My husband and I have been using Tony for years now and we couldn't be more satisfied. We ventured out and tried Good News Garage once on the urging of a friend, who highly recommended their services. GNG looked at our car for a burning smell coming from the engine-- staff was friendly and our issue was resolved. However, Good News also gave us a list of $7500 in additional repairs they said we needed. Took the car back to Tony, who said that aside from one issue, he had no idea what they were talking about. Saved us $6500 from a dishonest mechanic. Could not recommend Fresh Pond Garage more highly. read more

Absolute scammers! I initially stopped just to put air in a tire, which I knew had a slow leak. Someone came up and offered to do an inspection which would "only take 10 minutes". 30 minutes later they said they found a nail in my tire and that they can patch it in another 10 minutes. They also said that 2 front and 2 rear lightbulbs needed to be replaced. They were cheap enough so I agreed. While showing me the tire, one of the lights on the trunk turned on. They said they all had to be replaced anyway because something about "they won't work after the system is flushed". Another 30 minutes later I'm on my way out of town with the new tire patch, and upon arriving realize my tire is low again (the light never turned off). When I go to leave, the tire is totally flat, and I have to drive 100 miles on a spare. The next day I take it back to have the patch redone, and they say that the hole was too big to begin with but they tried to patch it anyway, and try to sell me a new tire, not offering a refund for the patch. The initial leak was from a tiny nail in the middle of the tread, so if that can't be patched nothing can. I said no and went to another shop (Sunoco by TrumField) which patched the tire no problem. read more

These guys are thieves and liars. I brought my car in for inspection they wouldn't pass me because my tires were too worn. They talked me into buying my new tires from them. I was told that I'm getting Goodyear tires when I went back to pick up the car they sold me some extremely cheap poor quality tires at 50% mark up. They also told me that my brake pads are worn out and they wanted to replace those too. After the bad experience with the tires I declined. I return to my regular trustworthy auto service place and they told me that is nothing wrong with my break pads. After I read the reviews from other people with similar experiences I would avoid this place in the future. If you go there you will likely be scammed and sold lots of unnecessary repairs. read more

Eli - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. After all these years and look at all the bad reviews!! I guess I'm not surprised. Can't say enough bad things about this place. I needed a serpentine belt installed and they put it on incorrectly and it shredded in a day. Then they told me it was because there was a faulty piece that was warped that caused the belt to fray in one day. They did nothing to help me with that and told me they could fix it but wouldn't give me a refund. The same day they gave me an oil change and didn't tighten the oil drain plug. There was no oil in my car and the light was on in minutes after driving off the lot. These guys are extremely unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs! read more

My review is based on the one (and maybe only) visit I might make to this establishment, since I have a wonderful mechanic in the area already. I had my inspections done here- never been to this place before, and my insurance company had listed FPM as one of the approved inspectors. Inspection went fine - all I needed were two headlights. (my car has two on each side). Eli mentioned I may need a new belt, and showed me the small cracks.. but didnt say it was pressing and didnt try to push me to get it done there. I asked for a quote on how much it might be, and he said around $70 total, which certainly didnt seem like a rip off. He was very personable/had a good sense of humor. I was not ripped off, not treated poorly, and I was in and out in a jiffy. Works for me. read more

First time visit - they fit me in easily as a walk-in inspection. Expected to pay the $35 inspection fee, and ended up agreeing to $470 with a synthetic oil change, two filter changes, a new battery, and flushing my transmission/coolant/brake fluids. I'll admit, it had been a while since I'd done any of these things (including driving from MA to FL to MA), so they were likely due. A quote from another person feels relevant -- "Rather than run the diagnostics and show me what came up as fail and/or pass from the computer, they did a lot of fast talk." This is 100% accurate. They did show me where the lights were out and where my battery was corroded (though, I'm unsure it was as serious as he made it sound). I was encouraged to get my wiper blades replaced, a new oil pan, and a repair of the exhaust pipe. All these things were shown to me either directly or by video after I'd left the car at the shop. That being said, it would have added about $400 more to do these things as well - so I held off for the moment. As negative as some of these reviews are, I wouldn't characterize this experience as deceptive or a scam. It felt more like opportunistic upselling. Rather than just running the inspection tests, they really look over the whole car and try to upgrade anything that seems less than perfect. While it makes my wallet thin, I can respect the desire to make sure my car remains in good shape. Though, from other reviews, it seems this is a long-standing pattern and it's hard to know how much of what you're told is truly urgent. That being said, the guy I worked with was extremely nice, seemed to know his stuff, and was 100% comfortable with me taking some of his suggestions off the table for now. TL;DR: They will definitely upsell you. Likely won't return, but more based on other reviews here than my own experience. read more

