The service was great and I was immediately greeted by Stanley as I entered the Pick-Up area to get my online order. My selection was available at this location but not at several other locations near my residence. The value was great and a lot more affordable than other retail stores. Stanley placed my items in a shopping cart which allowed me to transfer them easily to my SUV. It was Stanley's excellent customer service for me. So this one, to me, is a little bit larger and cleaner than the one that I know I'm going to go to. It's set up differently because Sony has one floor but it's still very well put together and organized. Everybody was friendly. My only grip was the fact that I placed an order in the morning time and when I got there they didn't have the order ready. So I have to wait and walk around like 2 minutes that'll get somebody to come up to give me the order. Now say I wanted to thing that I wanted at about 10:30, at 12:30 I got the email saying that it was ready for pickup. I get there an hour later after that and I have to wait around for somebody because the order wasn't actually in front of me to actually pick up. Now I got everything that I want it for a really good price, so I'm not upset at that at all. But don't have me waiting around to pick up area when you should have had it available for pickup at the time that the email went out telling me it was available for pickup. But other than that though I think it was an okay experience. Like I said it was very clean, and they had more types of chickens that I buy a specific brand of than My normal store. When I come back, yes. Am I going to hold it against them because they didn't have My order ready when they said they would, I mean that's the point of ordering online at the end of the day. Having me stay in at least 10 minutes waking around isn't the ideal situation. But I will still come back though. Maybe not going to order online but just a go through more products and produce. So I'm going to be honest, I was going to stick a four star review here but as I'm writing this review because I have time to wait around, somebody brings the thing that I ordered to the lady at the front. And I am sitting there in the main aisle lane just pacing around for like 3 or 4 more minutes. So then I walk up to her and then she gives me my bag. Clean store, friendly staff, and an attentive security personnel! I was leaving the store near closing and witnessed your security inform a woman that she could not enter the store. This is a normal experience as a late-night shopper, and I believe your staff acted within their right to stop this woman however she and her child literally antagonized the security guard and attempted to brush past her while she asked the woman to allow her a moment while a Target member gathered her left behind items. It saddens me to witness this happening as this very security guard has always been helpful and greeted my family nicely! I had the opportunity to interact with pharmacist WINTA at the CVS in Target 2400 North Druid Hills, her name was WINTA. Winta was not only rude, she was unprofessional, she was flippant and Arrogant. During my visit, she proceeded to help the customer in front of me, which mind you, we both had been waiting. The pharmacists indicated that she needed to make a call, which she then proceeded to do, then fill the RX, during which I waited for approximately 20 minutes. I asked if they could just grab my RX, and she was rude and stated that "she was helping the patient". Total time to grab my RX, maybe 2 minutes. Total time that I waited while the pharmacist made the phone call and the RX was filled in front of me - 20 minutes.When I asked, why they couldn't just pull my RX, the pharmacist acted in a manner that she was superior to anyone and was completely arrogant. This location can be a little bit of a pain leaving as the stop light can bottle neck all the traffic leaving this relatively large parking lot. If you need to turn left, then you had to wait otherwise I would advise cutting through the taco bell parking lot next door to quickly turn right. Location itself is decently stocked and organized. I had the unfortunate luck of breaking my can opener while cooking so I was kind of in a bind for a quick fix. After going to two different stores, I was relieved to have found it but it was of course more costly than if purchased elsewhere. There is an ulta inside which can save a trip over to their Toco Hills location. Overall, staff were friendly and it is a good size from what I am used to. read more

I used to shop at this Target frequently when I worked nearby, but that changed over a year ago, and I rarely come here anymore. I needed something from the pharmacy area, and I just happened to be driving through, so I decided to stop here. Parking is easy to get, since there is a large free parking lot, and there are two entrances into the store. Hand sanitizer was available just inside the entrance. I noticed a few employees upon entering the store, and they were wearing face masks. I was surprised that none of them took the time to acknowledge me, a customer, and say something like "Welcome to Target!" but they were too busy talking to each other, and it didn't sound work related. I had a little challenge trying to find regular strength acetaminophen on the shelves. There were many different forms of extra strength acetaminophen, and it took me a few minutes to finally find something that wasn't extra strength, and it was the up&up (Target?) brand. There weren't any employees around to help me find it, and I was almost at the point where I was just going to give up and leave to go to another store. After finding what I needed, I quickly saw that there were two regular cash registers open, and both of them had lines of customers, so I went to the self check out registers and saw a few didn't have any customers. The employee who was monitoring the self check out registers didn't even look at me or say anything as I passed her to go to an open self check out register. So much for good and friendly customer service here. Customer service is lacking. One positive thing I can say is that up&up brand is inexpensive! read more

