When i showed up at 5:30 come to find out lobby hours are only 8-5 on weekdays even with the big sign outside front stating their business hours are 8-6 pm which is still incorrect!! Why in not 1 out of the multiple calls i made prior did they let me know that lobby hours are 8-5 on weekdays instead of saying yes we're open 24/7!! They are in fact open 24/7 for towing but NOT to the public only the police. When i called they clearly were aware i was the public considering i let them know i need my toll fees & confirmation to get my vehicle after it was towed by the cops so why the false info & lack of courtesy to let me know they close at 5pm!!

Tow truck driver moved very quickly and never mentioned anything about possible issues with towing backwards. While under tow the tonto cover ripped off flew over the front, and damaged the hood, windshield, and front right quarter panel. Upon completion of repair I noticed issues right away. I have a picture of the truck hooked up to the tow truck with no damage and sent pictures to Major league showing damage. I called and spoke to the owner. He said anything that flys off is my fault, and they have no liability. Obviously I have never driven the truck 45mph backwards, and never even considered the tonto cover may be ripped off during tow. Driver never mentioned or even gave me a second to make sure the cover was secured, however it was locked as and closed shown by the damaged locking mechanism left behind. The owner has ignored my emails and calls not addressing the issue. 3 days earlier I had the truck towed from north to phoenix to Gilbert (57 miles) with no issues from a company out of north phoenix. If you want any accountability or safe towing I do not recommend this company. I have given them more than a month to do the right thing before leaving this review. I have since submitted a claim to my insurance and they feel the towing company is liable and will address legally.

I had to come here to gather all my belongings from my vehicle after a car accident this weekend. I didn't want to be here but this was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be. Lady behind the window processed everything and made me sign a few forms and then opened the secured door for me so we could walk over to my car to get my belongings. I still have quite a few items in my car and she was very kind and helped me with everything. I had to get a bike rack off my car, and she was nice enough to help me. I then also had a phone mount that was help up by my A/C unit and she was able to wiggle it loose. She even helped me carry everything over back to the office and also a 24 can case of soda water I had. After I loaded up my car, I needed to use the bathroom before the long drive back home and she was ok with me using the bathroom. Overall, about as good of an experience as possible! I hope you never have to experience this, but if you do, I hope you also get the same nice lady I had.
