The restaurant is conveniently located right on the downtown strip with free street parking nearby, which is always a plus. The atmosphere was inviting from the moment we walked in. The host welcomed us and told us we could sit anywhere we liked, so we chose a quieter table away from the bar area. There is also a stage section that looked perfect for live music nights, although there was no entertainment during our visit. Overall, the ambiance was trendy, relaxed, and had a great neighborhood feel. They also appeared to have some very good happy hour specials for those who drink. Our server was very sweet and offered several recommendations. We decided to share the burrata appetizer and the skirt steak dinner. The steak arrived first and looked absolutely beautiful. The quality of the meat itself was outstanding and cooked very well. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable charred flavor from what seemed like a dirty grill, which took away from an otherwise excellent steak. It was disappointing because the quality of the meat was truly superb. The fries were also surprisingly good and almost tasted closer to sweet potato fries. At that point, we realized our burrata appetizer had been forgotten. Once we flagged down our server, she immediately corrected the mistake and brought it out quickly. Thankfully, it was absolutely delicious and ended up being one of the highlights of the meal. The fresh burrata paired perfectly with the heirloom tomatoes and tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Toward the end of dinner, service became difficult again. We were ready for more water, a box, and the check, but our server was nowhere to be found despite the restaurant not being particularly busy since it was still early in the evening. I eventually had to get up and ask the bartender for assistance. Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance and appreciated the quality of the food. There were definitely some service inconsistencies, but the restaurant has a lot of potential and several dishes that stood out.

I was glad that to have this new old option. There are few dishes that go better at the beach than a good burger! The space itself is essentially the lobby / pool bar of a hotel. There's an actual swimming pool that can be used up to sundown. I didn't get into the pool this time since I went essentially at dinner time, but do plan to come back earlier another time. This afternoon I grabbed a spot at the bar and started off with a glass of Sauv Blanc. It was light, refreshing and not overly dry. I was also complemented with a few baguette slices and a yummy hummus, perfect while waiting for my main course. Served with a generous bucket of fries, the "Hidden Burger" was delicious! As usual, I ordered it medium well and it retained a juicy flavor. Coupled with sweet caramelized onions and melted provolone cheese this flavorful plate was huge enough to enjoy half and bring leftovers. It was huge, large & messy - the way a burger should be!

The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful outdoor setup. The lavender accents, the adorable decorative bicycle, and the refreshing mist made such a difference on a hot Miami summer day. It's the only restaurant on the block offering that kind of cooling system, and it's such a thoughtful touch. The outdoor seating is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for 2 groups of 4 without feeling crowded. As soon as I walked inside, I was greeted by a warm, cozy atmosphere. Everything was spotless the dining area, the simple yet elegant table settings, and the beautiful pastry display. You can tell they take pride in every detail!! What truly made the experience unforgettable was the customer service. The owner was there personally welcoming guests and made me feel right at home. Everyone had genuine smiles, and before I had even ordered, she generously offered me a complimentary cachapa. That level of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. The energy of this place is incredible warm, welcoming, and full of heart. It's the kind of restaurant that makes you want to come back, not just for the food but for the experience. I'm so happy I found this hidden gem, and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I use to highly recommend the small Venezuelan hole in the wall with great pastry and savory options. However, the service is not worth it. For example today I came by myself walked inside to ask if I could sit at the empty tables outside. The server came a few minutes after with a menu, I tried to make it easy so I said "I am just having chicken tenders and a cup of water please". She said "great so you've been here before". After 10 minutes of sitting alone I walked inside and politely asked for a cup of water. She responded "it's free I'll bring it when I'm ready". So I went back outside sat by myself and a gentlemen sat him self and ordered an espresso. The server made his espresso brought it to him while I am still sitting on the hot side walk without a cup of water. She brought the cup of water while I was getting up to leave. At this point it had been 17 minutes. I told her I was leaving and she said I have to stay for the chicken tenders. I said I would have loved to but the lack of service and disrespect made me loose my appetite. She then went on to call me "Pathetic". I didn't respond I've been in the restaurant industry for 27 years have a quite successful restaurant here in Miami Beach. I don't know the servers name she never told me. But if anyone "owners or investors" want to look into the matter I highly recommend it. She had dark curly hair, was over wait and wearing glasses. Calling a guest"/paying customer "Pathetic" is unacceptable.

In contrast the gentleman who is often here at the counter is exceptionally kind, affable and attentive. Today Sunday AM I have to say that my egg sandwich was served COLD. And asking for ketchup for my potatoes seemed like a problem. But even with today's cold sandwich and less than friendly service. The food was delicious even cold. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited…read more From the moment my wife and I walked in at 4:00 PM, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was practically empty, which should have been the first warning sign. We started by ordering drinks. The menu listed more than five beers, yet they only had two available because, according to them, their freezer was broken. Fine, things happen. We then ordered a Moscow Mule, only to be told they couldn't make it because they aren't a full bar. Understandable. Next, we asked for an Aperol Spritz. They didn't have that either. Finally, hoping they could at least make a simple mojito, we ordered one--only to be told they didn't have mint leaves. At that point, it was almost laughable. Then the food arrived. They served old bread that wasn't even warm. We ordered two appetizers: the garlic shrimp, which was just average, and the tuna tiradito. The tuna tiradito was easily the worst I've ever had. The presentation was terrible. The tuna looked like it had been cut with a dull rock instead of a sharp knife. The sauce was supposed to have fresh lemon and truffle oil, but it tasted like bottled fake lemon juice with some strange black paste dumped on top. It was completely unappetizing. (I'll attach a photo so you can judge for yourself.) The most frustrating part came when the waitress asked if everything was okay. We politely explained our concerns, including all the issues with the drinks and the food. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she argued with us and became defensive. Customer service is about solving problems, not debating with your guests. Overall, this was an awful dining experience from beginning to end. I genuinely don't understand how this restaurant has a 4.8-star rating with over a thousand reviews because it certainly didn't reflect the experience we had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the quality of its food and service.
