I am reading these reviews and I must say, I don't know who they're talking about. These people must be friends of the employees!!! I had went through here seven times because both car washes that I normally use, closed. The one on Chapman and Harbor by target, and the one in Cypress that was tore down, across from Ross and Marshal . I went and got my car washed today, the guy sprayed only half the car in the beginning of the wash, and did a poor job, a young lady, dried my car, I even tipped her nicely. When I pulled off and stopped at a store across the street, my tires were not washed at all. The inside of the car was not wiped and I paid $35 the door edges on the bottom all the way around we're not wiped the inside was not cleaned and my tires did not have the shiny stuff on them and I paid $35 for the diamond wash. This is the seventh time I got super poor quality compared to the car washes that were washing my car before I will never go here again and I suggest that you find somewhere else to go because this place hires people that spoke to me only in Spanish... and I'm not Hispanic, so I didn't understand what none of them were saying. Frustration is the word that comes to mind with this place. Paid $25 a piece for two cars. Pull through the wash and they begin the inside and were literally done in a few minutes. Get in our cars and realize nothing is clean. Ask to speak to the manager who tells me they vacuum and wash the windows only! Immediately tries to up sale a more expensive package, instead of trying to solve the problem. He also said it was clearly identified on the menu which it wasn't. I said for $25 plus tip for them to do nothing, I was shocked. I could of done a self serve for $12 and gotten the same thing. The manager wanted to argue with me which I said I didn't want to argue, but $25 for nothing more than an outside wash was ridiculous. Don't go here ever for an over priced self serve kind of car wash!!! read more

Not happy at all. Paid for $50, outside looks good. They did not clean windows good, streaks, inside found there rag, but did not clean between seats, cup holder, the middle. I expected way way more for what I paid. Will not go back. Car scent smelled 1 day, 1 day. read more

So it could have been a five star but the vacuum machines sucks a**! Like come on, how you going to do me like that. I paid 12 for the wash, which I get it my bad, I didn't do a full detail, but it's because I'm on a budget here ahhaha lol. For real tho, the drive through washers are awesome. I can't complain. They get the job done and your car ends up looking really squeaky clean. That's what matters, but I was also looking forward to the inside of my car being cleaned as well... :( read more

started coming here only because they would wipe down (completely) my car after it went through the carwash. last time i went (about 2weeks ago) they guy basically pretended to wipe my car down (i was watching because i was going to tip him) and stepped back and said "ok thank you". Got a decent car wash without breaking the bank. Ever since I was little, I can remember my dad washing his car every Saturday. Fast forward lots of years later and he still continues to do so, but has someone do the dirty work for him. Me, I'm great at keeping the inside clean and organized, but am quite lazy when it comes to the outside. Pops insisted that Jaime and I get our cars washed and suggested Orange Car Wash because it was inexpensive, quick and they did a good job. You have two options, you can just drive your car through the auto wash and call it a day, or you can pay a little more and have someone hand dry the outside, clean the windows and wipe/vacuum out the interior. We went the second route and settled on their Gold Package for $21.99 (you actually get a $3 discount if you check-in on the Yelp app!) It was pretty straight-forward. You get a ticket, you go inside, pay and then wait for someone to honk your horn telling you it's ready. Always remember to have some extra cash available to tip the peeps busting their humps in the sun! The outside was super clean and the did a good job of making sure all crumbs and other debris were cleared out on the floors/seats. Job well done. We'll continue to go back. Might even consider the monthly plan since it was so easy. read more

I usually go here to just get my car washed but then my kid had a little puke fest in my car. I asked Eric if there was anything they could do. He suggested I get the carpet detail to take it all out but they weren't totally sure about nixing the smell completely. But no joke, they totally pulled it off! My car's carpet is completely clean now and there is no lingering puke smell. Thanks to the staff for doing a super awesome job! read more

I took my car here because of all these positive reviews but I start to believe that these reviews here on Yelp are sketchy as well. I came here for a "hand wash" because I have an opti-coat installed and it was advised not to use anything but a hand wash. I get there the guy at the menu asked if I would want to upgrade to a light wax or whatever the package was called for $50, I told him that I have this opti-coat installed and that I don't need it because I was told not to do anything but handwash. He goes into acting like he knows cars, coating and paint and tells me that it won't do anything and actually helps the opti-coat.. blah blah blah. I was skeptical but sometimes you think that these guys suppose to know their stuff but my gut feeling had a red flag but I was like okay. But I SHOULDN"T HAVE. After they "hand washed" my car, the guy used an orbital to do apply whatever wax. And afterwards I started to see a bunch of swirls on my paint from where he applied the wax with the machine. Yes using this orbital requires expertise and new pads which I think they don't use. Needless to say, I have a bunch of swirls on my paint on a 2016 Audi A6 that was almost flawless before taking it here. Yes my mistake to assume that these car washes are experts but they aren't, they just wash the car with who knows what, use the same towels and wouldn't surprise me if they use them for tires, interior, etc. Debris is what causes that due to not using fresh or clean wipes for your paint. Anyways, if you have a bucket that you don't care about if the paint has swirls but if you have a car that you like to keep pristine, stay away! Go to a real detail shop or you will regret it like me. read more

