Got my windows tinted in 7/01/19 they did an amazing job and the staff was really friendly.

As if carwashes we're not getting expensive enough already...... I took my truck for a wash and asked for my mats to be cleaned and for the bed of the truck to be sprayed out. I wanted a basic wash with conditioner inside and out. I paid $45 and a $10 tip. If I wanted conditioner on the seats that was going to be an extra $30 so I had to pass. But I asked for the mats and the bed to be cleaned out and paid extra for that. Take a look at my pictures. I was greatly disappointed and the response that I got was that they "sprayed it and that's how it came out". And that they were busy. Offered to "try again and see what happens" ??????????? I was kind of hoping for an apology and for them to pull the truck to the side and spray it out like they should've done in the first place. Saying that we charge for mediocre car washes and that's just what it is was not the answer I was looking for. Was not seeking a refund. Was just annoyed and one of them to clean it out the way they should've. Just take one of your high-pressure water hoses and spray the dirt out! And I paid extra for this! read more

My car is older and I didn't expect the interior to be perfect but there was still trash on the floor & dust on the dash. Rims were still dirty & spots on the car. Not worth the $25 I paid for the "Diamond" treatment. I'm glad I declined the super interior cleaning for the extra $30. I would have been pissed if I paid $55 for a job my 10yr old niece could have done better. read more

Got the Diamond package with an admittedly filthy car. The car seemed about as clean as one of the $5 automatic places. Inside of the car was somewhat vacuumed but not very thoroughly. Spent a long time completely emptying the trunk only to find they didn't even attempt to vacuum it. Never again! read more

DO NOT go to this car wash place. This place DOESN'T derserve even a one star. The guy at the menu was trying to speak in his throat about the the services that they have. He tried to convince me to get some kind of wax coating that would protect the paint of my car. I said I dont need a wax but he said I will get my rims and my car waxed for $27. So, I ended up paying $27 for just the soap sprayed thru the tunnel and towels wiped in 5 minutes for the whole process. It normally took at least 20 to 30 minutes to get a regular car wash but they only took 5 minutes. It was still dirty!! Never coming back again!! read more

Overall a pretty good car wash place. The wait isn't long. They did however leave small smudges on the passenger and driver window other than that very efficient place to go wash your car if you're in a rush. read more

I don't know why they call this place Orange Car Wash when it really looks like a Chevron gas station slash car wash. They are located on the corner of Main and West Chapman. I bring my cars here often and they have this deal where the 10Th car wash is for free. Who wouldn't dig that. So, in all they do a good job. However I once got the detailing express thing and IT SUCKED! My interior of my car was greasy and nasty.. It was like lubed up leather. I have been here enough times that I have begun a rapport with one of the car wash manager dudes. He knows what I want and he does it! However if he is not there in place of him is this OVER ZEALOUS douche of a man that tries so hard to get you to buy the more expensive car washes/detailing crap. He annoys me. He reminds me of a shady used car salesman. Other than that I like this place. And I love the fact that these dudes are so fast. Pros.. Washed my car here, got home and realized there were awful scratch marks on the back of my SUV. It was like it had been keyed over and over in an area about two inches in diameter. I went back the next day to ask about their damage policy. The manager (a man named Lupe) first told me that it didn't look like a scratch and that he could clean it. He got a cloth and some polish and buffed it out a bit. It looked much better, and it really wasn't so bad, but as he did it, he was telling me it wasn't their fault, it didn't happen at the wash, it was impossible, the machines are soft, and if it was the machine it would leave huge marks not limited ones (small comfort). When it didn't come out all the way, he shifted gears and said it definitely was something someone else did, keying my car. I pointed out that it was a lot of keying, as if someone was just standing there doing it for ages, and that's usually not how vandals work, they run a key across and get out of there before they're caught. He mimed leaning on the car and hiding his hand as he pretended to key the car. Such theatrics. Then he shifted again and said it looked more like the damage bird poop could do. What?? It was scratches, lines, and it wasn't there before my wash. It was high up on the back hatch and impossible to miss. Again with the theatrics, he leaned over, attempting to pretend that if you looked at it from a different angle it looked like bird poop damage. It was all incredibly insulting, and I told him so. He shifted again and said I had to come back the same day. Well I didn't see the scratch until I got home for dinner, and with my husband away on business and a young kid on my hands there was no getting back until the next day. I asked to see their written damage policy and he said they don't have it. I said you don't have a legal document around here, nothing posted? No, no, nothing, he says, shaking his head emphatically. He gave me a business card and said that if he needed to he would see me in court. Unbelievable. The play-acting made it just disgusting and ensured that I would never go there again. read more

I hardly ever do reviews, but this definitely merits one. I've never really been happy with this place, but it's 1 block from my house so when I need a clean on a late Sunday afternoon I go. This time I needed a full interior clean. Paid nearly $50 and I come in my car and the interior of course is still dirty. I wasn't about to complain because when I have before they still never fully fix the problem so I might as well take it home and finish it myself. If a full interior clean just means wiping the interior with armor all then I'll take my money elsewhere where they'll actually remove the dirt and clean my car. Never again! read more

