What a ripoff! was told one price for this premium service upon we got to airport i park truck unloaded bags for family had to walk from garage to terminal and tip arrived back was told my vehicle would be lower level at exit door that did not happen after 20 minutes of searching finally called was told no they will be waiting in garage for me and family drug bags and family in garage and finally found truck got key and another tip leaving ticket would not work so paid another fee got bill today fee went from 33 a day to 40 for what i ask plus 20 in tips BUYER BE WARE SO 3 DAYS WITH BILL TIPS AND EXIT FEE WAS 147 DOLLARS read more

I used this valet service instead of DFW valet and regret it. I received a text stating where my car would be. However, when I arrived at the gate I had to ask someone to look up my reservation to tell me when my car would arrive. My car didn't arrive until 10:15pm, when I got in at 9:45. The whole purpose of valeting is so that you don't have to wait. If I had to wait, I could of just paid the normal price and walked to my car or waited for a Uber/Lyft and definitely not paid $100 for one day. Also, I asked for a car wash and while I can tell something was done to my car, not enough was done, as the mirrors had several water streaks to the point that I had to clean it off in order to see through them, and there was smudges on windows and the car! For $28 I could have just waited and went through a gas station car wash. My experience was not a very good one. I have only valeted with you all once and it was just an ok experience but this last one, I could have definitely went without especially for the amount of money I spent in comparison to the service and experience. I dropped off my vehicle on 08/12/2022 and there was no damage. Upon picking up my car on 08/16/22 I found a door ding with chipped paint. After speaking with the attendant about what I saw on the passenger's door, I was told to go to the office a few minutes away. I went there, made a report, and was told someone would get back with me. Today, I receive an email stating that the damage was done while at the airport and they aren't responsible for said damages even though my car was parked where they instructed. I paid $174 for my vehicle to be damaged and the responsible party to not take responsibility. I do NOT recommend this company and will be sure to let everyone I know not to use them. read more

Been using these folks for a while. Never disappointed. Rates are competitive for terminal parking and cheaper than DFW valet. 100% recommend them. PS... I have used Freedom Park for about 8 years very frequently for work travel. This was a great company that has gone downhill. I'm not sure if they've grown too quickly.... I've had my car in an accident, and also returned to a flat tire on my car. I had a missed call from them after the fact, but nobody really seemed to give a rip if that makes sense. It's a shame because they used to be really good. I think this one is on leadership as top levels don't seem to care. read more

Do not use FreedomPark valet. You should always avoid using FreedomPark DFW valet. Use the DFW airport valet if you need this type of service. FreedomPark employees are the red-shirt valets that meet you and take your car offsite. The first time I used them, FreedomPark DFW valet left my car electronics in an odd configuration that spoke to their lack of understanding. I called and complained; they listened and promised to make changes. FreedomPark DFW then offered me a complimentary service for the next trip if I would give them another chance. There were no issues. Then the third trip, FreedomPark DFW returned my car with every warning light on. The car was in safe-mode. The driver was upset and crying saying she didn't expect the car to roll backwards and did something to the shift lever then the lights came on... It's BMW M6, double clutch, it's supposed to roll. I took the car to BMW that day, got it back a week later and it cost me $3K FreedomPark DFW valet president is Ken Kundmueller (dad) or maybe it's John Kundmueller (son)? They are both listed on LInkedin as the president... Neither one of the presidents would take my calls. They were too busy calling my BMW service writer asking him to prove they did something wrong. At the end of the week I still didn't get a call... I got a text apologizing for not calling then I got an email saying I couldn't prove they caused the damage and they are not paying for anything. How do you prove a negative? Don't risk your ride with these guys. This company is literally two kids (Bob and John) running daddy's business (Ken). Very bush-league operation with zero sense of accountability, humility or customer service. If Yelp reviews do nothing else, at a minimum I hope this review saves one person from the experience I had with these clowns. read more

