Since the…read moreprevious owners were gone....it was the usual Redwing service and attention that I've found around the metro area for the past 40 years. I was in need of boots as well as replacing orthotics that had too much mileage. After all the years of reading about the individual foot scanning device from other locations....I was delighted to find that Conyers actually had the equipment. Promptly placed on the scanner and the end results were just the right orthotic with the Redwing brand on it, as well a pair of work shoes with all the safety measures. However their records showed that I already purchased the King Toe boots 7 years ago that were maintained by Redwing each year and that I didn't need another pair. Thankful for the sound advice; foot scans and the honest candor about saving me money on the work shoe in lieu of the redundant Redwing boots. The orthotic inserts work great. Limping stopped in a few days once my feet were back in a more normal situation within the boots and shoes. Glad to see Redwing has renewed their business with good products and great people. I pay extra for Redwing gear which should come along with terrific merchandise and trained and experienced personnel on hand 7 days a week. I'm retired now after 50 years a homebuilder. My feet aren't retired though, so I'll remain a client to keep me on my after a half century of construction abuse.

My two boys were sitting on the provided seats playing/practicing with shoe horns. They were behaving. Nothing wild or malicious. When of what I'm assuming to be the owner comes out and snatches the shoe horns away. Said she was "protecting her investment." She let a 50 cent mistake cost her a $500 sale. In the event that my boys were misbehaving or acting out. I will indeed be the first one to correct them. I was merely happy that they were playing together. It was actually cute watching them discuss the shoe horns and how it worked! I love Red Wing boots. However, will find another store to shop at. Conyers store is unfortunately the one closest to me.

    I will never shop in this raggedly store ever again, went in on 8/4/24 to buy a sneaker for my son,…read moreI told the clerk my son's size was a 7, she measured his feet and claimed he wore a size 6 and went into detail about buying bigger size, would crease up and look bad, I trusted this clerk, low and behold the sneaker hurts my sons feet, we took it back today 8/5/24. They refused to take it back and do not have a size 7, so basically the clerk lied to me, knowing they did not have the size we needed, and sold us a smaller size in stock to get rid of them. Very dishonest, they played with the right witch.

The tone and interaction I received while returning shoes was very dry and cold. I understand inspecting the shoes to confirm no wear and the condition. But to take them in & out & inspect over and over and over, was like he was looking for a reason to not accept the return; not the fact that there wasn't any blatant visible wear. And for him to mention one shoe showed more wear inside than the other, as if my kid walked around/outside with one shoe on . And I'm sure the extra inspection was due to the previous managers heads up on me coming in to attempt to return. As she would not accept the return the day before from my daughter, because the bottom of shoes were dusty (from either trying on at home with hardwood floors or at the store). Will I let my daughter buy shoes there again to replace the return?.... I don't know. Will they care?... Probably not. But this was my experience with them, as much as I encourage supporting BB, the whole guilty until proven innocent "ain't" the way to treat quality people. Either promote a better work environment or train yourself/employees better.
