We called Elite and Cuahutli came out to give a quote and we felt very comfortable with him and his presence that we decided not to get any further quotes and move forward with Elite and his team. Everything on their end went as smooth as it could be but an unforeseen issue with SDGE electrical and an issue with our complex caused some problems. Elite was in direct contact with us every step of the way making sure they support us while the issue got figured out. They were very responsive EVERY step of the way and just great customer service! They had a an electrician company they work with and suggested who prioritized us given the emergency situation and also took very good care of us. They worked with our complex's pedestal issue and all is perfect. After SDGE and our complex figured out the issues and resolved them, Cuahutli and his partner came out to check our new unit to make sure it wasn't damaged by SDGE and/or our complex's pedestal issue. The Ac and furnace are working great and the cats love it! They both like to sit right next to the vents and chill. It felt like concierge customer service, which I love! Thank you all for your great work, electrician recommendation and customer service.

We were extremely happy with Precision when they installed our mini-split unit 18-months ago. Now?…read moreNot so much. After cleaning our system over the months, as instructed by Prescision, the unit has a failed part that needs replacing, not covered by warranty, for $600. $200 service call fee will be waived, but that's ludicrous in the first place. The tech offered a system cleaning but that would be $375 per unit, with our system having 5 units total. So, 18-months in our $15,000 system is requiring $2000 of maintenance, due to no fault of our own. If this upkeep is necessary, we were mis-sold this system. There's no way we would have agreed to buy this system, if we knew frequent maintenance would cost $2000. To reiterate, Precision sold us a $15,000 system 18-moths ago and it no longer runs. And it's on us to pay $2,000. Not good enough. Highly, highly dissatisfied with our experience.

He was an absolute pleasure to work with, is incredibly knowledgable and his work ethic is superb. Because of this experience, we recently had him inspect 3 mini splits systems, we have at our rental property, that we had major issues with from the start. He was able to recognize with ease that they were still not properly installed or to code. In 2 days he was able to get everything leveled properly, lines pitched correctly and suported as they should be, pans postioned so they will actually protect the attic space and insulation is now on point! He saved us from potential water damage for sure! Thank you Josue for your knowledge, precision and professionalism. So glad we found you.

My dad's central AC stopped working a while ago. Being in his mid 70's, comfort is important. So, I took the initiative to get his AC fixed. Landed on Maximum Comfort Heating and AC and gave them a call. Josie took my call, asked a few important questions and scheduled me in. Easy peasy. Josie was courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. Stellar experience. The day of inspection, Elkan who was the Service Tech assigned, greeted us. Super cool dude! Very very knowledgeable about everything and anything AC related. He schooled us with a wealth of information, leaving us well educated on maintenance, future considerations and most importantly, fixed my Dad's AC on the spot. Super happy my Dad can now use his AC during this heat. Thank you Josie and Elkan for being really awesome at what y'all do. Eventually, I was able to get a technician out to diagnose the issue. I was told there was a Freon leak, and that was basically the end of the conversation. Once again, I had to struggle just to get any kind of follow-up. When I finally reached a manager, I was then told that an HVAC installation could not be done at all, which left me completely confused given everything I had already been told. At that point, I was fed up and went elsewhere. In the end, I'm out the $180 diagnostic fee, received no meaningful resolution, and somehow still get their marketing emails. There are plenty of companies in San Diego that do this kind of work, and plenty that seem to have the customer experience and installation process down to a science. Maybe Maximum is still working some of that out, but unfortunately I wasn't willing to keep chasing them for answers. I ultimately went with a local family-run company instead, and they did fantastic work. So in the end, I suppose it worked out for the best.
