They also have some nice drink and side selections as well. The restaurant is open and airy with lots of natural light, so it's perfect for a lunch in the sun. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I feel like comparatively to other poke places in the SL valley, it's just not my favorite. It feels a bit overpriced and they don't have masubi which for me goes hand in hand with poke bowl restaurants. This is my new favorite Poke Shop. It is a little bit more expensive than most, but the quality of the fish is high. The Thai ginger sauce is so amazing and it pairs well with salmon. I always get extra sauce on the side in case I want to add a little bit more spice. I dont usually get shrimp in my poke bowls, but for some reason the sous vide shrimp just has the perfect mouth feel and the flavor compliments the other ingredients. I did a create your own bowl on my first visit and a Hungry Warrior the second, both were good, but anyone new should try a house creation first to understand all the ingredients and sauces and then venture out on your own flavor journey. read more

I probably go to this place 3 to 4 times a week and have never had any issues. Today the wrong dish was brought to me and I let them know before they handed it to me. My dish was found with someone else for an unknown amount of time and just taken from them and handed to me. Unfortunately, I am not interested in eating a food item that has had random people breathing on it/trying to figure out if it's what they ordered or not. I want to love this place but vacillated between 2 and 3 stars for a few reasons. First, I ordered tuna and shrimp and got tuna and salmon. The bigger issue is that the rice wasn't fresh, but you could tell it is either day old or had sat for a long time getting cold. One of the keys to great poke is fresh warm or hot rice and it just doesn't cut it to have cold, kinda stale rice. The wakame salad and crab mix were both really good as I tried sides of both. First time here was really good. Second time was good, but not great. Third time (probably the last time), the tuna in the spicy bowl wasn't what you want at a poke establishment. Drove all the way to Draper to try out a new place. Sadly we can't give them more than 3 stars. The Rainbow Bowl just wasn't good, my bf didn't like it at all. He ordered it with rice and quinoa for the base and there just wasn't enough sauce and it seemed like something was missing. Tasteless and bland. My custom bowl, on the other hand, was quite good! Mine was with salad greens for the base with tuna and salmon. My toppings went well together and everything tasted good. My son's kids bowl was disappointing. Again not enough sauce so his rice was all dry and sticky. On Mondays kids bowl is free so at least we didn't pay for it. Overall the protein quantities should've been more especially at these price points. There are other places that give you more for less. The eco-friendly bowls and cups were a nice touch but it can't make up for food that just doesn't taste good. I'm not sure if we'll be back. If we do we'll stick to the custom bowls. read more
