These guys are AWESOME. We had a flat tire on a uHaul rental. They came out on a Sunday afternoon, I'm sure they weren't supposed to be working because they were dressed super nice and one had on WHITE sneakers. Plus, their cologne was awesome and amazing. Replaced the flat tire but also looked at the others and knew they were bad. They had to go back to their shop once they saw the potential for damage, still had all four tires installed within 45 min. Insane. HIGHLY recommend. Fantastic service. Waited 4 hours for a tow but that's kind of understandable on a busy Friday night. What's not okay is them dropping my car off at the wrong address a mile up the road. I was up all night on the phone with these guys/my insurance and nobody could get in touch with the driver. The car had to be pushed down the road to the correct address once I figured out where they'd even left it. It's bad enough to need a tow, it's worse when you can't even find your car because they left it at some random place. read more

Nick with freeway towing was beyond outstanding (and if you're yelping for tow trucks in the first place, you're most likely not having a great time with things.) He was communicative from the get-go and along his way to get to my truck, and extremely kind and professional. He even offered to try to pick me up on my initial trip back to my broken-down vehicle, to spare me the cost of an Uber (I'm going through a tough time, to say the least.) Furthermore, he was willing to listen to some of what was going on with my 2011 Tacoma (not a vehicle I expected to put me in this position) and ran some tests of his own, which he did not have to do, just to try to help even more. He offered to help me find second opinions if necessary and just altogether went far above and beyond what any other tow company ever would (not to mention towed my vehicle with utmost care.) I had a fantastic experience with Nick, owner/operator of Freeway Towing, 29Mar17. I couldn't recommend Freeway highly enough. I called to arrange a tow the day before I was taking possession of two valuable cars from a mansion in Carlsbad. Nick was courteous, responsive, communicative, and very helpful from our first conversation. We set a time for the following morning, and he quoted me a good price compared to about a dozen other companies I had called. Some had quoted as high as $680, one as low as $220 (but demanded half up front, deposited at their bank!! WTF?), Nick closer to the lower price, by far. I knew by talking to him, he was the man for the job. He was the ONLY person I had spoken to, at a bunch of tow companies, that gave me the time and attention and willingness to discuss and plan the job I had for him. Bonus, communication was very easy with him. He responded promptly to all my communications, as well. At our prescribed time, Nick was there and ready to roll. He had brought all the equipment nec to make sure both cars were loaded safely, properly, with no steel touching the cars, and without even letting the tow truck's steel touch the mansion driveway. Very impressive. One went on the bed, one rolling behind on the wheel lift. I followed him all the way back to my place, and he was a perfect and courteous driver the whole way, on multiple freeways. When we arrived at my place, he was great at helping me get both cars unloaded and pushed around into the two spots I needed them in. He was ready and willing with helpful ideas, and was willing to drop and re-lift vehicles to get them where I wanted them, though it ended up being unnecessary. At no point did I ever feel he was in a rush with me, nor did I ever feel any worry about the two cars. I honestly couldn't imagine having a better experience with a tow company.
