a slice of pizza and a drink
Norman S.

My first impression is freshness of the premises and friendly crew. Attractive and delicious food and drinks. A healthy experience. Good ingredients. With special meals for diet sensitive people. Highly recommended. Easy parking right in front of the store.

This fresh slice has forgotten to put cheese and sauce on the inside of my pizza not once but twice. How do you mess up pizza?

I took my aunt out for dinner and we settled into a nice outdoor table on a gorgeous Easter Monday…read morenight.. that was at 4:45 pm and an hour later our food had still not arrived. The Caesar salad which eventually came was pretty standard, and I did like the zest of the jambalaya penne. The waitress also forgot my aunt's order of mineral water. I really liked the mango mule! But to sit over an hour waiting for food is unacceptable

The location is on the main strip of Tsawassen and is pretty trendy. Their is outside seating (including blankets and a small fire pit). They also take reservations which is a bonus. We came early on a Friday. My sister loves this place and I definitely preferred her dish to mine. I got their soup of the day ($6.50 for a cup). The serving and presentation was beautiful. The soup was roasted cauliflower with smoked cheddar. It was not at all what I excepted. It was brown and thick/lumpy and flavorless. They also don't have salt or pepper at the table (but their servers offer freshly grated parm). I also go a small pizza (feta, spinach, onion). That was $18.99 and again, mediocre. The sauce was flavorless but their crust was nice and crispy. The spinach didn't taste overly fresh either. My sister got their Backed Tortellini with Alfredo. Super rich and garlicy with the perfect cheese, pasta, sauce ratio! I loved her dish. Service was great. It was just ok for me.

My husband and 15 year old daughter (who has a very mature palet and is a critic when it comes to food) went to get some take out yesterday and ended up at this place. From the time they entered, it gave off this clean, fun, fresh ingredients vibe. The making of the pizzas were done in front of them with a lot of finesse and skill. The person behind the counter???? THE OWNER HIMSELF - BALI. This man knows how to make pizza and uses the freshest and most organic ingredients sources locally. #supportourlocalproduce He was friendly, attentive, accommodating, happy and most certainly the most social person ever. He spoke to them about personal encounters that he felt related to them.... And indeed it did; deeply I might add. He made their day honestly. Go to this establishment and you will find more than just pizza, you will find a man enjoying the business that was passed down to him 17 years ago. Show him support and don't forget, the food is amazing. Not oily, doughy, etc. just good

It's family owned by two brothers who have been doing this for over 20 years, and you can feel their passion the moment you walk in. The shop was immaculately clean, the service was top tier, and the attention to detail really stood out. The pizza was delicious, perfectly seasoned, not greasy at all, and clearly made with quality ingredients. I also learned a lot about Panago's standards and sourcing, which gave me even more appreciation for what they do. Highly recommend if you want to support a locally run, family owned shop that delivers a reliable experience and great quality food.

I only went there because of it. We sat down and given menus and water. For the next 10 minutes the waiter cleared tables and seated other people. There were only two servers. Finally the waiter came over and took our drink order. Another wait and the beer I ordered was to come in a bottle. It was poured into a glass so I could only assume it was what I ordered. When he dropped our drinks off we ordered. 2 of us had the roast lamb. It was the shoulder part and it was very good, not stringy or tough. One of the better places that I have had lamb. Tortellini was ordered and an ample amount came. They ate about half. The 4th order was the Garithes Uvetsi. It looked great and it was fine, not spectacular. The bread was not that great. There was no pita or any kind of bread as an appie. The waiter was not very friendly. No coming back to the table to see how everything was. We were just left on our own. There were numerous times we tried to get the waiters attention and we failed miserably. Another long wait for our bill. Over all the food was good but service left a lot to be desired.

Although we sat in the dining side, we were able to hear the live music playing in the lounge which was amazing. I loved the Brussels sprouts and potato skins. We also ordered the bolognese which was nothing out of the ordinary. One downfall was our service. It took over ten minutes before we had our drink order taken. When our entrees arrived, three out of the six meals were brought to the table over 5 minutes after the initial three dishes were served. A male who we assumed was the manager approached our table, asked us how our evening was, said "great okay thank you" and walked away. It was a nice gesture, however the interaction was not very professional. I would come back for happy hour !

Insincere servers fishing for tips…read more We showed up for lunch. The place looked nice. The hostess said the tables in the covered patio were reserved but the group won't be coming for an hour so we can eat there if we want but we have to leave before the bigger party gets there. She recommended we sit further away on hard uncomfortable seats in the wind. What the heck? It was uncomfortable then another waitress with light brown hair came by and said "is there a problem?" I said "we would prefer to sit in the covered patio" She said it was okay but kind of made kind of a big deal about it. Treating me like I was being difficult when actually I was very polite considering how they were treating us. Reminding us repeatedly that a larger more important party is coming in an hour and treating us like we were a burden. It honestly just seemed like the servers are only thinking only about their tips and not wanting to serve a small family. She ignored our table the whole time. I didn't get any Parmesan. Because she never stopped to ask how the meal was. The server had someone bring the food. It wasn't even busy. She just didn't care. Our server basically did nothing but avoid us. The only time she was remotely friendly was when she handed my spouse the bill. Obviously fishing for tips. She asked what we are going to do after this and as I answered she looked away like she couldn't give an F. These bad servers need to go. Bad service always ruins a business. It really doesn't matter if the food is good when the servers are rude. We won't be coming back.

Literally the worst service, by some pre pubescent girl in cut jeans shorts. We watched her walk empty handed back and forth while we and others waited for everything from the appy to desert and coffee. The pizza was dry the Lasagne was out of a can Im sure! Really how hard is it to make good lasagne? I sat there pinning to be across the road at Niagra where the food and service although not 5 star is miles ahead of Ill Posto. The place was busy but I have know clue why. The menu is limited the prices are high for what it is. Try the Pink Pepper Corn in Vancouver for far better food and similar prices!!!
