However, this is only due to the fact that I am the type of customer that enjoys the staff interactions at cigar lounges. Overall, the experience was very good and the staff was friendly when I approached them, my complaint was only specific because of the type of customer that I am. I certainly would not take anything away from the business as a whole. Clearly it is a very well run operation and they know how to manage an incredible selection.

As a cigar shop with a big opus X decal on the window, I was disappointed to hear that there was no opus x in stock. 2. The smoking lounge is very cramped. I think it is legendary that the humidor is bigger than the lounge, but I would look into avenues of expanding the seating/lounge area if possible to increase ambiance and comfortability. This, my friends, is my definition of Heaven. :-D Though I've visited Ten50 quite a few times before, I only noticed Renegade on this latest trip to see the Total Solar Eclipse. So I grab a Lyft from my hotel and book on down the road to Renegade and was blown away when I walked in. Their walk-in humidor is easily one of the biggest (if not THE biggest) ones I've ever seen on this planet. Their selection is great and their prices are even better! I basically spoiled myself on Padron Anniversarios every time I visited. There's a nice big seating area with comfy leather chairs, and the regulars welcomed me with that mythical Texas hospitality. I felt like a regular less than 2 minutes after sitting down! Not less than an hour into chatting, the regulars invited me to hang out with them in the parking lot to watch the solar eclipse the next day, too! Now how can I say no to that? :-D It was absolutely magical enjoying a Padron Anniversario during a total solar eclipse with Boston's "More Than A Feeling" blasting from an amazing Mercedes sedan sound system! The best part? Since I usually make visits down to Richardson every September, I now know where to hang out during the day. GO HERE!

It starts when you come in the door: I was greeted by Reagan who explained their selection and pointed out several things that I haven't seen anywhere else. What surprised me was options; it wasn't SKUs on top of SKUs... but you can tell the ownership spent serious time selecting what goes on the shelf. I was told everything I saw is something someone who works there has smoked (which is impressive.) They even have a section of rarer cigars that my tax bracket wouldn't allow me to purchase (but loved to see them on the shelf!) Industrial has ample space for general patrons; the lounge is a decent size and they have a lovely bar that has enough options to make you happy. Nolan (the bartender) came to my seat... Walked me thru their menu... And helped me picked something I've never heard of (Ironroot.) Trust me when I tell you that doesn't happen often. I'm not knocking places that don't go the extra mile, I'm saying that when a place does, I have to give them their due respect. They have MULTIPLE areas for members to smoke, and here's what made me really happy: Reagan introduced me to one of the owners (Andrew) and he showed me around the entire space. The members lounge is legit; leather chairs, great ventilation and multiple TVs. By the way - general patrons have a similar setup, but the members lounge is more intimate. The service truly sets this place apart from the majority of lounges I've visited in the past twenty years. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the Dallas area. Burned quickly and not cold and he tried to do refill and it was bad Now the DJ was SO Loud and u will not be able to talk BUT they have a small room in the back which is little isolated and less noice so that was okayesh Overall I had to leave about 30 minutes later charged 80 dollar for one bad hookah
