Avoid this dealership. I went in looking at 24 Silverado 1500's. I found one that was listed on the website at 41k and change. I told them I wanted to work out a deal and when they came back with the numbers they stated that the truck was $5,000 more because they put a lift and rims on it. The website had the breakdown of price and I told them it was false advertising. they used the excuse that "yeah it's just the way all dealerships in the valley advertise" I grew frustrated and they said they would get the GM and kept me there over an hour just to come out with the invoice with no adjustments, less rebates than the website listed. site said 6500 discount, everyone gets. they only gave me 6000 as well as avoided the full 2250 trade allowance. I only got 1,000 more for trade in because I asked. they then wanted to upgrade me to an RST. definition of bait and switch and false advertising. I would recommend to take your business else where. complaint with the attorney general was made they are good at making it seem like their on your side but in the end it's just another shady dealership read more

Just had the worst experience. Besides wasting my time I also wasted my money. The supervisor Chuck is no good and his customer service skills are atrocious. Went in to turn in a vehicle I had "purchased" and I thought was "approved" but I did not like the counter offer from the bank so I returned it. I had just filled up the gas tank on the Silverado and Chuck said we will get you your car back and get you some gas. They returned my original car back super dirty and with no gas. When I asked my sales person DC about the gas his supervisor was going to get me he said "my supervisor said we weren't going to do that" Just because I rejected the counter offer and I didn't go through with the sale they basically treated me like trash and like I didn't matter. If you are thinking of coming here don't. You will leave happy with your vehicle for them to then change the terms of the you had originally agreed on with finance. read more

Greatest place to buy a vehicle. Did the pre-qualification and trade-in online the day before we went in. Arrived 9am on a busy Saturday. We looked a number of vehicles and we were out the door with a new vehicle by 1pm. The friendly no pressure salesman, Daymon Carter, finance manager, Andrew Varela, didn't try to oversell and worked within the payment and down money we could afford. The sales mangers didn't come in to push any extras or gave us the feeling that we needed to work their way. Most automotive dealers work that way, but not Freeway. They even asked and looked to see if we qualified for any discounts, i.e. military, first responders and so on. They worked to make the deal for us first and the dealership second, very nice. Check them out for new and used and do the online work up before you go and they'll do the rest. You will be happy. read more

My sister brought her 2017 Traverse here for a third attempt at a warranty repair on her AC. Not only have they been completely dishonest regarding the repairs on her vehicle, they wrecked her car and didn't have the guts to call her, and are now lying/covering up what happened. I wouldn't trust this dealership to walk my dog. The staff here right up through the general manager have proven themselves to be absolutely incompetent, and the service director is an outright liar. I explained what I was looking for, and he quickly located a vehicle for me in just a few minutes, and promptly texted me a full personalized walk-around tour of it, pointing out the features that I had specifically requested. As the dealership was an almost 2 hour drive away for me, him sending these videos was very important, and helped me to decide on my future car remotely. I sent in a few pictures of my trade-in, and was offered more than I had expected, and was given a quote on my new vehicle and a link to a down payment portal. I was able to start the paperwork online as well, which definitely saved a huge amount of time. I arrived at Freeway Chevrolet later in the day, and Nas walked over to greet me when I pulled up, which was greatly appreciated. We toured my new vehicle, quickly inspected my trade-in, and with the help of Jonathan at the front desk, Nas was able to get me right over to finish signing the paperwork that was started online, and I was driving away in my new car in under an hour! Overall, Freeway Chevrolet was a top-notch experience thanks to the cast of highly professional and friendly staff. Took my car to Jerry Steiner in Casa Grand for repair work. They had car for two months and released the car to me with more problems than it had when took it in.. Took it to Freeway Chevrolet, they had problem diagnosed within hours of me dropping it off without an appointment, and had it repaired the next morning, My Equinox has diesel engine, took it to Jiffy Lube for oil change, had to argue with the guy about it being diesel, when I got passed that and job was finished I asked if they had drained water from the fuel/water separator, (part of required service) they said no, they only do that to diesel trucks, not cars. So took it to freeway Chevrolet, with appointment cost of oil change was less than Jiffy Lube, wait time was less, plus they have much nicer waiting area. They know difference between gas and diesel and have the ability to service vehicle properly. read more

We were pre-approved with Capital One and Andrew the loan guy ran our credit through multiple places and decided to go with another loan we didn't want. on top of that they charge you well over 2400.00 for stuff you don't need and hasn't even been done. cup & edge chip guards 600.00 not done, nitrogen filled tires 400.00, dealer prep fee of 705.00 yeah thats not my responsibility, window tinting 700.00, my windows still are not tinted and nuviair certified 600.00 um that's a 6 dollar can at auto zone. I would like a refund and since Andrew never got back to me I'm taking it to social media. please refund me all these fees for stuff that was never done because you got the car the day before and even said you still had to do this stuff. read more

