Another red flag and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The home was empty by the way, no obstructions that could hinder a flawless finish. At this point I was appalled that more than several areas were unclean at final check. I understand sometimes very minor things can be missed however Susana assured me that she wiped down everything inside and out. Now seeing other reviews stating similar experiences.
