I paid almost 500 dollars for a brake and rotor replacement. I picked my car up in the early afternoon and by that evening the anti lock braking system light came on and the brakes were skidding. I took it back three times and Ceaser refused to take responsibility and fix the problem they caused. He became belligerent and insisted they did not cause the problem. First he said it was the wheel speed sensor and I said they must have damaged it during the brake repair. Then he became defensive and aggressive and said it was the computer and they could not have caused it. He insisted it was just "a coincidence." The ABS light has never been on before the brake repair and a few hours after the brake repair it came on and the brakes are skidding. I have spent over 10,000 dollars at this shop and I will never return. Mario always made it right and took responsibility. The son will blame your car.

I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. I was in South Pasadena area and needed a plug or patch on one of my tires. I ran something over…read morethe night before and I used fix a flat just for the mean time. I got on Yelp and was looking for something close by. I called around and came across Serrano tires. Their pricing for a patch or plug was really reasonable. Other shops around wanted to charge $70+ just for a plug or patch. Which I thought was outrageous. You can get a used tire for that price. The shop is real easy to find when driving. When I got there I was immediately greeted and mentioned that I just called. The guys working there were really nice and honest. So unfortunately they could not plug or patch my tire because the leak was on the outside of the tire. They explained if it was on the inner part they would have been able too. At that point I was going to ask to put my spare so I could figure out what to do. But before I asked if they had any spare tires in my size. They looked in the back and thankfully they had one. They gave it to me at a good reasonable price for a used tire. Of course every tire is different depending on the size and how much life it has left. My overall experience with Serrano Tires was great!!! They were nice, professional, and quick with putting my tire on. I would definitely recommend calling them or going to their shop for your tire needs.