Logan is one of the service advisors who truly cares about customer satisfaction and I highly recommend asking for Logan personally. I came to Freeway Chevrolet on Nov. 4, 2024, with a car emergency. I'd been visiting in Chandler and needed to travel back to my home in California--a 7-hour drive-- but my 2014 Corvette's engine cooling fan was coming on constantly and remaining on even when I turned off the engine. As soon as I arrived at Freeway Chevrolet, Service Advisor Tyler Pantana came to help me. He was friendly, polite, and sincere in his concern about the car's problem and my travel need. Even though I didn't have an appointment, he immediately arranged to have a diagnostic done. The result was that my Corvette needed a new thermostat. Oh my god... don't even try to talk to these guys. I looked at a Chevy bolt, Jermel called me in saying one price, when I got there worked with Dwayne, waited an hour of my time and they increased the price by $5K from what they told me, standard bait and switch. So I left... but it didn't stop there. Over the next few days the war dialed me, almost 20 missed calls till I finally answered. It was Jermel wanting me to come back, I told him that I didn't want to waste my time again and to not call me again. He called 3 more times back to back, I got angry and started to yell at him, he invited me to come down to the lot and fight him, I told him that he wasn't worth wasting more time, and if he wants, gave him the gym name and he can come get beat up anytime, and hung up on him. He called several times back to back, this time was his sales manager acting dumb like he didn't know what was going on, had me on speaker trying to get me angry and yell. I proceeded to tell them what I thought of them. Overall shocked and appalled and the way they do business. I will NEVER do business with them, or any business they are affiliated with. Their incompetence is evident, with little activity during the first six hours of having your vehicle, followed by a rush to complete everything in the last four hours. This dealership is deceptive and full of people who don't actually care. I came in last year March to buy my first car, was told that the APR would be 4% until they ran my credit and told me it would be 12%. I said ok that's fine and signed the papers. I get a call a week or two after having the car and I'm told they couldn't secure my loan for 12% and the best they could do is 20%. There was debate back and forth with this dealership, a guy named Kevin from Finance was the one who told me this. Then they told me that in 6-7 months time I'll be able to do a Refinance. Fast forward to November I try getting said refinance and what do you know? I can't get it! I've tried multiple lenders and nobody can help me, because of the loan to debt ratio. TL:DR don't go to this dealership if you're buying your first car, they will fuck you if you have a lack of knowledge on the process or if you don't have a proper support system from family that can explain this to you. read more

This was by far the best purchasing experience I have had at a car dealership. I had made 6 car purchases in the last several years and went to 7 dealerships during this processes. I explained my situation to Seth and provided him my needs. He kept in contact and was never pushy during our interactions through text and email. When I was finally able to go to the dealership to test drive he asked questions to understand my situation, he really tried to find out as much as he could to help me get as many rebates as possible. He provided me numbers and options and always made it feel it was informational and no pressure, I just felt like he wanted to give me as much info to process and space to make a decision. This was the first time ever I felt I got a great offer up front, they worked hard for rebates and to lower the price the first time and not have to go back and forth and speak to the finance manager to actually get a deal I could afford. They provided all numbers up front, I knew exactly the amount down and monthly I would pay. In the past, I would get two sets of numbers, one in the negotiation processes and another in finance, this was not the case with Seth at Freeway Chevrolet. He gave me all the info, told me the total price, all the rebates, everything they could do and all my options and it came in lower than I asked. The other dealerships I spoke with all came in 200-400 higher and as I asked questions about tax and such found it would actually be higher. So when I was presented with a great offer right away with no back and forth, I was shocked. An extremely distasteful visit. We had come before and the associate at that time did a great job but the vehicle was not available to drive. This visit was the opposite. The associate Brad had little to no knowledge on the car details. After doing a test drive and noticing a fairly big patch of thread on a the side of the tire, they decided that it was "cosmetic" & would not require a fix. Red flag. The car also had stock tinted windows but when reviewing the pricing it was a charge for almost 800$. This was one of multiple absurd additional pricing, that most definitely did not apply. For example, paint protection on a car that has scuff marks and dents. The associate Brad most definitely let his emotions get the best of him & acted unprofessional when giving him our concerns. After taking the initiative to deescalate what the conversation had turned to. We expressed we were no longer interested in which he then stormed off.
