Customer service is above and beyond, from day one, to the day we moved out, the ladies who helped us took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. Very personal & not cold or rushed at all. The area is gated and you can use a keypad or the app to open the gate. We opted to get the app & never had a problem using it to enter. It is a lot nicer than having to lean our your window or get out to type the code in the keypad, especially on cold rainy days. The app never glitched & you can view your payments & accounts too. I never felt worried about our belonging being here in this storage unit. I honestly forgot we had it for a moment or two until we drove past and remembered, oh yeah, that's were are stuff is all at. I hoenstly don't think I would have been that carefree about it if it wasn't behind locked gates. So, for me that was one less stress to worry about. When it was time for us to move out, all our belongings were in the exact same condition as we had left them with no issues.
