When purchasing gift cards, be aware because they have two to choose from. One card is for in store purchasing only and the other has access for online purchasing. Of course I received the in store only card. I love bright colored and printed scrubs. This particular Uniform advantage doesn't carry much of either. However, they had several sales which were right up my alley. The store had many scrub styles which was a plus. I am really loving the jogger style scubs so I bought a lot of those! There were several sales going on so I took advantage! They were worth the price! When I went to the counter, I found out that I went way over my card limit but Demytra took care of me! She was so patient and allowed me to look again so I could meet my budget and helped we with discounts. Demytra was helpful, friendly, and patient. She was the epitome of excellent customer service! I do recommend Uniform Advantage because quality of the scrubs but don't expect vibrant colors and quirky prints.

The staff is actually really helpful, and interested in helping and providing customer service (they seem to have really goo product knowledge at this location as well) - it's almost like hanging out with a friend every time I'm there (this is coming form someone who has worked at 3 URBN brands including 2 different Anthro's over the years) The sale section usually has some goodie to grab. I've also gotten a lot of great gifts and gift ideas from the staff, things I hadden't thought of or seen online yet, or combinations of thing. They also will occasionally suggest thins on sale which I appreciate because I think most of us are on a tighter budget these days. Plus it makes you feel like they are thinking of what you are in need of and looking for, and not just sales. My cons are the parking - it is paid. Yes they are checking now. I saw someone get ticked when I was there last week. BUT they do comp up to two hours. you have to ask and it is only for the Park Mobil app - if you use the kiosk they can't do it. (though I cant remember the last time it was on which is why I didn't know you had to pay to park there until recently) I also don;t love that you have to walk through BHLDN (or Anthro Weddings now...?) to get to the fitting room. It's a little awkward and can feel a little disrespectful if there is a bride in the process of trying on. It makes for a an uncomfortable situation and I feel a social pressure to be very quiet when trying on which I don't love. BUT, in terms of Atl Anthropologie's, this is the best in terms of stock and variety and that's what I'm after- to try things on in store before buying online.

Well, when we got to ringing up our items, the gum rung up at $25.00 a pack!! I had two packs. When I saw that $50 on the screen & none of the clothes, I said, "wait a minute, that gum is $25?"! The lady must have been new or something because she had a problem ringing up the gum in the first place and had to get assistance from the guy working there. Well, I told her to put that gum back. It would be a cold day in hell before I spend $25 on a pack of gum. I can just go to the grocery store. So, when I finally got home I was curious about this gum and why would it cost so much. So I looked it up on Urban Outfitters website. That gum had a price of $3.50 per pack on the site!!!!! Atlanta will never out live the scammer city allegations!!!! I tell you!!! I'm glad it was me checking out instead of my daughter. She would have just swiped and kept it moving, lol. I say all this, to say ... check your receipts. Customer service was still great, beautiful store set up and all that. My package ordered with "signature" option was lost, while USPS insisted it was delivered (happens periodically). I contacted the FOX's customer service and was basically yelled at (they implied that I lied!). Better yet, a year later I found out that bc of that one occurrence, I was placed on the "blacklist" and I can't order from them anymore! This is completely outrageous, and I make a point to let as many people as I can about it. Don't order online from them, you can get screwed for nothing as I was. Outrageous!!!

In less than five minutes in the store, the three associates working all surrounded me from different angles but neither greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. I worked in retail almost 30 years. I know when I'm being profiled. If you want drab colors and are a size four this is the location for you. To prove my point, I asked the associate if they had any dresses. They had one, in black and the largest size they had was a 6. The Lululemon website has a total of 21 dresses, but they only have one option in this location. This is possibly my third visit to the location and each time I've left unimpressed with the selection of items offered. I don't have to visit this particular location any longer. The location near Lenox has friendlier associates and they carry an array of sizes.
