I was super impressed with this and even more impressed with the office when I got there. It was very clean & the staff were just so friendly and thorough. Lastly, my review of the provider. I have 2 teenagers and I am thoroughly impressed with her bedside manner, her attention to detail and overall medical abilities. One of my children is a very involved medical case (to say the least) but she was able to pick up on things and get up to speed fairly quickly. She made sure to speak to them and keep them engaged as patients in their own medical care. Anyone who decides to come here will be very happy with the choice & care they receive.

Dr Willingham told us there are no test results and she/they need to determine what happened. We are so disappointed at the levels of incompetence of this practice. We really trust Dr Willingham's expertise, but her staff's incompetence is too much when our child's health is involved. We're done.

It seems that no matter what day or time I call, I'm always placed on hold. I've grown used to that, so it didn't bother me much. However, being on hold for 10 minutes is a bit much. I ended up hanging up and calling back, only to be greeted with "Thanks for holding." I gave my child's name, date of birth, and the reason for the visit. After explaining everything, I was placed on hold again without any notice. I just suddenly heard music. So I called back, now a little frustrated, and repeated all the same information. The receptionist asked if I preferred a morning or evening appointment. I said evening. She responded with August 4th and began listing morning time slots. I reminded her again that I said evening, and she finally offered 3:00 PM, which I agreed to. Then there was just silence. No confirmation. No mention of the doctor. Just awkward dead air. At that point, I hung up. I'll be going elsewhere. I understand people have tough days. I work in the medical field too, so I get it. But it's important not to let that come across in your voice or attitude. If you're new or still training, at least apologize or let the patient know. I wouldn't have minded that at all. I'm open to a callback if the office has any questions or concerns.

Shortly after the referral, CHOA contacted me to schedule our appointment and made it an incredibly smooth process. Although they have multiple locations, the next appointment wasn't available until 3 weeks later - yikes! But that's how healthcare goes so we took what we could and the young lady I spoke to told me that they would call me if anything sooner opened up. Even though nothing opened up, I appreciated that consideration so much! When we arrived, I did not expect it to be so beautiful! It was so bright, open and colorful inside, truly pleasing to the eyes of adults and children alike. I was really blown away by it all. There's also a bunch of paid parking that's available so you're not scrambling to find somewhere to park when going into important appointments. (I wish it were free parking though!) There are several floors catering to the different specializations and wow, this is really an incredible place that tends to pediatric needs of all kinds. On our way out I even saw that there was a small cafeteria in the lobby, perfect for guardians and kids who may have had long appointments. (Or those just wanting a snack?) The team here is really wonderful, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. From check-in to check-out, any questions or concerns that we had were addressed with such patience. Our appointment with Dr. Raj was incredibly smooth and he was really helpful. We had an issue filling a prescription for our son so I called and the ladies upfront worked to get me the answers I needed. It's never fun to go to the doctor's office, but it's nice to find one that makes the experience smoother. Will definitely continue making any necessary appointments at CHOA!

The space is so inviting, bright, and colorful and it's easy to forget that you're there for a doctors visit. Each area of specialty is color coded and the staff do a wonderful job of making you feel welcomed and help you understand where you need to go to check in and wait for your appointment. The triage nurse who took his vitals was hilarious and made us all feel at ease. Once we got to the exam room I realized how much I liked the setup in that it wasn't just a drab, boring space. There were floor to ceiling windows which kept my son occupied because he was able to take in the sights and sounds of 85. My son was referred to the Center for Advanced Pediatrics and we saw Dr. U who was absolutely the sweetest and gentlest. She made my son, along with us, feel so comfortable during the visit and truly listened to what we had to say. Bedside manner was exceptional and I appreciated how she took the time to explain what our next steps should be and made sure that we understood what transpires during the visit and asked if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend coming here because your child will be treated with care and compassion. CHOA continues to be top notch!

She's been involved in nearly every aspect of my daughter's health, even getting involved her educational needs. When we see her she asks about EVERYTHING that's happened since our previous visit. To make this fair, I have to point out that during Genesys' move from one location to another things got a little tricky. I wouldn't dare switch and she's almost out of high school because he is someone I can trust with her health as if it's his own child. The girls are also so helpful and it's been plenty of times I needed last minute appointments because I took her to ER and wasn't at ease with the on call doctor and they got me right in and did their own evaluation and diagnosis. This doctor is in a league of his own and I promise you will wish he was a general family care medical doctor because people like Dr. Dikkala are hard to come by.