THEY INTEND TO SCAM CUSTOMERS. BLATANTLY LIED. I came there and was only looking for a self-service air pump. A guy signaled me on where to park my car and after asking me what I needed, he said they could install an air sensor for my car for only $10. I told him my car already had air sensors but the sensor light was on all the time (which was not a problem for me as my car worked well). He said they could check it and have it replaced for $10 (again), and it would be very quick. I had no prior intention to have the sensor fixed but if it was only $10, I would go for it. I knew this price might be too good to be true, however, I thought this place had a special promotion to attract new customers so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I agreed with his offer. Then, he drove my car to inside the repair shop and left. After I waited for quite long, another technician told me the sensor for the spare tire was not working. I asked about the cost, they told me it would cost $85 for the sensor replacement plus an additional cost for "reprogramming" which I do not remember exactly how much. I refused the service and instead only agreed on having the light bulb changed for $45 (which I knew it would only cost $25 somewhere else). I did not feel good about refusing the service after having them check the sensor, but it was not my fault. In fact, I was angry about the guy who lied to me and tricked me into waiting for 30 mins to have my car checked in the first place. Aside from the time I wasted, this was a blatant lie to customers and a potential scam. I imagine if I trusted the guy and did not ask about the price again before the technicians actually replaced the sensor, I would be forced to pay ~ $150 for a service I did not need (I never want to pay that much for the sensor for the SPARE TIRE). I got angry because THE GUY BLATANTLY LIED AND CLEARLY HAD THE INTENTION TO SCAM ME into the situation that I would be forced to pay. Luckily I did not fall into the scam but I have wasted my time and I feel very uncomfortable with the experience. If this happens to me, it might happen to other customers as well. No one likes to be scammed or lied to. I occasionally came there for gasoline but after the incident, I will never do business with them again. read more

I had the worst experience with these guys! The van broke down on the highway and I called them around 6am to tow it to my place, the guy said no one here, call back at 6:30, then 7:00, then 7:30. Finally they sent the driver, who arrived 2.5 hours later and refused to take my driver to the agreed location, stating that too much traffic that way and demanding $100 on top of $300 agreed price, he ended up dropping my driver off in the middle of the highway, where he had to walk along the highway to the exit to request an Uber, totally unacceptable! Then, instead of bringing the van to the agreed location, he drove to their shop, giving me some suspicious reasons. The van was delivered 6 hours later to the wrong place. I had to drive there and direct him to the right location. read more

Ok, this place is badder than Michel Jackson..and he's bad. About five years ago I was in Belmont and my altinator went. Got a local tow truck to come and they were either from or took it to Fresh Pond Mobile. I told them to fix it. I figured that its a altinator, its a pretty easy part to replace and its not like I could drive it to my regular mechanic. The bill was wicked high. Like $500. Oh well. But then a few days later when I stepped on it on the higway, it skipped. On farther inspection, I finaly opened the hood. There were originaly 3 bolts holding the altinator in place. They only put in one and it wasnt in there solid. The engine skipping came from the fact that (and I dont know why) one of the spark plug wires was electrical taped onto the spark plug. And I was always getting an engine light. My mechabnic found that they had broke the censor right off but i didn't mind paying for fixing that. So this place is terrible. Dont go there read more

Hell, the mechanic took me (a woman) under the car to show me something- I was impressed. A few months later I was having some car problems and decided I'd support my local business and bring my car to Fresh Pond Mobil. After them having my car for 3 weeks, over $700 of charges, and my car not being fixed, I have to say they suck. read more

