1st time!!! Food was good , mummy mom he steak and I had a plate called marriage that was a blood sauce and an Argentinian sauce with a potato salad that wasn't good but the rest made up for it , I had a mojito and they served as really good bred with a spread. We will def go back . Service was wonderful and efficient. Ambience was nice , they had great music playing.

i Have to Write this review while i am eating because i cant hold myself, This has been The best Asado i have tried, OMG besides the food being sooo delicious and tasty (Just On point)... The staff (Hats Off) Que gente mas bella! Thank you for this amazing experience! Definitely a place to come back! Ps: i tried to put the same review on Google and it did not allowed me , Guys IT IS GOOD and REAL food made with love the moment you try the first spoon you can taste it .

Service is lovely, the ambiance and vibes absolutely classy and jazzy, the food is absolutely delicious not to die for but its kindaa worth ur money? my only complaint is the amount of food is quite little. We went as a group of 4 and got 3 little pieces of bread, got gampa shrimps as appetizers and if i recall it was 8 shrimps which were delicious and i wanted more

Husband and I stopped by for a mid day lunch date. I ordered the salmon and mash potatoes, it was salmon and mash potatoes (IYKYK). Our waiter was courteous and explained some of the dishes. If I'm around and need a bite I'd stop by again.

I was looking for an Argentinian place that closed after 9pm on a Wednesday night and found this cute place in the corner of Biscayne and 122nd street. We got there around 8pm and it was pretty much empty but a few groups started arriving around 9pm. The place is really cute with relaxing vibes, a good spot for date night. The staff was nice but we did have to call them a couple times but after we got their attention they were attentive. We ordered the skirt steak and burrata salad to share and both were really good. Parking is a little limited since it is shared with the hotel next door. I would like to go back and try their wine and empanadas.

Food here was great! Server was very attentive. Location was a little random but the place myself was cute and clean. Would return!

We stopped by this restaurants and it was odd that it was right next to a best western. We came here because of all the "amazing" reviews, however, we were very disappointed. We walked in and no one was there, all of the tables were empty which should have been a red flag. I ordered the fresh lemonade, and it was all ice and not flavor. The complimentary breads were amazing which came with three different spreads. We ordered the steak and the salmon to share. All I can say is thank god for the salt and pepper at the table, because everything lacked flavor. The food was bland, and nothing to desire. They said the salmon came with a tarragon mustard sauce, we were expecting something out of this world, not it was just store bought mustard on a salmon. The French fries were really nice and crispy, which is the reason for the two stars, other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They need a new chef! And again very disappointed in this establishments quality of food, and presentation.

Such a cute restaurant and wonderful service. Our server made me a special lemonade with strawberries and poured it in a wine glass per my request. The food was good but not sure if it's because they switched servers but they forgot to ask us how we wanted our steak cooked and we had to send it back for a little more flame. The food was delicious but the steak needed some salt but after adding a pinch made all the difference. We ordered the Parrillada for 4 and we had extra food to take home. I love the presentation of the meat.

I found this place through Yelp. This place is adjacent to the hotel. The place is clean and modern but feel cozy. We went early dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had cocktails and glasses of red wine with some mussels to start our meal. They serve these yummy focaccia in a basket. We kept asking for more. Then, we decided to share parrillada. It came with 4 different kinds of meat. I loved ribeye. It was so much. The place is not cheap but if you live meat, you should try this place.

