Frame Masters has delivered excellent results for us every time. I've used them for my everyday glasses, safety glasses, and sunglasses. Yesterday morning, my everyday glasses broke (I knew it was bound to happen with a toddler and an infant reaching for them constantly) and Frame Masters turned what could have been a stressful day into a completely painless experience! I dropped off the broken glasses on my lunch break, AD (the owner) emailed photo options of frames to choose from while I was at work, and by 5:00pm my new pair was ready. On top of the exceptional service, AD really cares about his customers. When I asked him to swap my lenses over to a new pair of frames, he gently reminded me that a visit with my eye doctor may be precedented since I recently had a baby and require a yearly diabetic eye exam. He's always right on it with his options and takes me only a short time to choose. He is very knowledgeable about his products and is very personable. His follow up is great and he's always available for adjustments if necessary (I'm fairly rough on my glasses). I'll never buy my glasses anywhere else and highly recommend this business.
