I normally shop at the Brooks Brothers at Lenox Square (http://www.yelp.com/biz/brooks-brothers-atlanta-4), at Brooks Brothers outlets, or online. However, I happened to swing by this Brooks Brothers location at Perimeter Mall and picked up three dress shirts for work. It took a few years, but I eventually phased out all non-Brooks Brothers non-iron dress shirts from my wardrobe so now my dress shirt inventory contains almost nothing but Brooks Brothers non-iron dress shirts. The shirts are worth the cost. They are high quality. Not only do they look clean, sharp, and freshly pressed at all times, but they last a long time too. I continue to wear some shirts regularly to work that are 10+ years old. They still look great. Some remarkably look nearly new. The shirts I picked up at this store included two point-collar dress shirts (one stripe, one pinstripe) and one button-down collar dress shirt (with alternating stripes). Brooks Brothers dress shirts come in different fits. I prefer the Milano fit (extra slim fit). I used to buy the Regent (slim) and even Madison (regular) fits, but had to take those shirts to a tailor to have them taken in. I'm glad Brooks Brothers finally decided to come out with an extra slim fit. The point-collar shirts come with plastic collar stays. Like most Brooks Brothers retail products, the tiny details can make a difference. The plastic collar stays are firm, not flimsy, and actually feature the gold Brooks Brothers logo. I like these kinds of small touches that Brooks Brothers puts into its products. Other examples include the logo embroidered on the inside of pants' waist linings and the brand name etched into each individual button on certain dress shirts. It's nice. Perhaps best of all, I never have to take any of my Brooks Brothers clothes to the dry cleaner. I can machine wash and dry everything at home. The shirts come out of my dryer looking crisp and ironed, lines intact. It's like magic. Service at this store was good. The store wasn't busy and I was helped the entire time. I recommend trying on everything before you decide to buy.

We popped into this location on a Friday evening in search of formal wear (slacks, jacket) and arrived around 6:45 PM. We did not think anything of our arrival time, as the mall stays open until 9:00 PM...however five minutes into our shop and we hear that they are closing at 7:00 PM. We found it really bizarre and asked a staff member if it was a special closing for the night or their hours and all we got was "not special" and they walked off. Was the weirdest interaction...and was honestly rude. Given that we had things in our hands to try on and they were clearly in a rush to close, we simply shelved the clothes and hopped across the parking lot to Belk. I gave 2 stars for the brand and the fact that before leaving, we did find a few well priced items that would have been nice to purchase, but...oh well. I am usually a massive fan of JCPenney for my formal wear as they always have a good selection at decent prices, but next time I am in need, I will probably hit a few other spots first and have this particular location as a last resort in my search.

They had and still have great sales associates that will help you with anything that you may need. A few months ago I went to the Penny's by Northpoint mall with a friend and her daughter who was going to a school dance. She needed a dress that was age appropriate. We were able to find one for $40. So now she's super into this store which is great because they have great clothes for teens that aren't revealing or low cuts. They're nice quality too. They hold up in the wash well and don't shrink or fade after a couple of washes. Plus they're easy on the budget. Years ago, this store was thriving with lots of clothes and was just overflowing with products. I don't really shop at UO anymore but I recently came here before xmas and the line was very long but I decided to wait patiently in it. Upon entering, there were a lot of sweaters that I saw but once you pass that first part of clothing, there isn't much else to keep you there. They have a nice clearance section but the "sale" is like maybe only $10 off a $40 t-shirt. There weren't a lot of vinyls to choose from which was a bummer and the home section was very sad. If you are looking for something specific, I would check with them beforehand to make sure that they have it before going. If you're just browsing, I would spend your time elsewhere because you probably won't find what you're looking for here. All in all, I was reminded why I don't shop at UO anymore and if I do, I prefer driving all the way to Avalon or just shopping online.