What can I say, I tried them out a few times to gauge their spend and quality of work and have been pleasantly surprised. Fast every time 15-20 minutes for full service. Now I'm a monthly pass subscriber and can get up to 10 top of the line washes a month for just $45! Great value when one top of the line wash is $25. If I only go 2x a month I'm already saving money! Value, respect for your time and quality; What more can you ask for in a car wash? Happy customer! 7/23/20 update! I have been a loyal customer here for over 3 years and 4 cars. I just came in to add a membership to my truck when I have a $50 Diamond monthly membership with my BMW. New price increase of $15 per month= $65 per month for EACH car! No loyalty, no multi car discount and a $15 increase is high! especially during a pandemic. I would have happily paid a $5 increase to $55 per month per car, but and additional $15 is a lot! Look out for this $15 increase in your emails soon. 7/24/20 Update I'm only removing one star due to them calling me back after I left and are working with me on prices in the meantime. Prices will go up which I get in business, but they seem to care enough to take care of me in the meantime and delay a price increase on my vehicles. This I appreciate. Bought the unlimited pass for a month since I thought it would be convenient but today when I tried going back they said it hasn't been activated. Not only am I upset for the fact that signing up took a long time, I'm also frustrated because they said they couldn't find our pass when we clearly had the sticker. Last month I get my credit card statement and all the sudden it's $65.00 ??? First off, I didn't sign anything stating you can up the cost of monthly membership. I've been going to this carwash for more than 2 yrs and they've been good hence the 2 stars. Except for the past 4 washes. Went there today and came home disappointed. My car had a lot of water spots and smudges. I pointed out a couple more obvious areas to the worker otherwise it would've been worse. Backseat wasn't even touched and I paid for the diamond wash. Don't understand the negative reviews. I have been coming here for a couple of years and this is the best car wash yet. I have never gotten a scratch yet on my paint and I am very picky about my paint. They power wash your car before it goes in so you don't get scratches and they keep their equipment clean and change there brushes frequently. The workers that dry your car off are always polite and do a great job. Their not perfect but so much better than other car washes. I see a lot of high end cars here and I highly recommend them. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. read more

This car wash is dangerous and damaging to cars! I was there 2 days ago and during the wash, the black top strip of my car was completely ripped off! The employees did not mention anything or return the piece. Now I am forced to purchase a whole new piece for my brand new car, costing 3 times the amount of this wash. 4 star for my $5 wash that comes with a staff drying my car after the wash. This is a brush type. I dont use the full clean and vacuum often here because I am in a hurry. The staffs are nice. This is one of the best under $10 washes in orange and I would recommend the quick wash. The full wash is over $16 and takes longer to wait for. 5 stars if it was not a brush type. Great and convenient car wash near my house with a decent vacuum area and unlimited quick rinse for 16 bucks a month. The reason this got a one star was my car like many older cars(by old I mean 2004), doesn't have a foldable side mirror Everytime I go through the car wash for the past two months, they installed this item that literally pulls my left side view mirror 90 degrees and flicks it loudly back on the car. Knowing this can cause a lot of damage three times a week, I have decided to give up on this membership because I spoke with the staff and they said there is nothing they can do. If your car doesn't have side mirrors that fold I wouldn't go here. If you do though this is a great deal! read more

Edit. Owner saw my review and rectified the situation. Addressed the issue honestly and apologized. Offered to take care of me and they did. I appreciate that kind of business. Kudos for that. Yup. The low rating is definitely deserved. So I went to get my car wash today and after it was done, soap was all over my car! Since I paid for the $12 carwash, tire shine and other additions were included. The tire shine is added on after the car wash. After the gentleman put on the tire shine, he then proceeded to tell me that I was good to go! I decided to park instead of driving off. When I saw how much soap suds there were, I couldn't believe that he would tell me that I'm good to go! Luckily the $12 car wash comes with a rag so I could wipe down what should have been rinsed off. Bottom line? Don't come here to get your car washed unless you're getting the more expensive packages (north of $12). I wish I took a photo. read more

I got delayed at work and arrived so close to their closing time they were putting cones up. I had to have my truck detailed that day to pick up my guests from the airport, which was in a pretty bad shape with mud and dust from a recent desert trip. Victor was amazing, he took my truck in and explained to me what could be done in the limited time we had and the exact cost, and the workers did an amazing job. It looked like it was detailed for 2 hours, not 30 minutes, inside and out. Very pleased with the work and the customer service. Well worth it! read more
