This cava has consistently provided me with excellent quality, tasty, healthier food. It's in a great location with sufficient parking. I am loyal to cava! Employees always are kind and give proper portions. Restaurant itself is always clean. Even the food line is always clean! Only reduction in stars is any time I come to pick up an online order, I have to wait a few minutes until an employee comes out to assist because they do not leave orders on the shelving.
It's been some time since I got CAVA so I decided to order takeout from here last night and was very satisfied. There was a line to order once I walked in, and then a line formed behind me for other online pickup orders. It says to pickup your food from the designated online order pickup area, but they started keeping the orders in the back, assuming that they've had issues with people stealing other peoples orders. I created my own bowl and I highly recommend the tahini Caesar dressing. I made sure to also order a side of pita to pair with the bowl. Normally, I would get a side of pita chips, but I wasn't in the mood for them last night. I also highly recommend the cucumber lime mint drink! It's so refreshing.
As a Mediterranean bowl concept, Cava meets and satisfies a number of my favorite middle eastern flavors. Yes, it's a chain; however, the fresh food at each location consistently tastes the same. The only substantial difference between stores that I've experienced is the service. So far, the service at this location has been solid. Efficiency and following my many topping requests for the build-your-own bowl are important to me, and the employees here are good! I appreciate that! I really like the Cava concept of base, dips/spreads (x3), proteins, toppings (as many as you like), and dressings (up to 2) and enjoy choosing my own. So far, the named, set bowls haven't lived up to my expectations and preferences. Pita chips are a freebie with bowls, and can be purchased separately with a dip or spread. Bottled, canned, and fountain beverages are available. Lastly, the rewards program has recently been revamped to award points according to one of three levels now in play. I qualified for a greater number of points per dollar spent, so I am happy to see how quickly I am advancing towards a free bowl. See Cava's rewards program for more details.
I walked up to the counter to order and the woman asked me if I wanted a pita or a bowl. After I said bowl, she asked me if I wanted a free side of pita, which was really nice, because I've never been asked that at any other location. It took me less than 2 minutes to get through the line. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food is also really reasonable. It was less than $12. I'm a big Cava fan, and this is by far the best location I've been to in Central FL.
Decided to try them out as I've been hearing good things. Sunday afternoons are probably the worst time to come. This place was packed when we arrived which almost made me leave. I knocked one star off because there is so much wasted space and they need more seating. Yes there is seating outside but who wants to roast in 90 degree weather? No me but we ended up having to since inside was full. Ordering was easy and the line moved fast. My spicy lamb bowl was delicious and my son enjoyed his Greek chicken pita. I will definitely return but not on a Sunday...lol.
Very fortunate to have this place just around the corner from our current place. Always enjoyed their bowls. I used to get the wraps however the bowls had more food in my opinion. Which it also includes a side of pita. I always get the rice and either the Harissa honey chicken or the falafel and you can't forget the taziki or the hummus. The harissa however is a bit too spicy for me. Favorite dressings tends to be the yogurt dill and skhug. Service seems to be consistent and was always accommodating. The restaurant itself was clean with vibrant colors. Love that they have outdoor seating.
Freshest and tastiest build-your-own bowl I've had! Perfect for post work out meal, dinning in, or a meal on the go! They have many ingredients and options to choose from and their unique fountain drinks are super refreshing!
This was my first visit to Cava and I was pleasantly surprised. This location is very close to my home and I had met a few friends here for lunch. The restaurant is counter-service/quick serve Mediterranean food - it works well. I ordered a wrap here. What's great is that you can put together your own wrap Iowan the ingredients that you enjoy.....and it's quick.....most importantly, it is tasty! We sat outside to eat and the environment was nice. Overall great experience!
A great Mediterranean salad /bowl type restaurant with great options for both, those who do eat meat and for vegetarians. Great quality of carbs: white, brown rice or lentil. Variety of greens. My favorite is arugula. A few meat options, baked veggies and falafel. Incredible choice of deeps -- I love eggplant and hummus. And side salad toppings to add as much as you want are impressive. I love tomatoes salad, cabbage slaw, pickled onions and cucumbers. They have great selection of dressing and you can find a great low calorie ones like yogurt dill. This place is always amazing and clean. I love their personal. Definitely one of my favorite place to comeback to.
Every so often nowadays, a new bowl place will open, and that will be the best, most hyped bowl place in town for like 6-8 months, before the next big thing comes alone. Well now it's Cava's turn. The legend of Cava had been growing in greater Orlando, people ordering it for lunch at work, IG videos of people loving the product, so when a location was opening in Oviedo, I was excited to finally try it. We showed up one day ready to order. The building was absolutely beautiful, a nice, tall corner lot. The interior was very spacious, full of natural light from the giant windows, and the staff was all above-and-beyond in their customer service. We get in line and order. It was actually a while ago, so I don't remember the specifics of what I ordered, but do know that the topping options were very impressive. Lots of fresh, tasty sounding options. Tons of veggies, which we all need to eat more of. The meats all sounds great, especially their shredded lamb, I know that's what I had, and it was so lovely. I also really enjoyed the amount of toppings they had that were purely to add crunch and texture. I am a huge fan of crunch, so yes, please throw as many wontons as you can on top. There were also dressings and dollops of hummus you can add and mix it all into the bowl. And you get a free quarter-piece of pita bread on the side. They throw the kitchen sink at you. So overall, this place was lovely. The other bowl places that have been around a while are just as good, but that doesn't discount that Cava is five stars. With how close it is to my apartment, I will probably be coming back here pretty often.
My family loves Cava for its healthy options for lunch and dinner! The build your own salad or pita is our favorite because we can each get what we want. My husband and I usually opt for the salad greens with grilled chicken. The Oviedo location offered us pita to go along with the salad, which was a nice touch! My son always gets the kids bowl with grilled chicken and rice. He is in love with the crispy pita chips too. Cava is a regular restaurant for us for some healthy salads to balance out with our guilty eating that may happen on the weekends!
If I could give a gazillion stars, I would. Great location, great food selection, and a great lunch meal before I get back to work! Cava has my heart. Always providing me with the highest quality food and impeccable customer service. I might honestly be their #1 fan on Instagram too. I love that little pita chip with googly eyes. Whether I'm on a work trip, or in my hometown, I'm always searching for the nearest cava because I'm always craving it!! Thanks cava!! Might even name my first baby cava!! (Not a joke, I'm obsessed)
My colleagues love this place for great food and a nice outdoor seating on a sunshine day. We came here 3 months in a row to celebrate our group birthdays. I had the colorful and tasty hcef-curated, aka. Prefixef, Spicy Lamb and Avocado. I also had one of their fruit tea, the Cucumber. However, I took 2 stars off this time because their beverage cooler is out of order from last month and still out of order, but beverages, including milk and others were still displayed in it. This can be a health hazard. Fix the frusge or remove ALL beverages off. Also, the outdoor flower bed was also abandoned. It appears to be an absentee ownership issue to me. People tend to link a dirty toilet to the clealiness of ... the kitchen. Put flowets in, or throw it away the ugly decor.