Oh Eli. How do you sleep at night? Based on all the other negative reviews I don't seem to be the only one that's fallen prey to his scheming ways. If I could give this place negative stars I would. In fact, I probably should be submitting a complaint to the BBB instead of writing this methinks. However, I wish I had done my research from my fellow Yelpers before getting work done on my car here. My oil pan crapped out and I needed it towed immediately on a Saturday afternoon. Triple AAA recommended this place and it was basically the only thing open. $1500 dollars later I leave the garage completely unsure if any of the work (nevermind the unnecessary work) was even completed. I did get a bill though that's for sure. He upsold me all this crap with his stupid fear tactics (your car will not work unless you let me rip you off is basically what it translated to). He took advantage of the fact that I'm a young college age girl and unfortunately it worked cuz I had nowhere else to go. I called my own mechanic from home and asked his opinion and he told me that all the extra stuff Mobil tacked on doesn't make a difference and was not necessary based off the original problem. I called Eli immediately afterwards and told him I didn't any work done on the car. He said it was "too late". Sure. Eli is a scam artist and I hope this place gets shut down. It's a mystery to me that anyone still brings their car here for any reason at all. Even stopping for gas will try your patience. I have gotten gas here a total of two times, and had the unfortunate experience of one other visit, for an annual inspection. Both times I stopped for gas, I was set upon by the employees, hassling me to get my oil changed, or to let them give my car a mechanical once-over. They wouldn't take no for an answer either time, and were almost confrontational about it. No thanks, guys. Your bizarre, high-pressure sales tactics at the gas pump are enough to suggest the kind of "service" you provide. I went to them for an inspection once, because I assumed they wouldn't use that as an opportunity to do the same. I was, of course, totally mistaken. It turned out that my recently serviced car was waaayyyy to shoddy to pass an inspection, and that it needed about $500 worth of work to make it road-worthy again. Among other things, this included the necessity of removing a small dent in my quarter panel, because it supposedly effected the angle of my headlight beam. Mind you, the dent in question had been there for two years, was nowhere near large enough to distort the beam, and had never been the subject of scrutiny in previous inspections elsewhere. In fact, when I asked him to let me judge the headlight angle for myself against the numbered crosshair, I saw that it was not only within the acceptable parameter, but was EXACTLY WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I declined their services, and told him I would accept a rejection sticker. I mentioned that the receipt would show the date and time the sticker was issued, and I also told him that I would take it somewhere else, and return within the hour, with a legitimate, passing inspection sticker, and a cop. You'll never guess what happened next. All of the problems with my car were miraculously gone! I received a passing inspection sticker, without the need for any costly repairs. Don't believe me? Well i am not surprised by all of the negative feedback. I took my car here two months ago to have an oil change. I waited and the manager came up to me sitting outside and said that my front brake pads were too low and needed to be changed. He also said that the rotor on the driver side needed to be turned. I was skeptical. I said to just change the oil. I took my car to Lexington Toyota and dropped it off for the 60,000 mile service. They did a complete service and i even said that i think the brakes need to be done. They came back and said that neither the pads nor the rotor needed any work. I took my just purchased used car here to be inspected right when I bought it. The rip off: Eli and team told me I needed to fix the ABS to pass inspection along with several other small things that would make my old car run better. The previous owner had put a sticker over the ABS warning light b/c it had been broken for years and they told me it wasn't necessary to pass MA inspection. When I questioned Eli about this he said it was necessary. Being the naive new car owner that I was I believed Eli and let him "fix" the ABS. When I went to pick the car up another woman was complaining that her bill was twice what he said it would be, so I was suspicious about mine. I checked the MA RMV website to see if I needed ABS to pass inspection. This is one of their frequently asked questions and you do NOT need ABS. (I didn't know this at the time, but the ABS was not actually fixed. I took my car to Hondaa King some time later and he pointed out that the sensor was just disconnected) The run around: I called Eli to get this straightened out. He said the computer was down. I went to the gas station; he wasn't there and didn't call me back. I went again and he said the guy who did the work was on vacation so he couldn't ask him about it. I went again, this time with an RMV complaint report form to get Eli's station number. Eli wrote me a check for the ABS that afternoon. I'm bummed that this place was a rip off b/c it's the closest gas station to my apartment. Besides the ABS Eli's team did over $200 of other work on the car, when all I went in for was the required inspection. They knew I was a new car owner and didn't realize that an inspection should be only $29 pass/fail and go. read more

My VW battery died this past Sunday. Since I had limited options, I took the car to the FPM, where they installed a "new" battery, and charged me for it, plus labor. This morning (Tuesday) I got into my car, only to discover the battery was dead, again. After AAA came, and after I had to cancel an entire morning's work (I'm a personal trainer, therefore if I miss work, I miss out on making money) I ended up at the dealership. Both they, and the AAA guy, told me the battery was a piece of sh_t. After leaving the dealership, I returned for a refund to the Mobil. I had called them already, several times that morning. They not only were dismissive, but when I suggested they might want to do something nice, and fill up my 1/2 empty tank, the manager got belligerent with me. Seriously.....they are, themselves, pieces of....Never give these people your business. read more

