I am not sure if this is the same for other locations or just specific to this one. You can track your pizza from the minute they start creating it to the minute it's delivered to your house. Don't you love living in a digital world? Recently, I've started picking them up in store to save a few extra bucks since it is so close, and they've always had them hot and ready to go right away. Awesome. When my sister politely asked if there was anywhere else nearby that might still be open, the response was another cold "Nope, none," again without even making eye contact. No effort to be helpful, no basic courtesy, just outright indifference. If you're going to stop seating early, that's your prerogative, but at least have the decency to communicate it like a professional. This is the hospitality industry, and the absolute bare minimum expectation is basic politeness. That standard was completely ignored here. The fact that guests were still dining while we were treated like an inconvenience only made the experience more confusing and off-putting. It honestly gave the impression that unless you're already "in," you're not welcome. There's no excuse for this level of rudeness.
