These days my sizes are easier to find in stores, yet I still mostly shop online. Returning things usually ends up being what brings me to the store. Despite this, the sales people are always very friendly and attentive. They always offer to help me find something or offer their opinion (if I ask for it). I am not a pay-retail kind of shopper, and the staff doesn't look down their noses at me if I mention looking for a bargain. To me, it is a nice environment. I don't doubt the experiences that others have had there; I had similarly poor experience at a different Loft store recently. But maybe things have changed at the Emory Point store since the poor reviews from 2016 and 2018. This Loft store has a good selection of sizes and I like being able to see the new styles they have on offer, which they seem to update pretty regularly. I even have bought some things in store!
