I watched over the installation process and asked the team a lot of questions as they worked (I'm what's known as a difficult customer). The lead tech, Gabe Jabbo, and his two helpers were all exceptionally polite and responsive to my needs, including a last-minute relocation of one of the outdoor units and the need to run an unplanned electrical connection. Their technician was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and very friendly, and we were so pleased with the service that we contacted Comfort Bros again the following month to service our water heater. One seemingly small detail that really impressed me: the technicians put shoe coverings on before walking through our home without my even having to ask. We have black granite floors that show practically every speck of dust and dirt, along with light-colored carpeting, so I really appreciated that level of conscientiousness and respect for our home. Bonus points from me for hygiene and cleanliness! During the second visit, they also performed a whole-house inspection and were proactive about letting us know about things we might want to keep an eye on or consider servicing in the future. I appreciated that approach because I'd much rather know about a potential issue early and possibly prevent a larger, more expensive problem down the road. Both of our experiences with Comfort Bros have been excellent. They've been responsive, highly professional, respectful of our property, and thorough in getting the job done, all at what I felt was a reasonable price. The first mini split condenser was fried and had signs of a leak. It was over 10 years old. He called Conor, a supervisor, to talk to us about a new unit. We thought given how busy everyone is that it would be weeks before we could get the split replaced. Conor was able to get to our house in about 30 minutes. Sage serviced the second split while Conor was in route. When Conor arrived he went through the options. We needed something soon with the heat we are experiencing. They carry Mitsubishi mini splits. They had a slot for Tuesday 7/21. We had done our research, so we were comfortable acting quickly. Both Conor and Sage listened to our concerns and made us feel like we were in good hands. For the day of installation Jorge and Aaron showed up on time. They were able to remove the old split and install the new one by midafternoon. Very efficient and respectful. They checked the system out, asked if we had any question or concerns. We have a 115-year-old home, and they were careful in our old home. Our experience with Bob Jensen Heating and Air was outstanding, and I do not say that lightly. Sage, Conor, Jorge and Aaron were great. We would highly recommend Bob Jenson to family, friends and neighbors, without a doubt. We ill add that they have 24/7/365 emergency service.

We had a family room added to our house many years that had no cooling or heating and it was uncomfortable for guests and family members whenever they came. I thought about connecting the ducts of the central air conditioner to the family room, but It was not practical. After some research I saw that mini split air conditioner was the perfect solution for its price and the low cost of operation. One day I noticed how nicely several mini split a/c were placed in several classrooms of a church. I then inquired about who did the work from the office and called the air conditioning company. I then called the company to set up an estimate and he came very quickly. He was very polite, friendly and very humble of being very knowledgeable in air conditioning and electricity. His pricing was very reasonable for the product and services. The installation went well. He placed it to where it can be utilized at its best. It looks and works as beautifully as I saw it in a certain church. Overall, we were all pleased with the price, professional, and courteous service that he and his team provided. Above and beyond service. We had a two week fiasco (not their fault) trying to fix and optimize a unit a different company installed brand new two years earlier. It took a lot of trial and error retracing the missteps of the techs who originally installed the unit, but they were patient, prompt, and transparent. From refrigerant problems to not having enough return ducts to condensation issues, Hector and his team took responsibility for problems that honestly were way out of scope and pre-existing. More than anything, I'm grateful that unlike with the last company, I know I don't have to worry. Even though the system was "working" before, a trained eye would've seen the corners they cut. I feel much more secure with Hector and his team. read more

Milad responded quickly and provided excellent service! After several companies didn't respond or return following an initial inspection, Milad evaluated the problem immediately, and did a QUALITY job repairing our A/C . He took the time to run several tests to verify that the leak was fully sealed and holding the cool temperature. Milad was helpful, kind and was an excellent communicator. I showed him the the pipe is wide open upstairs, so what a suction would do? He said he doesn't have time to fix it. and blame it on ocean salt water, and said its preexisting. We have this AC for 15 years and never had any issue like this. He is not competent, and just says its preexisting, because our home warranty pays him only 100 dollars to fix it. if he fixes it privately he will charge 1000. He is a total scam.

The item needed to repair the HVAC was in his vehicle, and the process took only about 1 hour. I asked around for HVAC companies to look at my AC and one recommended refilling the freon that leaked. After a 100 or so bucks, it only lasted a couple of days. I didn't dare go back and started looking again. Alex and his team came through and thoroughly checked my system. They not only went outside and checked the unit but went into the attic and checked the tubing. Because my unit was from when the place was built a couple decades ago and the heat wave it was time for a replacement. They recommended me a size, scope of work, and the time to replace. They completed it faster than expected and it was only two days before I had working air conditioning again. The price was way better than other estimates I received and the quality of work was great. One of the things that I never thought about was the master bedroom furthest from the AC never worked. The tubes never reached that area originally. Now it's great and I haven't had any issues the past two years. I'm writing this review late but I hope anyone reading this can put their trust in Alex and his team. He did an exceptional job.