I don't know if I have to warn ppl against these guys b/c of all the negative reviews already and crappy service. Here's my story about these guys: My distributor blew and after calling about 5 or 6 places, Fresh Pond was the only ones who were open and willing to come out and give me a tow to my mechanic. My insurance assured be about the $50 cap on the tow, which at 11pm, I was coo with. After an hour of waiting around, I get a call directly from the tow company and said that I was 'out of range' and that my mechanic was too far and I'd be charged $35 bucks more. I laughed b/c it was a matter btw 5 miles and, maybe 5.5. He then said that if I got it tow to their shop, he'd waive the 35 fee, but that I would need to get it repaired there (that was a huge red flag). I told him I'd discuss it with the tow guy when he got to my car. Even tho, there was no way I was gonna go there. I got tow to my mechanic and despite the tow being within the 5 mile radius, Fresh Pond insisted I pay b/c the '5 mile radius' started from their shop. Freakin' cons. At any rate, I essentially told him no and that he should take it up with my insurance since they were the ones who referred his swindling ass. I eventually gave the guy 10 bucks only b/c the tow driver rec'd a restaurant in Cambridge to me. In the end, the tow driver told me that the guy on the phone was always trying to get a few bucks out of customers. I can't imagine if I had my non-starting car in his garage. I have had my cars repaired at this Mobil station for many years. I like to get in to the shop when my car is on the lift and see with my own eyes the problem. The mechanics are constantly supervised by Eli, the shop owner, and all repairs are done only after an estimate has been issued. I rarely had issue with the work, and they always took care of the problem. Sometime I stop to have my tire pressure checked, which is done for free. I like this place because everybody is nice and always very respectful and cordial. Most important I get a better price then the dealership. Ask for Avi, he is a good men. read more

Avoid at ALL COSTS. I used to be a semi-regular customer here. Used to be. Two recent botched jobs have changed my mind. Went in for a simple oil change, was not given an itemized bill and just a 'total'. They did not replace the oil filter, and they severely over-filled the oil. When I made an appointment to get it fixed, their mechanic had gone home and in more words I was told 'tough shit'. They missed their own appointment and acted like it was my fault. I also had an AC Compressor replaced here about a year ago, they did not test drive the car. The car's ECU had not been tuned and the car was totally un-driveable. Seriously, what kind of mechanic doesn't even turn on the engine after replacing a compressor? The car was shaking when idling, it couldn't have been a more obvious problem. Avoid this place at all costs. They cut corners and don't check their work. What mechanic can't manage an oil change properly? read more

I have been taking my car there over the last 2.5 years. I am the sort of person who always feels ripped off by mechanics, so I tend to be overly suspicious. With that in mind, I strongly recommend this place. The level of service is great but most importantly (to me at least), they never add unnecessary repairs and have actually persuaded me that I should not waste money on fixing a few things. Twice they told me that I only had a minor issue which they fixed for free. The owner is very knowledgable and personable and while the place itself is not as fancy as the other ones out there, their prices are good and I trust them. I can't ask for more from my car mechanic. read more

I've had Eli and co work on my car now for almost four years - they're fast, very reasonably priced (the same tires at Sear's priced out at $150 each, Eli gets them for $80) and Eli always asks me how things are going. I do my own oil, filter and brake changes (thanks Rich!), but I go to FPM for the hard stuff- things that you really need a lift for, or specialized gear... FPM also seems to have mechanics working 7 days - which is extremely helpful when you have to be at work M-F. There are many times when I've dropped a car off, only to pick it up later that same day, or maybe the next morning - convenient. I really don't get the negative reviews here - many people who don't understand cars feel ripped off by ANY mechanic. The fact is, the place is convenient, they do fast work, and yes they are price-competitive. read more

