that work at this store since I was 13. I have been going to Linda ever since I started doing my nails when I was younger and when they relocated to this location I followed them here as well because they are just that good. Everyone is so nice and and genuine. They do not try to rip you off or milk your wallet and they always have new fun nail design ideas. Vicky is the owner and she does the most amazing trendy nail designs, she is always on top of the new trend and always knows exactly what I want when I don't even know what I want. Their pricing is very reasonable and their service is exceptional. I am always satisfied with my nails and I always absolutely love them. The photos attached are my real nails and we just did the ombré dip on it. If you want acrylics I recommend Vicky, Sophia, or Kelly. Linda is my normal go to for gel and pedicures and waxing.
