I have been coming to Angie's since I was 16 that is almost 23 years, when they were at the smaller building when they got the beauty salon and expanded and finally when the opened up at the old Kroger's. I love this store I always drive here no matter where I live, I am coming to this store I have spoken with all the managers most of the new and old employees and always have a good experience.

The new location is inside the former Kroger store which is humongous inside. Everything is nicely organized and clean. The customer service is not exactly exceptional however it is acceptable although it would be nice if they were friendlier. I do like that they seem to have almost everything you need. I also love the loyalty program, I've saved as much as twenty dollars off in the past.

Instead of turning me away they showed my granddaughter how to learn to balance on the bike without the training wheels. He gave her a lesson right in the shop and I could see her face light up with enthusiasm to learn more. They were patient, professional and nice. There is so much space and so much to choose from. There are crystals, jewelry, decor, and so much more. You definitely will find something to buy here. Their prices go from $1 all the way up to $60 for some things, but it is all worth every penny. It's so clean and inviting. There is ample street parking and a free lot across the street. I asked lots of questions and the people working were so happy to help. Most of the crystals have explanations of what they do. That was so helpful while I was deciding what I wanted. I'd definitely go back here. They are right in the neighborhood and their prices are amazing; plus the service was impeccable.

I was in town visiting my family for the holidays and went to run a few errands with my mom. This store is QUALITY from the products offered to the great customer service. The store is small and pretty narrow, but they really maximize the space to fit in all of their products. The products mostly seemed to focus on dogs and cats, but they may have had products for other pets as well- I wasn't looking. The dog food I was checking out was all very high quality brands, including pre-made food for a raw diet. They have an assortment of toys, leashes, and other pet essentials as well. I love knowing that there is a place "back home" that carries my dog's food in case any travel emergencies come up. I was really impressed by the man who was working. He was very kind and he was super knowledgeable about the various products in the store. My mother is close to having to make a difficult decision for one of her senior dogs and he was very patient and kind with her. He not only helped her talk through some of the difficult subject, but offered her resources as well. It was a few minutes after closing time on Christmas Eve before we left, but he never appeared bothered by the time or showed any urgency to get us out of the shop. They seem to have a great store rewards program, although I didn't inquire too much about it since I am not local. A portion of their proceeds go directly back to the animals through Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends. I'm so glad that the pups from my childhood have such a great local shop & that my mom goes out of her way to support such a great local business! I would definitely make AARF my "go-to" store if I still lived in the area!

I was very far away from where he was and he already had clients on the books for the day but he was still determined to help. He told me to call road side assistance and get a jump then call him when I got to Advanced Auto Parts. He told me to get my battery, starter and alternator checked. I did that. The tech was telling me to take it to the dealership because I had a short somewhere. When I called Sam, he spoke to the tech to get all the numerical data. The tests were saying everything was normal but Sam said I had a dead cell in my battery because the numbers were too high. He said I just needed a new battery....he was right. I purchased a battery and was on my way. Absolutely amazed at his expertise OVER THE PHONE. For him to help me and not make 1 dime off of me says a lot about his character. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

It still didn't entirely make up for the experience BUT the items that I did receive were very cute and fun and so was the apology gift. I will likely give them another shot in the future. Hopefully, these are just growing pains and they are able to work through their operating quirks before next year's Black Friday sale!