Hi Everyone, I hate to do this, in fact this is the first business that I have rated under 4 stars, but I can't help it. I have given these guys multiple opportunities to redeem themselves. The owner, Eli, is VERY nice person, I truly believe this. Eli does none of the work himself although he does look at it. I have to say, I have had a couple decent experiences here. Unfortunately, I have had too many more poor experiences. Specifically, 2 repairs over the past year were "done" although I had to bring the car back to actually be fixed again for these same problems. The only reason I brought it back was because I hoped it was a warrenty issue the first time and the second time it happened I hoped they would redeem themselves. Not a chance....I don't know about you but this has NEVER happened to me anywhere else. I only began going here out of convenience and let me tell you it is NOT convenient to have to bring your car back 3-4 times to have the same problem fixed. It felt as though they were just randomly picking something to repair that had to do with the system that was being problematic until they finally reached the actual problem. This was not just once, it was twice.... two different situations and two different automobile systems, same car, toyota, in the span of a year or so. I hate leaving a bad review but these guys make it really difficult to just get your car serviced. They are very convenient but are lacking moral character. I went in for an oil change because I was in the area (coming home from Boston) and they are open for service on Sundays. Unfortunately they changed the quoted price after the service was done because I have a vehicle with an unusual oil filter and it takes more oil than normal vehicles. Okay.... would have been nice to know at the time of the quote. And there was no need to be so rude about it. read more

Despite all the extremely negative reviews, I actually just had a great experience with Elie and Joseph. The transmission on my Saturn completely went, literally, with a bang, and all my fluid leaked out of the huge crack in the case. It was Sunday afternoon, and AAA gave me a free tow to a place near my house that was actually open: Fresh Pond Mobil. I gave them the quick scoop, and then went home. Monday morning, Elie gave me a call and told me I needed a new transmission. OK, I knew that. But then he gave me three options at three different prices all which were below what I had expected from researching online. He then ran a 14-pt check on the car. He pointed out that my fan belt was going--which I knew--and my battery terminals were corroded--which I also knew. He quoted prices which I knew were market-rate--and well below what the dealership would charge--and I approved the repairs. He also pointed out on the test drive that my struts were feeling soft, which I also knew, but I refused this repair since they're fine enough for me. I also needed an oil change--I knew that--and he topped off my gas tank. And the whole thing took three days. The entire bill ended up being less than I had expected after I realized my transmission was totally shot. And labor was included on all the prices. I suppose I'm just different than the other reviewers. I appreciate it when they point out things that need to be fixed. And I feel comfortable having them taken care of if they need it and not if they don't. Now my car runs great, there's a warranty on the repairs, and I know that I don't (or shouldn't) have to worry about things. I can see how people see Elie's recommendations as upsells, but you can always refuse them. read more

I like this garage. I've used them for over a year now, they are always helpful and explain any problems to me. Prices are fine, they are not a bargain, but I don't really expect any great bargains when it comes to fixing my car. The things I appreciate are small - it's easy to drop the car off and to get work scheduled, when my car has a problem they give me a ride home, they write their quotes down for me when asked, and Eli always shows me the areas fixed and explains what he did. I've never felt pushed to do anything overpriced or unnecessary. I had a tree fall on my car in last year's nightmare of a snowstorm and they quickly sent the tow truck to my house, they worked seamlessly with the insurance company. It's not a luxury operation, their waiting area is a single folding chair. But they are nice and do a good job, and that is what is important to me. read more

Oil light went on in my Audi and I stopped there for a quart of oil. Guy tried to talk me into oil change, which I did not need. I asked them to put in a quart and they charged me $25. Complete rip-off. when I called later to ask how much they charge to put in a quart of oil, they told me anywhere from $5-15, which includes putting oil in. read more

A few years ago I was in a hurry on a Saturday afternoon and this place was open later than most for inspections. They had the gall to look me in the eye and tell me I would fail if I didn't buy a new pair of wipers from them for $25 (cost at K-Mart for similar pair of cheap wipers, which snap on in five seconds, is $7). What was I supposed to do? I paid the extortion and passed. Never again. read more

FRAUD ALERT! I had my car repaired at this location because it needed towed and the tow truck driver said it'd be a good place. Yeah right! It was dropped off and they took a look at the car the next day. I needed a water pump replaced because it finally went out. They tried pressuring me into an additional $1000-1500 dollars in repairs beyond the $500-600 they were already needing to do. I told them to just fix the pump and timing belt and I'd be all set. Several months down the road my water pump goes out again. Hmmm, that's funny seeing how it was just replaced. I find myself stranded in the middle of nowhere. I get the car towed and talk to the garage the next day. Guess what...the water pump had never been replaced. In fact, the gasket that would've been replaced if they disassembled the part actually crumbled from its age. The garage said that the gasket would never have crumbled if it were even remotely new. Now I'm trying to get the invoice from the garage because I don't have access to my records at the moment. The garage miraculously can't find any record of the repair. They are required by Massachusetts General Law (M.G.L. Chapter 100a - 9) to maintain records of every car repair in their facility for a minimum of 18 months, so where are the records? I've tried being nice and they don't want to be cooperative. I guess it's time to get the state involved. I don't recommend going to this garage. I don't recommend driving past this garage. Stay away, far, far away. read more

