    My wife LOVES her 2025 Traverse! I've been a Chapman Tempe customer for 10 years! (4 vehicles and 3 referrals) never again! Recently I went to Chapman in Tempe and the snarky comments from the sales manager led me to Freeway Chevrolet. From their willingness to help and Great attitude from their staff. Never did they say no, but instead let's see what we can do. From sales to finance 5 STARS!!! Andrew was great and did everything he could to help. Most importantly he made my wife speechless when having her hit the LARGE GONG!! (Chapman did nothing like that when we bought a new car. Just headache) I heard Freeway is the sister store, Chapman you can learn from Freeway. I will be returning to trade my truck soon to get another!!! Thank you Freeway Chevrolet. Chapman you lost a loyal customer. I

    Do NOT bring your car here This place is located on NE side of Ray and I-10, near the Lowe's and In n Out but more towards the freeway. Brought my Volt in for service which was ok. However, they managed to break off the cap for the electric charging port. They said they would order one and fix it. 3 weeks later I called in and they said they don't have it because "it's out of stock and on back order." So I waited 1 more week and then I thought let me check eBay motors. And what do you think happened? Of course there was one. $36. Got it in 3 days. Seriously? If you're not going to fix your mistakes then just say so, do not lie about being "out of stock" or "on back order." That is just ridiculous. I get it you are not getting paid to fix it but that is because YOU BROKE IT! YOU DID THE DAMAGE! Unbelievable

They really take the time to help you, determine what the problem is, and take all the necessary steps to relieve that problem or issue. They truly tackled the problems head on. For example, Fernando was amazing. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I would like to write his service five out of five for helping my elderly mother, replace her headlamp bulb. Amazing guy. They might not have all of the tools or specific parts that you need to fix your vehicle in stock at any given moment. But they are willing to help direct you in the right direction, and they have a can-do attitude which to me is everything. On a sidenote, it's quite interesting how that right across the street is an O'Reilly auto parts store. I'm sure there's a huge rivalry from street to street. No hate against them, I especially love their jingle. Oh ohh ohh, O'Reilly (ohh'Reilly) auto parts. Yow! But I'm gonna have to give it to the get in the zone, AutoZone. She stopped in to this store and the staff immediately jumped in to assist her. She was comforted by staff and given a chair to wait for us to come get her!     It was very easy to set up an appointment over the phone! I had a basic inspection & oil change…read moredone and they found that my brake pads were worn down. They provided me with a quote (with a fair price) and immediately got to work when I gave the go. I think the whole thing took between 3-4 hours. They kindly offered me a ride home while they serviced the car but I chose to stay and wait it out in their waiting area, which had spacious couches, a large TV with cable, and a mini fridge with lots of drinks. The wait didn't feel long at all, it was very comfortable! They did a great job with my car. I could feel the difference in my brakes right away. I really appreciate their fast & friendly service!

Daniel told me he would see what he could do today if he has time because he's busy and has deadlines to meet by end of day. I reminded him my deadline is 4 months old.