I have never thought about using a valet service in the past. However, things have been very busy for me lately and I really wanted to have my car cleaned while I was away. I absolutely LOVED how easy the whole process was. Everyone was so very nice and their communication was top notch. I received email updates and my car was ready for me, even though my flight was delayed an hour. They were early during the drop off and arrival process, which took a lot of stress off of me and having to deal with parking and getting my vehicle. However, my favorite part was how clean my car was. I will definitely use the company again and probably schedule additional cleaning & maintenance tasks since it allows me to enjoy my trip and not have to worry about dealing with my vehicle upon my return. This is a great valet service. I used it this weekend flying from Dallas to Chicago. I was running late for my flight and was about 30 minutes away when I called FreedomPark. The staff was very nice and setting up an account was easy. Even with such short notice, they were still able to meet me at the gate and pick up my car. I also gave them my return flight information and when I arrived back at DFW, they were there waiting for me. You might think this service would cost a lot too, but it doesn't. I don't want to give prices on my review, but it cost about the same price as it does to park at the terminal which is never a sure shot eith. read more

I have used these guys probably close to 125 times over the years and can't think of a single time where the service wasn't perfect (or at least, near-perfect) even during the pandemic. So picked up my car & before even leaving the parking lot I called there were issues with the pickup. Also my car was parked on top of the car, so you can guess what happened... major damage! They admit fault, great I think everything is fine. Nope they don't want me to go through my dealership they want me to take a basically brand new car somewhere else to get it fixed. I got my car in late December it has less than 3,000 miles on it & the only people I want working on it is the dealership. Mike Desai says they won't approve that their place has worked on plenty of cars so now I'm having to fight with their insurance company to take my car where I want. I signed up online, scheduled my trip, and the representative was there waiting as promised. I received text messages with updates and gates changes as well. A must when you think you're going a miss a flight. Was running late for a flight to Hawaii, and concerned about missing my flight. Called them last minute, and they made a reservation, took my return flight info and had us set up in just a couple minutes over the phone. They were easy to find, in red shirts, right near our check in counter. We made our flight and it the extra parking cost was completely worth it. They had our car waiting when we arrived, even at a different terminal, and the closest to being picked up by family. Great customer service (thanks, McKenzie). Highly recommend. read more

Was just looking and saw I last wrote about Freedom Park was nearly five years ago. Funny, I travel a lot and I am always trying to decide if I prefer SWA or AA...and AA wins this many times simply for the fact that I can use Freedom Park if I fly from DFW. I have used Freedom Park in the past and been pleased with the service. I like the fact I can get my car cleaned and detailed while I'm away. I recently went out of town and decided to use them again. I told them when I dropped it off that I wanted it washed and detailed. When I arrived back in town I had a text telling me where my car was located, near my arrival gate. When I got there, three employees were there, but none knew where my car was. They asked me to wait until they could locate my car. Soon another couple walked up and one of the employees started to walk off with them. He soon came back and told me he actually did have my car, leaving them to wait. He handed me the keys to my car and asked one of the other employees to handle me while he finished helping the other couple locate their car. We went to find my car which had not been detailed or cleaned. My whole point of using Freedom Park is it's convenient and an easy way to get my car detailed. If they can't or won't do that, I would rather pay a limo service. read more

I have used them several times. For drop off and pickup it usually is fine, but I would not use them for any other service. I paid extra for car wash once, and picked up the car with the cupholders all filled with liquid and car not very clean. Today I'm picking up my Nissan leaf, all electric car. When I made the reservations, I verified that they have the capacity to charge the car. I again verified when I dropped off the car that they could charge it, and they said yes. When I picked it up today, they never recharged it, and I don't have enough power to get back home. I'm now sitting at the airport for a couple hours charging it, since they did not do that in the 36 hours that they had the car. It was even noted on their paperwork that they agreed to charge the car. To their credit, John the president called to apologize and said he will look to find solutions to make sure it does not happen again, and is not charging me for the parking. I will credit then for doing all they can after the fact, but I am so mad and this mistake is so big, I will not use them ever again. I would not recommend anyone pay extra for any of their extra services, as they clearly have issues with their maintenance department. read more