This CAVA location is great! I've noticed they improved their quality in the past few months. Before, I noticed that the cilantro rice was not cooked all the way and the supergreens mix had huge unchopped chunks in it. I've been to CAVA about three more times and those issues stopped popping up. The pita chips are always crispy, cooked perfectly, and seasoned well. The ambiance has always been good with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It can be tricky to snag a good parking spot here since it's a busy plaza though. In terms of service, some of the staff could use more training in their customer service skills. They are very shy, soft-spoken, and standoffish. I've had to ask multiple workers to repeat their questions to me 2-3 times due to a volume issue with the staff. Regardless, I really enjoy going to CAVA and will be visiting this location again. read more

I stopped here for some dinner on a Sunday and there was no line around 5:00 p.m. It's my second time going to acava and so far I've been really impressed with the brand. I like that they offer a piece of pita bread with their bowls and that they have signs of the different options on the glass. Everything tasted really fresh and I absolutely loved their garlic sauce. If you're a garlic fan, you should definitely try it! The service was friendly. I had a couple questions and they happily answered it and even gave me some recommendations. Inside feels like a healthier Chipotle. It's clean and organized and there's plenty of room for people to eat indoors or take it to go. They also have a variety of juices so if you're looking for a healthy meal and a unique drink, this is definitely the place to go. read more

Wow. I have literally not stopped thinking about this. I AM OBSESSED. everything was so fresh, portions were huge, everything was DELICIOUS, and it's so unique. I ate about half and was so excited to eat the second half the next day Service was so quick and pleasant. A bunch of college kids. Super sweet. It's such a chill place to dine in or take out. I wish we had one in Miami!!! Cava is so worth the hype. I am OBSESSED. can't stop thinking about it. read more

Wow this is my favorite new place, this definitely beats chipotle and fresh kitchen...sorry not sorry. Not only is this place clean and staff is friendly but the bowls are so good. You have the option of option your own but I ordered the chicken + right rice. Which has grilled chicken hummus, tomatoes + onion, cucumbers, arugula and more!! I highly recommend you giving them a try if you haven't. Specially if you want something fresh and healthy. read more

Pros: Another wonderful fast casual restaurant right by my apartment! Love having quick go-to's that aren't very far away. The options for the bowls and pitas are delicious and unique and fresh. I love new options. The service is spot on. They do a great job of quickly letting you know all of your options. And the good is high quality and delicious. So many flavor combinations available. I'm gonna be frequentin this place for a long time. Cons: Absolutely none. Tips: I like to get the sauces on the side, that way I can control the amount I get in each bite, and the flavor combinations. read more

First timer at any Cava location! Love at first bite! Actually it was probably when I was studying the menu. A "build your own bowl" type of restaurant, however I went with the Chicken + Rightrice. I changed the greens from arugula to spinach and chose the pepper hummus and harissa vinaigrette. I loved they have the option for a healthy grain, like right rice which is packed with protein. My absolute favorite part of the both I have to say was the harissa dressing, but I will definitely be back to try more options! read more

This Cava location has a limited amount of seating making it difficult to go with a group. Perfect for small groups of 2-4. The service is quick making it great for a quick grab and go meal. It's a little pricey but customers get a good portion for the price they are paying. Ingredients are fresh and always ready to be served. read more
