But Brian, Lynn, and this time their assistant Michael go absolutely quietly out of their way to give you the best of the best with thoroughness and dignity. They are brilliant, never urge outrageous purging, show tremendous respect for person they're working with and unbelievably, show respect when they have to remove items that are absolutely worthless and decrepit. It took the crew 1 1/2 days to move items, thoroughly clean (and I mean REALLY clean) disinfect, replace what insulation they could and return items (with even better organization). They hauled away infected items and they also can take your other garbage for a fee. They gave us advice on what else to do regarding bait stations and insulating, which we are doing. Everyone else wanted contracts and monthly appointments. This was one and done (I hope) and we are very pleased. For the work they did, the price was well earned.
