First things first - the pizza is "okay" once you blot the excess oil from it. Far from the worst I've had in FL, but I despise having to drain the oil from my food like it's due for an oil change. However, the customer service - really, the lack thereof - seals the "I won't be back" deal for me. The cashier/server said two sentences to me: "Is that for here?" and "I'll bring it to your table.". No greeting, no asking how everything was, no offer for a drink refill, and - a pet peeve - dropped the check without asking if I'd like anything else. I did, but I wisely spent that money at Wendy's instead. If you are a celebrity and want to feel invisible, this is the place for you. Two stars because I could survive on this pizza if I had to. If you screw up the order just admit it. I ordered an item on the menu and requested no meat. The girl read the order back correctly but after we got home there was meat on our order. Well to add personality to the above visual description...I recently placed an order for pick-up. I wasn't going to be the one picking it up however. (This is a big issue) So Grease's daughter answers the phone. Wow what an articulate debutante she must be. Kept saying "huh" and "what". I'm thinking, this is your job idiot, pay attention. So she screws the order up...of course. Food arrives. The order is wrong and cold. Missing an entire sandwich. Yet they charged us. Called up. Got attitude and ignorance that you would expect from trash and the uneducated. No concern for customer base. Barely admitted that they made a mistake and over charged us. My friend and I came here on 3/16/2012, ordered our to-go pizzas ahead of time since we were next door at Beef O' Brady's watching the NCAA tourney games. 15-20 minutes later we came back to get the pizzas and they hadn't started making them and started a crazed search for the order ticket. They finally found it, no apology of any sort, and started to fire up our 2 large pizzas. That's fine, these things happen, whatever. "They" were two guys, one was a 40-something with greased back curly-ish hair with his shirt rolled up and the other was some old guy with gray hair that thinks he's in the mob. One pizza was made and they had no idea where it was going, he just shrugged his shoulders and put it up in the window. After a few minutes I got frustrated that we didn't get an apology so I asked for one. Longer story short they wouldn't offer one (I was very nice and calm). I asked them if that's how they like to conduct business, they responeded "yes". I didn't even want anything for free, just looking for an acknowledgement that they screwed up, but instead I got pushback from Grease, Gray, and some teeny-bopper chick behind the register that had no business butting in (I'm guessing Grease's daughter). They clearly don't care about customers and I won't be returning. Too bad because the pizza was decent, but not unlike any number of places in the area. There's family owned "NY Style Pizza" everywhere, and people that want business more than these goons. EDIT 6/26/12: Found a much better place! I'm bumping my review down. We went back again last weekend, thought I'd give them another try. One of the regular waitresses practically threw our menus at us, with a "what do you want?" to eat...she brought our drinks and dropped and ran, didn't ask if we were ready to order, etc. Again, my young kids noticed and we all agreed...won't be going back! read more

really good pizza and calzones - really bad customer service! :( EVERYONE in my neighborhood says the same thing about this place - that the food is so good - but the staff makes you not want to give them your money or go back. Every single time i call and order - there is no "hello or thank you" they take your order and then quickly tell you your total and order # and then they just hang up. Blows my mind. menu looks pretty extensive but i have only done the pizza and calzones - which are yummy. VERY greasy and the size of the large pizza or calzone is never the same - but its good. Really hit or miss. Asked for pepperoni, onions and green peppers, onions were sliced too thick as were the red and green peppers which appeared to be out of a jar. After dabbing up the excess grease, the pizza is ok. The cheesesteak was pretty good though! I would order one to go next time, cause service is absolutely terrible at the tables. They would be better off making it cafe style so you don't have to deal with the terrible waitress. I ended up by passing her to pay and get to go boxes. I would have turned into a Halloween decor of just a skeleton if I had waited on her to come back. The guy at the register was so happy and helpful. Pizza is an important food group in my house! My husband isn't a fan of the major chains, so we usually go with Fresco's or Marco's. Although Fresco's is a little more expensive, we always get great food here! We usually stop in to place our order, then run to Publix to get a few groceries. The best pizza in the world is in the New York tri state area. I believe the owner here is from that area originally and the pizza reflects that. Customer service has a lot to be desired! I just phoned and asked if they sell single slice pizza, and the response was yes. So I drove my car to the restaurant, got up to the counter and said I would like to order a slice of pizza cheese please. The response was oh we only have spinach and tomato. I replied well I would like a slice of cheese and they said we don't have that. Well whoever answered the phone needs to be instructed that they should tell the potential customers that we only have single slices of pizza in the flavor that we happen to have on hand.
