I came here to buy a few items for my apartment. As with many other locations, it was well organized with plenty of items to pick up, even if I didn't need them. Staff were friendly and helped with smiles on their face. I would definitely come again especially as it is right next to the movie theater. read more

This store is normally nice friendly & clean with a helpful staff but Saturday, 2/8/25, I returned an item at register #2 @ 3:05. I pinpoint the time register and date to indicate who this person is to management without stating a culture or gender, but this gender of a specific culture is very rude more often than not. The cashier was rude, acted as if I inconvenienced her or interrupted her day. I had my receipt and the only thing that I could see bothered her was that the tags were off of the item. I will continue to shop there but my guard will be up. read more

I love it here. The store is always very clean, the employees are friendly, and they always have a great clearance area! This is one of my fave stores to peruse in or shop in when I am in the area going to the movies. read more

Not sure who reads this but, something has to change. it's easter and because i wear a size 12 in shoe I can't find anything. there's a sign for 11-12 but no shoes that fit that category. and I understand maybe most people wear maybe up to size 10. There is No where to find a pair of shoes in size 12 unless I order sometimes you want to try the shoe before you buy. read more

Finally, some more life at the North DeKalb Mall!! As Ross at the North DeKalb Mall was a favorite place to shop, I'm so happy to have a similar department store open in the vicinity. Came here this past weekend with the hubs. This Marshalls is not large, but it's much better organized than the Ross. (Hopefully it stays that way a few months down the road). We found some affordable clothing for the hubs (jeans & a light jacket). Now I have another store for shopping therapy on the way back from work ;) Da da da dangerous! read more

Nice, bright, clean, well organized Marshalls store. Definitely better than some of the other Marshalls stores in the area and about 1000 times better than the Ross store in the same mall. Prices and bargains are good which is typical of Marshalls... as is slow / long check out lines... Will definitely be stopping in here on a regular basis. read more

I'll just say that I'm kinda biased because I *love* Marshalls/TJ Maxx and this one is extra awesome because it is dog friendly- YES! so long as your pet is in the cart and not making a fuss feel free to bring fido :) parking lot is a little janky, even in the middle of a weekday finding a place can be challenging. read more

A great place to shop for discount clothing and goods. Parking can be hard to find nearby since the store is near the theatre. Always crowded. The store is clean and well organized. The atmosphere is nice. There is check-out near the front of the store and near the back at the entrance to rest of the mall. However, the back check-out is usually not in service, which is disappointing. Prices aren't as cheap as nearby Ross, but I find the selection to be quite better. Alot of great brands at reasonable prices. read more

This Marshalls is a great relatively new addition to the Decatur area, and also a big help for North DeKalb Mall! The store has plenty of parking right in front and has been clean and organized each time I've visited. The selection of men's Polo shirts are great, and I've found a few items in the Home section at a bargain price. There are two checkout lines, so I used the mall entrance line last time to avoid waiting at all...nice! Also being attached to the mall has some benefits, there are bathrooms and a Food Court nearby, and I noticed 2 new food court places last time. The main advantage is the location for Toco Hills and Decatur area people, hooray for Marshalls at North DeKalb Mall. read more

This is the most organized Marshall's I've ever been. It's not as busy as most other locations either - even on the weekends. It's nice not to constantly play bumper carts with other shoppers. That also means more good stuff to chose from, especially sizes. read more

worst experience ever.It was not even five minutes in the store and a store associate asked me rudely to go to the front and leave the store, I told her I had nothing in my hands to buy and told her i was just browsing.They made an announcement that the store is closing in 15 mins, but she still insisted to go to the front. There were other people still shopping she wasn't bothered about that but instead was repeatedly asking me to leave. It felt very racist to me. Won't bother going back to a store where customer are treated based on skin color... read more

I just left this Marshall's empty-handed because they would not allow me to bring a shopping cart into the dressing room with my two young children (2 and 3.5) into it. What sense does it make to provide shopping carts to your customers if they are not allowed to bring them into the dressing room? I'm fairly certain that they have dressing rooms specifically for families. Although she had no way of knowing, one of my children has autism. It is very difficult to take him shopping, which is why I went to Marshall's--because I knew I could put him in a shopping cart and he would stay still. I hung my items on the rack and told the attendant that I would take my money and my children elsewhere--at which point she literally chased after me, begging me to come back to the dressing rooms.