Came here for a lowkey birthday dinner w/the family. I was so highly impressed with the customer service provided. From our water glasses never empty to our fresh bread basket (focaccia & regular rolls) of homemade goodies. We ordered the Lo de Lea appetizer. So much to go around & share with the table of 4. The mollejitas & empanadas were my favorite. For the mollejitas think thinly sliced pork belly perfectly pan fried/oven crispy! Topped with some of their homemade chimichurri sauce! OH MY! We also ordered their Provoleta - while it was tasty & cheesy (OF COURSE) it was a bit too crispy on the top. My husband ordered their Ojo de Bife (Ribeye) which came w/French fries & a sweet corn on the cob. Amazing! My daughter had their Linguinni con Tuco which had a nice crispy "parmesan" chip topping it off! I couldn't grab a bite to share my experience because she basically enjoy it all to herself. Not a bad sign... so it must have been pretty good! My mother and I shared their Steak Milanesa topped w/two fried eggs. This was more than enough to satisty us since we did have a nice array of appetizers. To close off we ordered their flan & pavlova for dessert. Both were very good & the flan came w/two individual portions. One thing to note is that they do not have a full bar. And this is fine because truth be told to eat parrilladas you need a good wine pairing! The setting is very rustic Argentinian with so many beautiful wine bottles (both empty, filled & as candle lit center pieces). Just love the cozy ranch feelings you get while dining. They do have a nice lunch special that you should check out for $22 which includes an appetizer, a main entree & a glass of wine! Cannot wait to return!

The bar is run by two Argentinian women who were awesome. Very sweet. I just had one drink because came from a happy hour so was already primed. I ordered the popular Argentine drink which is Fernet with Coke which is usually in the proportion of 70/30 but these girls have a heavy pour so more like 60/40. I also ordered empanadas which were delicious!! I had a Malbec meat empanada and a cheese and onion one. Unfortunately I live far from this place but if I lived close, it would definitely be a great place to hang out on weekends. Enjoy!! Ps. I came with my American friend who does live in the area and loved both the Argentinian people's vibe and the bar's vibe. He said he will be back on his own.

We went with two mains - the Cangrejada con Patacon and the Tonga de Langostinos Ecuatorianos The Cangrejada con Patacon was our 10/10 dish. The presentation is stunning, but the flavor... the dish is surrounded by a rich tomato/coconut sauce and the sweetness from the plantains, plus the crunch from the patacones, and the generous amount of crab meat - I've never had a dish like it. The Tonga de Langostinos Ecuatorianos was also great 9/10. It's set in a mildly spicy peanut sauce and the langostinos are slightly charred which gives the dish a nice smoky flavor.

It offered consistently…read moregood food, a welcoming atmosphere, and reasonable prices, making it an easy recommendation for friends and family. In fact, as my wife and I were walking in on our most recent visit, I was commenting that this would be a great place to bring out-of-town guests. Unfortunately, that opinion changed by the end of the evening. When the bill arrived, we learned that the corkage fee had increased from $25 to $35 without any notice. We politely explained that we were longtime customers who had always paid the longstanding $25 fee, but management was unwilling to make any accommodation or honor the previous rate. The increase itself did affect our perception. While $10 may not seem like a large amount, it represented a significant percentage jump for a neighborhood bistro, and it shifted the overall value equation for us in a noticeable way. What made it more frustrating is that a corkage fee increase feels different from a menu price adjustment. Rising food, labor, and operating costs can justify higher menu prices, but a corkage fee is simply a charge for opening and serving a bottle the customer brings in. Increasing it 40% without notice felt excessive, especially for a casual neighborhood restaurant rather than a high-end dining establishment. At $35, the corkage fee no longer feels aligned with the restaurant's positioning or value. Combined with the lack of transparency and the unwillingness to honor a long-standing rate for loyal customers, it meaningfully changed how we view the restaurant. The food was still very good, as it has been on previous visits. However, the overall experience left a sour taste. As a result, my wife and I won't be returning, and we will no longer recommend Silverlake Bistro to friends, family, or out-of-town visitors. That's a shame, because this was once one of the best reasonably priced neighborhood restaurants in the area. A relatively small change, handled differently, could have preserved our loyalty. Instead, it cost the restaurant two regular customers and future word-of-mouth recommendations.

It was overly-drenched with dressing. The flavor was a little bit off, and I actually couldn't finish the salad, which was a smallish portion to begin with. Overall, I would definitely love to try Silverlake Bistro based on the food I tried at La Poubelle. I've heard so many great things about it, so I'd definitely give it a try.
