Taste: 5/5 Value: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Fresh Kitchen is my go-to when I want something healthy but still filling and flavorful. It's actually pretty impressive how everything is geared toward healthy options but still manages to taste amazing. I also love the building my own bowl concept, getting to customize my meal completely and get exactly what I want. The atmosphere is casual and cute. Nice photo opportunities available and the place is clean. Service is always fast and friendly and parking isn't an issue. Perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner when you want something clean and satisfying.

Six Bowl with add-ons

Let me start by saying I really do like Fresh Kitchen. They have quality, healthy food offerings that taste so good when loaded together into a bowl. On my most recent visit I had a $25 gift card so I really went to town when making my selections. I got a six bowl with lots of add-ons and ended of using all but 50 cents of my gift card. I would never spend that much for one bowl otherwise. My bowl consisted of: Bases- cauliflower potato mash & kale Caesar with extra side of sweet potato noodles Veggies- basil mushrooms & golden spice chickpeas (which are delicious) Proteins- roasted salmon (for additional charge) & blackened chicken (b/c the steak was almost gone at the time) Sauce- coconut sriracha Add-ons- feta cheese & kale pesto tomatoes I'm sure everything would have been great had I visited earlier in the day. I arrived around 4:30, which I wouldn't recommend doing. Certain items seemed as though they had been sitting there all day. The chicken was a bit hard and dry while the mushrooms looked shriveled up and were a bit chewy. I certainly ate all of my bowl, but those elements were lacking freshness. Took my order to go, but the interior appears bright and clean with helpful staff. Next time I'll just choose a better time of day.

A great place to grab a quick and healthy lunch or dinner. Flavors are consistent and staff are always friendly. I especially like their sweet potato noodles, mushrooms, BBQ chicken, and both the cilantro pesto and creamy ginger sauces. The blackened chicken and citrus chicken are on the dryer side.

We came to Fresh Kitchen in search of a quick and healthy option after flying in from California. It's a build your own bowl layout with tons of fresh and healthy options to choose from that are clearly labeled for dietary restrictions. Inside, there are a few tables to eat at which is in addition to the outdoor seating of the complex. We were served quickly and the staff was very kind. The bowls were so filling and well-balanced. I loved the sweet potato noodles and had a chance to also try my friend's BBQ chicken and mashed cauliflower. You can't go wrong here with whatever you choose!

I came here to get a bowl to go, and I was in and out within a few minutes! The service was super quick and the food was super fresh and delicious. The inside is nice and clean and does have some seating if you want to eat there. I took my bowl to the movie theater and it was a great little meal.

First time trying this place my bestie recommended it. I got Garlic Herb cauliflower rice, herb blackened chicken, basil mushrooms, cucumber salad and guacamole. Ingredients are fresh, chicken is not dry and the mushrooms tasty and the guacamole I love how they made it authentic. The rice full of flavors. My bowl came out really good!! According to my bestie his bowl is really good and fantastic! Dragonfruit drink taste good not too sweet. Services is fast and it's busy, workers are patient enough and I didn't feel rush. They're friendly and great with customer service!! The place is clean, beautiful and the table are creative with roses on them. I'll come back for more different food. This is really good!

Still a huge fan of Fresh Kitchen and figured I'd do an updated review since it's been a few years! This is my go-to bowl spot and it is delicious. Highly recommend for anyone near UCF. I love to get a four bowl with 2x sweet potato noodles, green beans, bbq chicken and the white ginger sauce on top. The inside is super cute and they have a good amount of seating both inside and outside. The staff is great too!

Love this place, I see it as more optioned higher quality chipotle style restaurant. Eating this multiple times a month for sure and the staff is great too, always making sure you're getting exactly what you asked for!

Fresh Kitchen narrowed their protein menu down to ...4 chicken besides a salmon ($4) and steak. The chef should be a bit more creative. For that, I took one star off. The staff was great

I received a coupon for a free bowl during a UCF event. They have a great variety of protein, veggies, sauces, and toppings. The six bowl comes with two bases, two proteins, two veggies, and one sauce. I got cauliflower rice, kale slaw, mushrooms, spicy chickpeas, blackened chicken, and curry chicken. The portion was large enough to split between my husband and I for lunch. This would have been a good value for two people. The menu price is about $14 so for one person it's a little high for a counter service restaurant. Also, the music was so loud I could hardly hear the workers when I had questions about what different items were. The food was tasty and fresh. It also seems like a healthy option for a fast service type restaurant. Definitely give them a try.

One of my favorite places to eat in Orlando. I've been here 20+ times and never had a poor experience. My partner says he could eat it every day for the rest of his life . My go-to order is a 4 bowl with sweet potato noodles, brown rice, green beans, BBQ chicken, and white ginger sauce. The ingredients always taste so fresh and it's such a nutrient dense and hearty meal, that makes you feel great after. The employees are always amazing and the service is super fast. Plenty of seating inside and outside. I LOVE IT HERE!

