I didn't know this obviously at the time. Well years later it's still causing me problems and even though I have gone to get it laser removed and I still have a yellow color all around my eyebrows. It's disrespect. For all the women that had this done to them, for the artist herself to not care about her work or her clients faces, literally, and the Connie Gayle center for not knowing what's going on with the people they are having work out of their space and represent their name. Please be careful and think again before you go there for an eyebrow tattoo or to anyone, anywhere. I don't want this happening to other people.

Tina took almost 40 minutes to consult with me first about her holistic approach to resolving acne due to the various types and the many lifestyle and genetic factors that go into causation. I really respected her expertise and passion. She was very honest about needing the affected person to commit to the regime and that the motivation has to be theirs, not mine. She wanted to temper expectations so that I did not waste a lot of money, time and stress over this "gift" of a facial or series of facials (or so I thought). I was very surprised that she spent so much time with me, answering questions when it wasn't making her any money. In the end I totally believe in her process, but I also am convinced that it would be too much for my son to commit to since he's laissez faire about his complexion and won't be motivated enough to see this out for months and years. I also get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed (before my facial) and she always applies a soothing balm to prevent any redness. And if you really want to pamper yourself, ask Christie to book a massage with Janice before your facial. Janice is also incredible. When I asked her about moisturizers, she said that what I was using, was fine, and by the way I use cheap old Oil of Olay, but still gave me free samples to try. What I did not like was the room I was having my treatment in, they boast to have seven rooms yet they placed in me in the front room where the walls do not completely reach the ceiling, so I could pretty much hear all the happenings in their reception area, to include the handyman clanging away at something. Didn't really help me to relax, or create an illusion of ambience that I usually enjoy with my facials. She did apologize for the noise though. Next time I will request a room in the back. But there will be a next time. Their treatments are affordable and their products offer sales every now and then. It seems to me that they have a lot of regulars returning there because of their wonderful customer service and expertise, they've been at that location for about 21 years, just under a different name. I'm glad I tried this place out, I scheduled a return facial in 6 weeks.