I've had the "attempted ripoff over unnecessary repairs and hugely marked-up parts" problem here. I've had a friend who had the same. She went there to get an inspection, they claimed her car had failed and would need hundreds of dollars of service, she declined to get it done there...and they ripped the existing (and still valid) inspection sticker off her windshield. Try as you may, you're not gonna be able to characterize that as anything but dishonest scumbag behavior. read more

My wife and I have been going to Fresh Pond Mobil on and off for ten years with different cars. I never felt 100% sure about them but they were ok. What made me nervous was that every time I went in the found at least $300 more in repairs and the always scared me with the problem. "If you don't fix this right away you will have big problems." For the past 6 years or so I've owned a used Saab and now a used VW. In each case I take my car to Allston where there are specialists for each vehicle (Woodings for VW and Mecca Motors for SAAB, recommend both highly). This week's experience convinced me that Fresh Pond is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. They will do whatever they can to take your money. What happened was I went in for a vehicle inspection b/c my mechanic does not do inspections and while in I had them do an oil change. I expected them to say there were other repairs and sure enough they said I need to have my right axle replaced immediately or I risked having the wheel fall off! That's right, the wheel will fall off they said. I was skeptical. I called Woodings and asked them because in Oct. 2009 I had them replace the very right axle that they said was a problem. I brought my car to Woodings and dropped it off for repair. Less than one hour later they called to say there was absolutely nothing wrong with the right axle that all there was some grime and debris on it that they cleaned off. I went to this gas station to get an inspection sticker. They then tried to push other work on me - even though I'd just taken my car into the dealership for one of it's mandated tune ups. I felt like they were pushing work I didn't need. Go to the shell station down the road instead. They're nicer. read more

I wish I'd seen the other posts on here before I went. (The funny thing is they have all of the 5 star posts up on the wall when you walk in...) I went in for an oil change- I came out with 6 hours of wasted time waiting and a $500 bill. I start the car after all of this and the ABS light goes on. They broke something but I don't have anymore time to sit around and I tell them I will be back. I come back a couple days later- I wait ANOTHER 6 hours, for them to fix their mistake and then I have to pay another $230 for the parts THEY broke. Incredible. read more

I'd like to give this place negative stars. We have brought our car there for oil changes because it is convenient to our house and to Fresh Pond so I can walk our dog while waiting for the car. EVERY time we have brought it there, they have tried to talk us into some unrelated repair. Most recently, I went there to have my inspection done, and they said I needed a new tie rod and that they could do it right then. I said no--my dog was with me, and I wanted to check records of some recent work I had had done on the car. I brought the car to A-Z Auto in Cambridge (where I have had other work done) and they just called to say that I do NOT need a tie rod, and they wanted to know who had told me I did need one. If you DO need any work done, go to A-Z--Lee is awesome, and everyone there is very nice and professional. After reading all of these awful reviews, I am very tempted to write to the Better Business Bureau. I hate to think that so many people are being scammed by this Mobil Station. read more

FRAUD! Do not go to this place! I had my car there for an inspection. Before my car was sent in, everything was fine. After they checked my car, they told me that there is a plastic piece missing from my bumper. I thought it was a coincidence that it just dropped somewhere in the gas station. But the next day I noticed that similar plastic pieces were gone on the passenger seats as well. There is no reason those pieces would be gone considering how new my car was. But after a ten minutes inspection they were are gone. They pointed those missing pieces to me and gave me a quote but I refused. Should've taken a picture of my car before walking in there. Now I don't have any concrete evidence to prove their fraud. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. read more

I'm on the fence about this gas station. Cons: the owner (who's also named Eli) is stingy and rips customers off. Pros: the late night attendant used to sell me cigarettes and blunts when I was in high school and remains a dear friend and confidant. You be the judge. read more
