Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Places weren't dusted again and it felt like my floors weren't even mopped. I had to set up for a baby shower, cook for it then I had to clean myself when I paid MaidPro. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ed let me know what happened and states he would replace the shelf and asked me to send a photo of my fridge make and model. I said no problem and sent it to him. He then contacts me and lets me know the part is on back order but he assures I will get it as soon as it's available. Months go by and no communication. I waited 3 months and still nothing so I text him, no response. Completely ghosted. A few more months go by and finally I call him to ask where my shelf is. He must really think I'm dumb with his asinine response. He proceeds to say what, you never received it!? No I haven't. If I had I would not be calling. Then he says he took the funds out of his employees check and she was instructed to get it to me and has since been let go however long ago. He says he is going to look into it and call me back that day. Again never heard anything back. I called him a week later and left a voicemail. Surprise surprise, I have not received a call back nor a text. DO NOT give this company your business! The owner will tell you what he thinks you want to hear and then never follow through. I will NEVER do business with this subpar cleaning company again and I suggest you don't either.

PBC was also the company with the best customer service when I reached out for quotes. For my first visit, the team came in and did a good job. I did notice a few things missed after they left, and Ed was more than apologetic and offered to have his team come back to make things better. Not only did they return another day, but they did additional cleaning at the second visit (and he sent one of his best team members to make it right). Recommendation: Be clear about the services you need done as not all companies are the same, so ask for details of what's covered. I'm quite impressed with management's responsiveness and willingness to correct things. Would use them again. I'm sure overtime, my 4 stars will move up to 5.

First time customer and definitely a customer for life…read more Initially, I was searching Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to clean an area run one of our dogs recently threw up on. I created a message and sent it out to about 10+ local companies and although Thomas wasn't the first to respond, but he ended up being the best decision we could have made. Another company responded first and never got back to us so I went to the next message and it was from Thomas. After a few minutes explaining our situation and what we needed, they said they were available the very next day. I asked if I could add an additional room and he immediately agreed. Upon arrival, Another One Wipes The Dust was very friendly and professional. We showed them the rug and they started cleaning right away paying extra attention the stains and doing a thorough job. From there, we moved into the extra room that we added and they did a fantastic job on that as well. As they were finishing up, my wife asked if they could clean our upstairs hallway before leaving because one of our dogs peed on the carpet and since they had time, we paid the difference and ultimately couldn't be happier!