I've used FreedomPark for business and personal travel. They are a preferred vendor for my company and it's obvious as to why. Whether you're traveling for meetings with a tight itinerary, or with your family for the holidays or busy summer months, being able to valet park right at your gate is so much easier and cost efficient than parking offsite and taking a shuttle or paying an arm and a leg for airport parking. My wife and I had a horrible experience . The drop off valet was not where he was supposed to be. I was lost for a while and had to find an employee from another valet service to get a parking space . After parking my car, my valet showed up and gave me excuses why he wasn't where he should have been. The Valet never offered to help with luggage . Lacked in customer service, no introduction and was not even slightly happy to be assisting us. We returned from our trip. I got a text of instructions to follow to find my car and my valet. My car was one section away from where the text said it would be. My valet did not offer to help with our luggage, did not introduce himself and was lacking again in customer service . He was only concerned with my signature and a tip. He was not given a tip. And lastly , we had to pay DFW for parking. This cost should have been included with our valet service. We hope you make changes in your employee training and improve your customers service for future customers. We will be using another company from now on. read more

Far and away the best valet service that I have experienced at DFW. I have tried all the rest and Freedompark blows them away. Been using them for 16 years and never had an issue. Love that I can make flight changes in the app if I catch an early flight home and my car is always waiting for me. Also love the "vacation" discount I get when I use them for my vacation every year. They were incredible. I was running late so I notified them and even helped me with curbside checkin to assure I made my flight. I had no idea they one of their services was oil changed but when I pulled up I noticed that I was due for a oil change. They also washed my car better then any carwash I've ever used and were very professional, waiting on me when I arrived and departed. Nothing like getting off a plane and not having to find your car in the parking garage. Plus, getting into a clean car just makes the experience that much better! Horrible! The worst customer service possible except the actual valet guy who agreed the wait was way too long. We waited 35 minutes for our car to be delivered after landing at DFW. Called them right when we landed. Upon follow up, we were told it takes from 15-45 minutes for them to pull the car up. If we wanted to wait that long, we would save the $ and park in long-term parking. Unacceptable, and even worse was the back and forth on a refund with customer service. I will never use this company again, period. read more

DFW airport Freedom Park Valet Services. Neither their website nor the DFW airport toll tag prepaid, service website says that you CANNOT use the Valet service if you have prepaid for DFW parking. I prepaid $87.89 for 10 days of parking at DFW airport. Had to use Valet service to park my car as the luggage I had was too heavy for me to get from my car to airport - was alone and had to get as close as I could to a terminal A entrance. When I returned from my trip, was told I needed to pay $31 a day for the valet parking. Didn't matter that I had prepaid already for parking. Supervisor Wendy was not helpful. Repeatedly said 'It's just business and we deliver a premium service'. Freedom Park and DFW prepay tollgate parking websites should be updated to clearly state that Freedom Park Valet costs $31 a day, and therefore travellers cannot use the prepay parking option. And there should be signage at each Valet point in the airport that clearly states the rate and that the $31 a day applies even if you have prepaid for airport parking. read more

Been using Freedom Park for about a year now. Was referred from a friend and they deliver on expectations. Very professional and courteous. Always on time and great when life throws us curve balls. I've forgotten to make a reservation and called them while on the way to the airport and they were there waiting for me. They keep up with all the last minute airline changes and my changes and always keep me well informed. In traveling for my job, they are one of the only things I can count on to be great. The amount of time I save with them is well worth the few extra dollars it may cost versus the terminal parking. Most important, I take care of my vehicles and care a lot about them....so do they. read more

I have been a customer of Freedom Park at DFW airport for at least seven years. I travel by air for work at least twice per month. In addition, I have a quarterly personal trip by air. Thus, I have a significant sample size to judge Freedom Park. I have never experienced a service deficiency by Freedom Park. On three instances, they recognized a service error and not only remedied the issue in advance but proactively disclosed the error to me. I don't know how they do it but they are able to recruit and retain the most friendly, competent personnel I have experienced from a service business. Finally, they are the ONLY privately owned business performing this service at DFW and compete with other subsidized companies that enjoy numerous competitive advantages but do not measure up in performance. read more
