Good food but not friendly service. We have tried this place a few times and they can be a little rude sometimes.

Horrible experience, again! Thought I would give them another chance after a not so nice experience the first time (a few months back). Well, I was wrong. Girl who took the order over the phone was rude, and I'm guessing it was the same girl when I went to pick up our order. Same rude, cocky attitude - you know, the New York kind? I didn't even get a thank you or anything after paying for our order. Never again will I visit this establishment. I'll drive further to get a pizza, and a better tasting one at that. read more

We were told by some friends that this was really good pizza. We read the reviews and thought OUCH!!. We went in and had one of the best pizzas we had in this area. It was a thin crust pizza with awesome toppings. It was really really good. The staff greeted us and were very friendly. Our waitress was sweet and did her job with swift efficiency. We have been there a couple of times and I noticed that their pizza's come out fast and hot. I mean really fast but cooked to perfection. We also had the garlic knots and they were very good. Disregard the yelp reviews and give it a try I think you will be very satisfied. I want to try a calzone next time stuffed with veggies....already planning my next visit. read more

Coming from a weekly visitor, a good place to eat at is more then good food. Customer service is non existent here. I'm sad to say that my family will no longer return to this place after being mistreated twice in less then two months. Going back to less then two months ago: I go to pick up my favorite Italiana pizza, walked in holding my 25lbs toddler and after 15 min wait at register on a Friday night, I was finally ready to get home with diner to enjoy. For some reason I had to peak in the box just to realize that they had given me the wrong pizza. Ok, mistakes happen, but what really ticked me off is the ignorant and annoyed response by the owner who with a "I'm too busy for you" look on his face said, "you wait I make you another pizza". I look at the endless line, I look at the clock and my tired daughter, factor in the wait time we already had and I told him that won't work for us as I cannot hold her still and temper tantrum free for another 30 min. He said "sorry" and turned his back on me rolling his eyes. I was charged the full price for a pizza I didn't want nor I enjoyed. To me a better reply would be, "I understand you can't wait with the kid, why don't I try and make it right, next time your pizza (the one you ordered and paid for but didn't get) is on the house. I was aggravated but I let it go and we religiously spent our $30/week for the next month on pizza that was really good most of the time. Tonight we ordered only a kids pasta meal. I asked the girl on the phone to please add a little extra sauce this time since our last pasta order was a bit dry. Husband comes home and tells me he paid almost $9. They charged him extra for a spoon full of sauce on a kids meal. So this time I called and asked to speak with the owner/manager and told him that it would only be fair to be told that there would be extra charge at time of order. He got really nasty on phone, telling me that extra shit costs extra and that maybe I should take my money elsewhere and hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold and disconnected in a row. Finally on the forth call I told the girl that before she approaches the owner with the issue, I'd like him to know who we are. I was thinking that maybe when he puts a face to the complaint he'll reconsider his nasty attitude. I heard him in the back ground saying "hang up, don't worry about it". Another man got on the phone trying to pretend he was a manager, agreed that the response was improper, and then told me that he's only been there for a short time and doesn't make the rules, just follows them. So Mr. Lenni, I'd like to say to you, whatever the hell problems you are dealing with in your personal or business life shouldn't be taken out on your loyal customers. The sad thing is that we knew you were the owner, because if you were an employee, your attitude toward people wouldn't be tolerated. You make good pizza, but you lost us as as a customer and I'm sure there is others to follow if you keep that attitude. read more

By far, Fresco's is my favorite local pizzeria. I hate chain pizza so I like trying pizza from mom and pop style restaurants, and Fresco's always ends up being my favorite of all the places I try. My reason for the 4 star rating is that the price is a little too high, especially if eating in. And if you have an entire that's not pizza, the prices go up more. Oh, and if you're looking for dessert, this may not be the place to go. Very limited, basic dessert menus. But pizza??? The best! read more

The best pizza and pasta. My favorite is penne pasta with vodka sauce and the margarita pizza or primavera pizza.

Pretty good. Will order again because I think it is better than delivery chains and it's close by. I do however hope they clean up their act and get a better health report.... Some of their practices are pretty unsanitary. I would not buy anything that is in their case (pre-made), meats or anything cold. read more

This used to be our "go to place" for pizza and dinners but recently the quality of the food has gone downhill. The pizza is still great, but the dinners aren't worth it. Recently we ordered a pizza for the kids and 2 meals: I could have done the same meal with chicken nuggets and Ragu sauce. The cheese wasn't event melted. Salads were brown and warm and the bread was stale. Get the act together guys! You have a convenient location to many neighborhoods, but keep it up someone may open and drive you out read more

Pizza is good and the slices are a good size especially for the price. The specialty slices have generous toppings - hard to eat more than one unless you are exceptionally hungry. It's too bad they don't deliver - that would be a huge plus as the other closest pizza place is Pizza Hut and well...that's not real pizza LOL read more

Really big and meaty pizza. Flavor was good. Not the best pizza I've ever had but for the size and location it will do. Service was good. Salad was ok as well. We have been there twice to fill our bellies for a reasonable price. Some of the serving staff looked clueless while others were in a rush to get us out the door. We received a recommendation to come here from a local who was also a transplant from the northeast. We grew up in South Jersey and Philly and consider ourselves cheesesteak aficionados. this place is as good or better than many of the famous south philly and jersey places we grew up on!! Their pies are thin and crispy and the rolls are fresh. Great place! read more

Great food! We have done take out a few times and it's quick and all good. Last time we decided to grab a table inside and order/eat there. Again it was quick and tasted great! Best Margherita pizza in town! We live right down the road from here and always order from Fresco. Their sauce recipe is on point. Coming from a Jersey girl who has had my fair share of pizza from many places in NJ/NY, this is up there with the best. Always fresh and always tasty. Went there a Thursday night not to long ago. The pizza and food there is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. When we went here we had a server with short dark hair I think her name was Mona or something similar. When taking our order she walks over to the table and says "do you know what you want?" in a way that made it seem like it was a problem we were there. I asked one question about the menu and I did get answer, along with an eye roll. The food was practically slammed in front of us. It's a shame cause it really i was good. Half way through meal I tried to get her attention for a refill but she was to preoccupied with the man behind the counter. I reluctantly still tipped well and didn't bother complaining, but I will never be back again read more

The customer service is horrible! The only pizza I've had from there, that is decent, minus the grease, is the pepperoni. I've been in a handful of times recently since I work nearby, and I've had a bad experience every single time. The last straw was a few days ago when I ordered an entrée. The menu clearly states that all entrees are served with your choice of pasta, salad and bread. Apparently you only get the salad and bread at dinner???? I ordered around 3pm. I then get back to work and open my food only to find no pasta with my chicken. When I call to ask about my pasta, I get told that you only get the pasta if you ask for it. What? I've wasted to much money there already, only to deal with their bad attitudes and mediocre food. From now on Pizza hut or Marcos will have my business. read more

It's the only place we get our pizza from. We also recommend the pizza rolls, Philly steak and cheese and chicken cheese subs! Amazing ! The family run establishment is a breath of fresh air amongst chains and outdated pizza restaurants. We've never experienced poor service and our call in orders have always been accurate and prompt.
