Part 2 of 2: Some dishes I quite liked, such as Keto Grillin' (my favourite), Macro Shred, Paleo Foody, The Sea Ghost, Vegan Pump, Italian Passion, Iron Macros, and Seaside Paleo; but the majority of the dishes were so-so and not worth ordering again, and the Globe Trottin' Keto was downright nasty (I don't know if it had gone bad, but it tasted somewhat rotten). Also, the wraps were awful -- dry and bland. I initially really liked the Daybreak wrap -- it was moist, cheesy, and flavourful, but when I ordered it again, it was dry and bland like the others. Conclusion: some of their food is pretty good (for the most part, they do steak, chicken, and potato/yam mashes well), but most of it is meh, and for $12.99 to $15.99 per meal, it is not worth ordering. And if I do find something I really like, I can't always re-order it because the menu changes every week. Despite being disappointed with the majority of the dishes, I decided to place an order last week. I ordered: my favourites Keto Grillin' and Macro Shred; Grecian Keto (chicken souvlaki with cheese and zucchini fritters, cauliflower hummus, and tzatziki), Those Thighs Oh My (paprika-seasoned chicken thighs, mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, and red onion), T-Rex Goes Hunting (beef and broccoli stir fry over brown rice), and Sexy and You Know It (blackened chicken breast over pasta with sun-dried tomato sauce). The T-Rex Goes Hunting and Sexy and You Know It dishes were quite good (I'd re-order again), but I was disappointed with the Grecian Keto and Those Thighs Oh My. That being said, would I order from them again? Probably, from time to time. However, I will not be regularly ordering from them as there aren't always dishes I like, and when I try something new, the majority of the dishes are just so-so. Not bad, but not worth the price. Give them a try, and if you like their food, awesome! Note that they only deliver on Sundays and Mondays (you must place an order by Thursday of the previous week), and the delivery fee is a very reasonable $5 for orders under $100 (free delivery over $100). read more

I feel bad putting this review because these two guys seem very nice, but their food is awful. This microwave, reheating thing it's not cool, and the food lose all the properties. They are complicating the receipts. I ordered five different dishes on my first order, and I'm very sad to say that none of them was good. My partner couldn't even eat two bites . Very strange flavors. Sometimes simply is better. Also, they forced you to pay a deposit for the cool bag. and when you stop the service literally you have to contact them multiple times to get the deposit back. The website is also very confusing. definitely they need some branding and some new people working in the team to give them a different perspective. read more

My wife and I have tried most of the meal prep out there and 2 Guys with Knives have the best tasting, most varied and largest portions. This is the 3rd meal delivery company I have tried and it's by far the best! Comparable price point to the others but HUGE portions, and I am a huge eater (and so is my fiance). A really great value, healthy, and also delicious. And the menu changes every week so I never get bored and I am always excited to eat dinner after a busy day at work. I am allergic to gluten, dairy, and eggs and can eat almost everything they offer week to week without modifications!!!! Rare indeed. read more

This company is perfect. I live in Toronto but needed to order a food service for my family because they are going through a difficult time. I would have loved to visit them and take over all the cooking duties, but I have a newborn at home. Their communication was fast, even though I missed the order deadline. Very respectful and just incredibly kind and helpful. My family LOVED the food. They are particular about eating healthy so they were surprised I was able to find a meal prep company that tasted good and was HEALTHY. I can't thank them enough. I just ordered some meals from them for the first time. I am doing Keto and their options for me were delicious looking. I just finished Mykonos morning for breakfast. I didn't think I would be full but I am and I feel good. I was gifted a little chocolate peanut butter ball called "Friends with benefits" only 5 carbs and no sugar. It tasted decadent with my morning coffee! Best part, everything comes cooked and ready, just reheat if wanted. Will definitely continue ordering from these guys!!! read more

These guys really are amazing. Top quality food, great prices, professional service and delivery. I tend to get so busy that I rarely seem to be able to find the time to cook, but eating out doesn't always fit with my diet/health goals, so 2 Guys is a lifesaver for me. Gave these guys a month worth of business, but this food delivery services meals are terrible. This week's meals were all composted. Absolutely disgusting...and it takes a lot for me to compost any food (basically it needs to have mold growing on it). Disappointing really as the delivery woman is really nice and friendly and the convenience of just heating it up is also great. The menu is always creative and flavourful, the food is delicious and nutritious and the free delivery is the cherry on top.