Where have I been that it's taken me so long to dine here?? A friend of mine recommended this spot since they offer fresh ingredients and even fresh juices. For me the overall experience was 3. Whoever designed seating was really pushing it in terms of how close together the booths/high tops are. There were several occasions where people almost knocked over our drinks on the table just trying to walk by. It was annoying having to brace yourself every time somebody walked by. The food overall was good but I wasn't a big fan of how the toppings at the end were extra, even the pico de gallo so if you did your bowl straight up with out any of the extras it would literally just be 4 /6 items depending on which bowl you chose. I get that some extras are pricey like the guac, but tomatoes? A sprinkling of cheese? They make these all natural cookies which were bomb. I actually enjoyed those more than the meal itself. Service was friendly. They were patient with me especially when I explained it was my first time dining there. Their juices are great, and specifically I mean the fountain juices. Good flavor, and not overly sweet like in most other places. Overall I'd dine here again.

Salt saturated spicy cauliflower rice- I could not eat it and neither did my husband.

Fresh kitchen? I used to love this place in Waterford, but lately their food, service, and readiness to serve is just not there. We have noticed a steep decline in their food. For example, their spicy cauliflower rice was so salty I could not eat it. Their food line runs out of food with a steady flow of costumers and the kitchen is just not ready or able to keep up. In the past, we have ended up waiting a long time for a portion of chicken or green beans, sometimes two or more items. Today it wasn't the exception. They don't have a system to flag your order so the servers down the line end up asking you 2 and 3 times what is it that you're waiting for. We took the order to go so unfortunately we're unable to give them an opportunity to rectify the salty side which happened to be in both our orders and in my bowl, doubled. Oh well... Fresh Kitchen is a counter service restaurant they offer gluten free, vegetarian sugar free food. Their ambiance is bright, loud and some service employees are friendly and welcoming. Hit or miss lately. I won't recommend it anymore.

My friend treated me to a birthday lunch this week and when we got to the table, the staff had a birthday card waiting for me! How thoughtful! We also tried the quesadillas and sliders on the happy hour menu. Both dishes tasted incredible! Sadly, though the happy hour has half priced apps, the plates are also half sized. They were absolutely delicious, but the dishes felt overpriced for the portion size. As for drinks, I tried the sangria flight. I wasn't expecting such a full portion size and was pleasantly surprised with that. I did, however, only find 2 of the 4 drinks to be especially tasty. I wouldn't order that flight again, but would be interested in their wine offerings. I loved the low lighting in the space as it set such a calm and laid back mood. The crust was perfectly crispy, which is exactly how I like it, and the pizza had great flavor. Service was quick, and we got our pizza faster than I expected. These things are huge, thin crusted, and unless you possess some serious pizza folding skills, best approached with a fork and knife. First up was Jason's Mom's Slice (JMS): tomato sauce, chicken, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, tomatoes, ranch, Jason's Mom's sauce, and mozzarella. Flavor wise, this was my favorite of the two. The caramelized onions were especially good, although I wish they had been distributed a little more evenly across the slice. My only real issue was the crust had quite a bit of sag. I suspect the large tomato slices placed directly on the crust released moisture as they cooked, making an already thin crust difficult to support. Next was the Meaty McMeatface Slice (MMS), loaded with tomato sauce, birria beef, ground beef, pepperoni, bacon, and mozzarella. They aren't kidding about the "meaty" part. The birria was the star and added a nice depth of flavor, but overall I found this slice a little dry. A side of Jason's Mom's sauce would probably have been the perfect companion, although it comes with an additional $1.50 charge. I also ordered the small Greek salad, which was anything but small. It came loaded with perfectly ripe tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, black olives, fetta and pepperoncini. The menu lists romaine lettuce, but what I received looked and tasted more like escarole or frisee, with a noticeable bitterness. I'm not certain what the green actually was, but it definitely didn't taste like romaine. The menu also mentions roasted red peppers, though I couldn't find any in my portion. I liked the dressing, but the salad could have used a little seasoning. I didn't see salt anywhere around the bar where I was sitting. Maybe there was some near the drink station, but apparently, I wasn't motivated enough to launch a salt expedition. The ordering process is straightforward. Walk in, order from the counter underneath the overhead menus, grab your drink, and find a seat. I asked for water and was initially handed a small plastic cup for the self-serve station. I asked if I could get a cold beer pint glass instead, and they happily accommodated the request. Thank you! A small gesture, but one I appreciated. There is plenty of seating, although the bar stools where I sat felt sufficiently rickety to make me question their structural integrity every time I shifted my weight. Total damage was about $37 including a 20% tip. To be fair, the portions are substantial. I boxed up leftover pizza and salad and finished them for breakfast the following morning, so there was certainly plenty of food. Still, for two slices and a small salad at a counter service pizza joint, the final tab felt a bit steep. Overall, some very good flavors and gigantic portions with a few execution and value issues. Jason's Mom won this round, although next time I might ask her to go a little easier on the tomatoes. And yes, giant cold pizza for breakfast remains one of life's underrated pleasures.
