I don't eat donuts often but when I do I treat myself to one here. There is ample parking. The store front is bright, clean and plenty of seating to eat there. You are greeted with a smile from a older gentleman or maybe his son. They have a wide variety of donuts but you have to come early they sell out fast. Very disappointing experience. I genuinely enjoy supporting local family owned businesses, and the shop itself was clean, tidy, and budget friendly. The staff very kind. Unfortunately the food didn't meet expectations. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with a Thai tea and a sugared donut. The donut was doughy and flat lacking the light fluffy texture I expect from a donut. The Thai tea tasted watered down. My croissant sandwich was underwhelming because it lacked seasoning and overall flavor. If you do decide to get anything from this spot, the donuts are the best bet. read more

My favorite thing to get here besides donuts are their croissant sandwiches, their ham egg & cheese sandwiches are not only delicious but they're huge and very filling! I was surprised to find that they now serve boba teas! I ordered myself a Thai tea boba that was very good. They have a large selection of donuts and sandwiches and all for a good price. My sandwich was $5.99 and my tea was about $5 and I got a half dozen of donut holes for $2.50. One of the best donuts in town! I'm 8 months pregnant and had a donut craving all week. I went to 3 different shops and this was the first shop that hit the spot. Donuts are fresh, soft and moist. We also try a breakfast sandwich #6 Bagel eggs, sausage and cheese. My son rated 3 out of 5. He said the cheese on the bagel was to hard. It was basic bagel breakfast sandwich he could of made at home. We also ordered boba drinks. One Thai tea with boba and a milk tea with boba because they ran out of have the tiger brown sugar. The drinks were made out of powder. We definitely had better boba drink (at a boba shop) We rated 2 out of 5. Why I rated a 5? Because it's a donut shop not a boba shop. Pretty much the best donut place ever and I grew up on Mr. T's donuts in Modesto. I have not met the lady behind the counter as we have only DoorDashed due to COVID. But she is the sweetest! I really wanted chocolate and she delivered. Should've took a picture because the entire box was chocolate!!! We ordered yesterday and there's not an option for jelly filled, but that's one of our favorites from there. We asked in our notes for one, and there it was on top when we opened our door. Very easy and convenient location for me to access. The staff is very friendly and ALWAYS seem to be cleaning when i go inside. This is a small place but clean. They also make sandwiches. I've personally have not orderes one yet. One of these days, I'll give it a go. I tend to go in for a chocolate donut and a small coffee. One complimentary donut hole is given with each donut order. A super bonus! The coffee is brewed fresh and goes hand in hand with donuts. There is a nice little table where you can spruce your coffee up. There used to be a gorgeous fish tank when you walked in. Last time i was in there I asked where they were. She said the now live in the Koi pond. This was my first time here. I saw that they make sandwiches so I went in and ordered a croissant sandwich. Unfortunately they did not have croissants and I got a bagel instead. The tuna was good.
