The clothes are cheaply made, there are no dressing rooms, and the return policy is pretty strict. Why 4 stars? Because it's inexpensive! It's inexpensive because there is no overhead for labor costs of keeping up dressing rooms and re-racking clothes. If you need some basic t-shirts or layering tank tops, they are pretty cheap here. Accessories are cute and inexpensive. The sizing can be tricky since you can't try it on, but you'll get used to it. Viva la cheap and trendy clothes!

Not only are the employees rude and they fail to explain the return policy accurately. Not to mention the girls who work here dress like they work at a club. In the middle of winter girls are wearing the shortest dresses they can find and knee high boots. Not very classy. Don't waste your time or money here. The clothes are mediocre and the only reason they are marked down is because there are flaws in every single piece of clothing. There's no dressing rooms so you can't try anything on. This is especially hard for the people who live far away. I live an hour away from this location and it's unfortunate for me to drive all the way there, get home and realize certain things don't fit and then have to drive all the way back only to find out I won't be refunded for one of the items because it was considered "an undergarment" yet I didn't even put it on...Ridiculous. Hopefully this store goes out of business because it just plain sucks.....

I was warmly greeted at the door with items I was considering selling. Upon displaying my items, I was unable to locate one piece. Jessica was so patient and reassuring and took the time to assist in finding it! She then appraised and weighed the items and instead of making the sale, she encouraged me to wait as she felt the prices would go up. Jessica made an initially stressful encounter comfortable and reassuring. It is endearing to know there are business owners who genuinely care for their customers.
