I had booked a company to pick me up at 4AM that never showed. I called FredomPark while driving to the airport trying not to miss my flight. They set up an account for me and had me booked within mins. I arrived at the airport where I was greeted at my gate and made my flight. When I returned at 12am a few days later there were right outside of my gate. My car was cleaned (highly detailed clean). I had a water bottle waiting for me in my car along with a detailed ticket of things requested/done. They even called me before my return to see if I wanted them to go ahead and do my state inspection! I will never use any other service again. Oh my gosh, talk about a 5 star experience! I made my reservation last minute while I was on the way to the airport, and they got me taken care of so quickly! The phone attendant Brooke was so nice, pleasant, and helpful and she answered every single question I had. I was helped on my drop off by a gentleman named Doug Lund and he was so kind and helped me with all of my luggage. Another phone attendant called and followed up with me to ask how my trip was, her name was Amanda and she was just peachy and really refreshing to speak with. While I used to be a regular customer of freedom park, I have recently stopped due to the fact that I was told they don't offer any sort of perks for repeat business... the President of the company emails every user and says to just send him a note when you want to park for personal use. So I did this... 3x. He has ignored every message. At least have the freakin' courtesy to say no, or reply to the message. I'll go to another service where I can start accumulating points when i use the service for business. the president is a total tool. His email messages are self-absorbed and he apparently is too busy to bother with me, or my business. I'll go elsewhere. read more

DO NOT APPLY. This Company brought me into interview for a Valet position only to coordinate a LIE as to why they didn't want to hire me. I come with over 6 years of direct experience but I was denied the position and job because of a 8 year old misdemeanor. What was crazy is there HR rep(Thresa) gave me a run around on returning my calls then once I finally got her on the phone. She directly stated that they my misdemeanor is something the CEO will not accept. Which is some BS. They are only allowed to penalize you for convictions withing the last 7. Please be AWARE. If you are a black male with a background even a small class c misdemeanor will not be accepted. read more

HOLY GUACAMOLE! This place is off the chain! I didn't even know such business existed. I self parked my car once (which was a horrible idea, might I add) but I will never do that again after using this company. FreedomPark is the only way to park at DFW Airport. I made a reservation, had a valet specifically for me waiting at my gate. Just dropped my car and went. While I was gone it was washed and fueled. Loved the service. My wife and I were late for an early morning flight. Valet was there to meet us and we quickly gave him our keys and we are on our way with time to spare!
