Of course I took them back and the store manager implied that I did not disclose my medical information blood pressure etc.,which I did. My blood pressure was fine. I went back to get my glass on 12/7/17 wore them for 2 weeks, according to the manager they were adjusted. I took them back and waited for almost two hours. Finally the manager acknowledge me and said she was going to get my glasses as if I didn't tell her why I was there 2 hours ago. I got a refund and gave the glass back. This is where things got bitter... on my second FREE pair half the amount of the first pair was added. The agent stated that any additional services was not covered. All the additional services was paid on the first pair and should have been covered in the buy one get one free promotion. To make a long story short I told the agent that Stanton Optical is using a form of Advertisement scams using Deceptive Claims to draw customers in their store. They also claim same day services and then make an excuse what they can't have it ready the same day. This kind of business should be avoided at all cost! *** After discussing my situation with a manager, we were able to reach a fare agreement. A few stores that I was looking for had gone. I did come across this oil bar and I love scented body oils. The owner was very helpful with asking me what was my scent preferences.