They finished my car and I was actually able to draw a smiley face in the dust that was STILL LEFT on the trunk. I told the guy and he apologized and "re-washed" it. I wish Yelp allowed you to give half stars. I would probably give this place 3.5 stars in that case. I was very pleased with my car wash. The exterior was sparkling and the inside no longer looked like I lived in it. It took about 25 minutes, which is a bit longer than I was expecting. My main contention is the price. It came out to approximately $25 without tip. I don't ever remember paying over $15-20 for the same type of service when I lived in Newport Beach and Irvine. Alternatively, for $5 you can get an exterior wash and vacuum the inside yourself. I may go that route upon my next visit. read more

After purchasing a new vehicle, I've recommitted myself to weekly car washes. LOL! They do a good job on my silver vehicle, however, not that good on my husband's black vehicle. You could see everything (motion of the towel wiping, water spots etc.) on his car. The workers here are friendly. My car always looks good when they're done. I wouldn't say they have attention to detail because I always notice a missed spot or water here or there; overall a decent place. If you have a light colored car, you're winning here, if your car is dark, seek elsewhere. read more

This car wash is located right next to a gas station and is across the street from Ralphs. I find it to be three things: convenient, quick, and cheap. If you're expecting a nice detailed job with all of the trimmings, don't go here. This is your standard car wash location with people who are looking to get you in and out. I paid $15.00 for an external car wash along with vacuum and a wipe down inside and windows cleaned. I usually tip around $4-$5 which totals to about $20 for the whole thing. The customer service here is quick and they are pretty nice, explaining all of the deals. Bottom Line: Quick, fast, easy car wash for when you are on the go. read more

After they washed the exterior, I saw them park my car off to the side in hopes of making me think work was being done while time lapses. 1 hour later after it was completely ignored, I had to tell them to finish the interior which was done half ass. WORST EXCUSE FOR A DETAILING SHOP & CAR WASH WITH THE WORST MANAGERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! This message is to Lupe Lozano-Manager and Jay Bajaria-Owner. I came on Saturday 12/2/17 morning with my car in a state of emergency as my friend had vomited in the front seat/area of my car. I showed the car wash host at the front my situation and we did a full walk through and I pointed out all the areas where there was vomit. I then confirmed that all the seat covers would be thrown away, and all the materials like papers or things that could not be thrown away to be placed in a bag separate from the car. I then drove my car to the line up to be washed from the outside. The technician there told me he would drive the car in so I got out and did another walk through with him to show him all the affected areas. I was reassured that I would be taken care of and this is something that they deal with all the time and not to worry. Well, when I came back later that afternoon to pick up the car, it was still extremely dirty inside and the center console where there was vomit was AS IS!! nothing had been cleaned or touch nor had the seat belt been cleaned either. The manager at that time Lupe came over and I did a THIRD walk through with him to point out all the affected areas yet again. He assured me he would take care of it and make sure that he personally checked the car. I came back to pick it up as the wash was closing and drove him, the next day I noticed that the car still smelled and there were a lot of dirty areas. The seat belt was still not washed properly and it looked like they wiped it down with paper towels. So I called the car wash and they told me I could bring it Monday 12/4 and they'd do another detail. When I get to the wash on Monday, I open my truck and see that the first crew had taken my VOMIT-COVERED seat cover and put it AS IS in my trunk! Now everything in my trunk was covered and affected by the vomit smell. The second manger who was working Monday helped me take out everything from my trunk and THROW IT AWAY. I put what I could save in a bag which wasn't much. So now this would make it the THIRD time your crew is detailing my car. Not to mention, when I picked it up at closing I came home and in the morning still saw dirty areas in my car. I paid $135 + 10 (air freshers) + $40 tip on the first go-around because I trusted that your guys did the job properly the first time. When I called to speak to Lupe the manager & ask for a refund, he told me there was no way "I was going to see my money or get a refund" and he told me that "I should blame my friend who threw up. How about you take me to small claims and we'll see if you get your money back. You'll never get to talk to the owner." He said to me. What kind of business are you running where people come to you for expert help and you treat them like this?? I didn't pay nearly $200 to be talked to like that or to have a poor job done 3 TIMES! If you can't hire the right people for the job, then you shouldn't be in the DETAILING business. It's called a DETAIL for a reason--you're supposed to pay attention to the DETAILS! My husband and i came in on sunday morning, April 8, 2018 to get our car detailed. When it was ready, my husband checked it out to make sure the $105 we paid for was worth it. Well, guess what? The interior of the car was still dirty! The manager or supervisor came over and helped vaccuum it out but they still weren't able to get the junk out! When my husband asked them what kind of detail do they do for $105, the manager said, "well, what kind do you want?" Really? You charge too much for the "DETAIL" that you are supposed to do but you don't have the right equipment to do a good job!! Bummed. I paid $175 for a full detail and it was not worth it. I wanted my car cleaned before our 7 hour drive north during the holidays. Got the car back and the wash and wax was okay, but the rear views were still dirty and the rims looked like they were missed altogether. Before I dropped the car off I took everything out, including glove box so it could be detailed. The inside of the car was spot cleaned at best. The cup holders had not been touched. The vents were still dusty. The carpets mats were soaked and dirtier than before I dropped it off, it looked like they were rinsed with dirty water. I took them out and rewashed them after the holiday and they were much better. No air freshener either, the car just smelled like a wet dog. Save your money, I would not go back. read more

