I…read morehave been shopping at the Conyers Ross for almost 15 years and have never had a bad experience that I can remember. The staff is friendly, respectful, efficient, accomodating and helpful. The manager is super professional with excellent follow-up. This store is organized and clean - I have never seen things strewn about like I have at some other metro Atlanta locations. This is my go-to store for just about any household item. I have found so many great things here over the years: unique lamps, accent tables, wall art, cushions, and other decor; good deals on limited edition perfumes, great-smelling imported soaps and beauty items; great deals on sexy dresses, professional suits, shoes and handbags; an array of electronic and phone accessories, automotive and pet supplies, toys, journals, dishware, glasses, kitchen gadgets, linens, bathroom accessories; and a plethora of some of the best organizing containers I've seen/acquired. Their prices often beat Amazon and even eBay. Also, they are open late. When I need something after the mall has closed, after Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and even Target have closed, Ross is still open. What's not to love? The only caveat is that the inventory is constantly changing with many one-of-a-kind items (or very few), so if you don't purchase a desired item the first time you see it, there's a good chance it will be gone the next time you come.

This Target is located on Highway 20 and sits in a rather large shopping center with other large…read morebrand stores and a few local shops and eateries. This location is rather large, definitely built as a Super Target when those were a thing. They have all the standard spots and sections you have come to love at Target including a well stocked pantry section. I came here for a few particular reasons...a card, gift card, toothpaste and a dress shirt. I was able to get everything without issue with the exception of the dress shirt. This location has very little options for men's dress attire. They had a sprawling men's clothing section, but almost no formal/dress attire including simple button ups. It was bizarre and disappointing. Side note...the gift card I got was actually a scratch and sniff gift card. Like, those are real and it smelled absolutely lovely! Service was something else. I walked by many Associates in the store, at least one per section I shopped in and none spoke, which is odd for a Target. Then I get to the register and I am checking out. I ended up picking up a polo shirt and draped it over my shoulder as I was carrying all of my items. The cashier began ringing my items and then noticed the shirt and rudely asked me if I panned on paying for it. Now, I get what she was trying to do, but that was the absolute worst way to achieve the results she wanted and create a good customer experience. So, I will say that the service at this location is 1 star...the other 2 come from it being a Target, being clean, well organized and well stocked for the most part. Overall, I love Target and will continue to be Team Target...however, if I find myself back in this area and in need, I may be a little more diligent on finding another retailer to swing through.

I was nervous about it because the receipt was faded. However the staff quickly put me at ease and made the return based on the credit card I used to make the original purchase. I ended up picking up a new shirt and get in the self check line because there were only two registers open and both had long lines. I wrongly assumed the gift cards would be near the register. The woman working the self check area pointed me toward them and told me not to stand in line again to check out but to just come back to her and let her slot me into an open machine quicker. The store was clean and the workers were all very friendly and helpful.

I'm an ear shot away any and I hear the employees at Shoe Carnival talking about hair color the African American young lady was discussing her children's hair color and Tim said "it's not like yours is it.... nappy red" (Tim OF COURSE is white) and another lady who was white; who by the way is rocking cornrows (culture misappropriation- a Kim K) they thought it was funny. But, the African American young lady didn't and brushed it off by saying "aren't you suppose to be at lunch". The white lady noticed I was looking and I believe whispered something to Racist Tim.
