I bought the Christmas tree to either be a hostess gift and a table decoration or to keep in the hotel room to make it more festive for us. The hostess already had a centerpiece but the four of us sat together putting together the the Christmas tree and it was absolutely charming both to do it and to see it done. My post office managed to bend the exterior package but it didn't damage anything on the interior since it was in two sturdy envelopes. I bought the flower bouquets for my mother and sister before but this was the first time I actually got to enjoy one myself. I disaasembled it and saved for next year. They will last forever, just stand them up and wait for your family and friends to be amazed. I just ordered 10 to be sent out for Christmas. I made an error and Claudia, one of the call center employees, helped me to clear up my mess. She went on her computer, found my basket with the 10 items and we went through them and their mailing addresses one by one. She worked very diligently, and intently to ensure each card was with the proper salutation card. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was very apathetic during our 30 minute conversation. What a wonderful representative for this company. FreshCut Paper is an online brand that sells paper floral arrangement cards. They have both every day and holiday themed bouquets. I love this company! I have been sending these cards out as gifts for birthdays and holidays and everyone I've given them to is always so happy and impressed. I have called them on the phone and the customer service is amazing as well. They were so nice and helpful when I accidentally put the wrong address on a card. They corrected it right away and sent me an email confirmation. I always utilize the option to have the company send the card to the recipient. You can also send the cards to yourself to mail out but I'd rather they do it for me. I also like that they have a feature to choose a later date to mail out the card. Very helpful for me to be able to plan ahead. In my experience, delivery has been very fast. The one critique I do have is that they give you a discount on buying multiple cards only if they are mailed to one address. I hope they change that as it would be nice to get a discount when sending to multiple recipients. Overall, this is a great product and wonderful company that's brought so much cheer to my loved ones. Highly suggest! read more

At that time (and still) their website said orders placed by May 5th WOULD arrive in time for Mother's Day. It is now 6 days later and according to the tracking info, my order has not even shipped yet, so it is likely not going to make it anywhere close to the promised delivery date. When I called to ask about this I got a recording saying I should e-mail if it's "urgent." When I emailed I got a terribly unhelpful response that I soon realized was generated by AI. I'll be requesting a refund and would suggest others don't engage with this company. Horrible customer service and they're farming out "solutions" to AI bots that don't work. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered on 5/4 (my birthday) after seeing the website said shipping deadline was 5/5. Also, their website faqs say orders ship in one day. I will include a picture showing this. I got an order confirmation 3 days later which is two days after advertised shipping time. Still never got a shipping confirmation but held out hope. My mistake On 5/9 morning I contacted them to cancel said order which had not yet shipped and I confirmed this first by tracking which only stated label created. Then I contacted the post office itself and confirmed that they were not yet in possession of the item. I requested that the order be canceled since I have no use for it after Sunday and they had falsely advertised the shipping deadline or I never would have ordered. They care so little about customers that they don't even respond and instead send a useless AI response. I then got a response from a Carol who was probably just another bot. She offered to refund the shipping fee. How is that an adequate solution. Just cancel the order as requested ‍. She tried to lie about it being shipped blaming the post office. I responded to that email calling her out on her lies. I have not received a response. They falsely advertised, they lied about the shipment, and simply assumed I'd be foolish enough to not do research before contacting them. All this while using a common trick among businesses with terrible customer service which is to create a shipping label and leave it at that. Creating a label doesn't constitute an actual shipment I am including pictures of their own policy they don't honor and my communication with them. Notice the AI response instead of actual help. They claimed to be unable to cancel because it had been shipped which I proved to be a lie and I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the attorney general and will refuse delivery. They suddenly shipped it last night after I called them out on their lies. It will be promptly returned and if they even attempt to not refund it or withhold the shipping fee. They will be in big trouble since the sale was based on fraud! They are scam artists!!! Stay away!!!!! read more

The paper flower arrangements are expensive (and don't include shipping cost) but they looked nice in the ad and delivery in time for Mother's Day was promised as long as the order was placed by May 5th 2025. I placed my order on May 3rd - two days before their Mother's Day delivery cut off. They didn't even ship it until May 7th and of course it won't be delivered until Monday May 12th. For the cost of the shipping charge they could have sent it via USPS Priority Mail and it would have arrived as promised but they didn't. This was the final straw for me purchasing ANYTHING from a Facebook ad and I certainly won't be ordering from this particular company again. read more

I'm not sure how I feel just yet about this company. I found them through Facebook placed my order was provided a fedex tracking number just for kicks I clicked the link and on fedex website it states order cancelled by sender. On their website freshcutpaper.com it says that the delivery failed. How is that when it was cancelled before getting to fedex. Chat option is nothing but AI robot said I had a 15 minute wait to reach an agent well it's been 45 minutes I've been sitting on this chat with it open so I don't miss am agent and still no reply or response. Called the 8332332737 number and it's like a regular set up voice mail doesn't sound like a business answering service. Says they open at 9am tomorrow but it's the weekend and Mother's Day is Sunday and now I have no gift for my mother. I'm upset to say the least but we shall see what becomes of this issue. The service is terrible. I ordered something late last Monday night. I did not notice anything about expedited delivery until after I checked out. I sent a request to upgrade and received several communications saying that I should cancel order and re do it. NOT an option. I asked if it would reach by Mother's day and was told that they would "release" immediately. I asked what it meant but was given an obscure answer. I asked if bottom line it would arrive. My mother in laws birthday is 4/7 and it's going from Ga to Fl and won't be arriving until 4/8! My sister still has not received the item I ordered for her 14 days ago. I called last week and spoke to.a very nice representative. I took her advice, and waited a day or two to see if it would arrive. When it didn't arrive, I called back and spoke to another very nice representative who sent an expedited replacement via FedEx. Today I called to check on that order, and was informed by Claudia that it was being processed and I would have the tracking info soon. When I expressed surprise that I wasn't fulfilled yet, Claudia said that the company hours are Monday through Friday and said, "we are not Amazon". Never implied that this company was Amazon. I feel I have been patient and kind with everyone I spoke with, but admittedly a little frustrated today. I don't know why this representative felt the need to same something like that. I seriously hope their phone calls are recorded "for quality purposes". The other two representatives were very understanding and helpful. I saw a mini-sized bouquet at a friend's house and loved it so much that I ordered them as wedding favors for my 60 guests. I ordered the card on October 25th and was immediately charged $30 on my credit car. During the ordering process, NOTHING alerted me to the fact that this Halloween card I was not going to be processed until October 28th! AND nothing made me aware that the actual Halloween card would not be delivered until November 4!!! I was very disgusted with this company. For Mother's Day they were running a special 5 cards for $50. There system only allows you to mail to 1 address. So 1 had to purchase each card separately to send to 5 different mothers, which cost me twice as much. They were unwilling to re-emburs me or do anything for me for that matter. They said I could have them all mailed to my address and then pay to ship to each persons address a second time but why would I pay for shipping twice? I'm not going to do that!