The only good thing about this car wash is the location....other than convenience, there aren't many redeeming qualities. There is no signage or built in software on the gas pumps to instruct you how to get a discount on gas if you're getting a car wash. Unless you physically walk in to pay for gas, no discount for you. Best carwash place! I'm always on the go and looking for a fast and efficient carwash. This is the place to go! If you purchase their $12.00 exterior wash....$12 because I didn't have time for an interior cleaning and there was too much stuff in my car. You receive a free air freshener, microfiber cloth for your windows, and interior wet cloth for your dashboard. Even though there was a small line, they were so efficient it moved along quickly. Before you enter the wash, they hand wash...and as you finish the wash they hand dry. What more could you ask for when you don't have time to sit and wait! First time. Purchased the $15.99 basic car wash for interior and exterior. They did an very good job to my standards. A little pricey, but it's conveniently located on Chapman and Main St. The Google map GPS had the wrong address, so there was a small detour when I used Google Navigation and Yelp App to drive here. There were others getting the exterior only for around $5-$6 and others getting full wax for $40-60, so lots of variety. read more

Came here after my car had been through 4 states and snow... they did incredible! So shiny! Drive up to the banner with the different car wash options ($15, $20, $25 with numerous add-ons), you pay inside the gas station. They do allow cash back for tip, which is lovely. Get your car washed here and your car will go in perfectly running when you hand the keys off but possibly NOT running when the keys get passed along back to you. But don't worry they won't tell you your car isn't working properly because they want you will drive off their property first, perhaps to your firery death for all they know, just so they aren't held responsible for your "mechanical problems". ***a raw clip of the interaction between us and the manager is posted for this review*** Sitting on the car wash bench waiting for the car to be washed when we noticed the car was being pushed out to the parking spot to get hand dried. We didn't think anything of it at the time until our car was taking an unusually long time to get hand dried as several customers who had gotten their car washed after us were driving away before us. We were wondering why it was taking so long even though it looked like two employees were hand drying our car (one employee was wearing a white shirt who we would learn later was the manager). Just as we were getting up to find out what was taking so long, one of the employees signaled to us that the car was ready. Thinking they were just giving the car a little extra TLC we happily took the keys with a "thank you" followed up by a "your welcome", hopped into the car and just as we were about to drive off into the glorious OC sun we realized the car wouldn't start! Thinking our ears had deceived us, we tried again. The thing definitely would not start. That is when I rolled down the window to speak to the manager whose back was turned against us. A summary of what was said: -Me: Excuse me, the car isn't running. -Manager: Oh really? Well mechanical problems happen all of the time. (looking at us blankly as if that is an acceptable answer) -Me: (waiting for more of an explanation but realizing I wasn't going to get one) Ummm... the car was working when we drove here but once it goes through the wash, it suddenly doesn't? -Manager: I don't know. Mechanical problems just happen suddenly all the time. -Me: did you know that the car wasn't running? Because you seem like you know but you are pretending to be surprised about it now. -Manager: No, no we aren't responsible. -Me: Your employees walked the car to the parking spot, did you know that the car wasn't running then and didn't tell us? -Manager: Well yes, we had to get the other cars behind yours out. I was just about to tell you. -Me: You were going to tell us after we got into the car, closed the doors, and went to turn on the car? -Manager: I thought it was a special key. -Me: So the car goes in working and comes out not working. If you did something to the car, you are responsible for this. -Manager: Sometimes there are mechanical problems. We did nothing. Maybe you need a jump? Let me go get something to jump start it or call AAA. Then it continues from the video I posted. Okay ladies and gentlemen of Yelp land- it is one thing for a car to have mechanical issues, even if it inexplicably happens while the car is being washed, but don't you think that should be communicated to the customer? The biggest "what if" that I am sure the manager trying to cover his arse wasn't even considering is what if the car did start up, we got half way down the road and the car failed?!?!!?? Or worse it failed on the 5 freeway! And it was more then not telling us, the manager even was lying by omission when we first started asking him about it. The only reason I assume he didn't continue lying to us about the issue is because he was such a horrible liar. Fortunately for us (and especially fortunate for the car wash) our mechanic was just a block away. He came by and fixed the issue right up while the manager in the white shirt slinked away (he said he would be right back but simply disappeared). read more