Each visit is welcomed with pleasant & helpful employees. This store seems to have Millennials in full effect & it's wonderful to see the politeness & wanting to help throughout the store. The store is well organized, clean & some departments have expanded...Athletic & Beauty to be specific. Also, the grocery, wine & beer selections are pretty impressive, as I got to pick up some Vegan Mochi. I see it as merchandise expansion perhaps or it's just the norm of an Atlanta store. Still somewhat of a treat for me as my six years in Bethesda & its neighborhood Target was pretty much slim pickings forcing me to order online for specific needs. The only downside is the Electronics department as the high-end TVs are never in stock nor available for online shipping. Here there is a Starbucks, a CVS Pharmacy - offering C-19 Vaccinations, six Self-Checkouts & a mobile station for debit/card payments only. This location hit the "bullseye" on C-19 precautions with complimentary face masks if you forget yours, Hand Sanitizer stations & a dedicated employee disinfecting the carts on spot. read more

This Target store is located in Toco Hills just off I-85 exit 89 - SR 42 (North Druid Hills Road). It used to be branded as Target Greatland. Target Greatland stores were bigger than standard Target stores. They had more inventory and featured amenities like food courts. I'm not sure if the Target Greatland brand exists anymore. Now, this store is just called Target, just like the rest of them. It is bigger, however, with a huge parking lot. It's in its own large standalone building. My girlfriend was looking for a hat to wear out on the lake. First, we checked the Target store close to my home in Atlantic Station. It had an OK selection and she settled on a hat for about $15. Not satisfied with her hat, she suggested we visit this Target on North Druid Hills, about a 15-minute drive away. The hat selection at this store was bigger and better. She quickly found a hat she was happy with for around the same price. After checking out, we headed to customer service to return the hat we just bought minutes earlier in Atlantic Station. Everything went smoothly. This is an older Target store. Aesthetically speaking, I like the Atlantic Station store better. However, this store seems to have superior product selection. I would return if I'm in the area or if I'm looking for a specific item that my home Target doesn't have. read more

This target yesterday had 4 self checks INOP out of 8. An attendant stood there doing nothing my whole time in the long line. That is annoying to see 1/2 the self checks out of order and very few regular lines open also. Another irritant is getting out of there once your done shopping. The access is terrible and it took a long time as the light is very long on Druid Hills and the barriers to get in and out of the lot, moreso to get out makes it difficult read more

This Target store is conveniently located off North Druid Hills Road (or Briarcliff). They have a huge parking lot with a few spots for their Drive Up delivery service. On site pharmacy, optical store, food, grocery items and many household essentials with great prices has quickly made this my go-to store. Oh, they even have a Starbucks inside that accepts the Starbucks app but also gives you Target Circle discounts. Based on my numerous visits, I can say that their grocery department lacks some of the quality and selection as compared to say a Publix or Kroger, but then again I don't think that's the intent. Being picky, I'm reducing a half a star due to the quality of items mainly. I have found that some of their grocery items don't last too long and don't taste the best. Other than that, they have a great selection of items throughout the store, and very well priced. They price match (and I've found discrepancies with their online pricing) but never had any issues with the staff doing the needful. I always check their Target Circle offers and even their promotions before making any purchase. I have used Target's Order Online - Store Pickup service and that's super easy, just scan and pickup your items from the Customer Service desk upfront. The staff upfront is usually very attentive and that that is a bonus! My only other complaint is that their checkout can get slow. Staff at checkout doesn't seem to be in any urgency and when they only have a few people working the checkout lines, the wait can be frustrating. Even the self-checkout lines get long. Another half star for not adjusting staffing at checkout when they see people waiting. In spite of the minor inconveniences, this is still my preferred Target store. read more

I shop at this target often as it is the closest to my home. Target is also my preferred big name everything store. This target is huge and it usually has everything you could be looking for except it is usually out of stock or considerably more expensive. I find the clothes section to definitely be on the "come up" for both women and girls. Lately I've been finding basic pieces that I would normally purchase but because they are out of my size (8-10/M) im usually forced to order online then ship to store. Same for the little girls section. Customer Service has been exceptional. When I've ordered clothes online they let me try them on in dressing room - on some instances I needed to return and it was handled respectfully and nicely. Today when I checked out, I realized I didn't have my wallet. Thankfully the cashier gracefully helped me through using ApplePay (I use it infrequently). Overall, I'm usually always able to run my quick errands for household and maybe a few groceries here. But the lack of sizing selection bumped this down a star for me. read more

I'm not sure why this Target has a low average rating. Despite being somewhat difficult to navigate to being a DC transplant, I was able to get everything I needed between Target and Publix after navigating the parking garage. While some seasonal items in the front of the store were out of stock, aisles in the back made for easier shopping. In typical Target fashion, some things in the beauty section were sold out/out of place. In their defense, I was there at 4PM on a Friday. Overall, fast and enjoyable trip. This is a nice Target. Quiet, laid back, overall nice staff. Cafe Bombay is close by, which means, that as you walk to the store from your parked car, you will smell Indian food; Cafe Bombay has a super strong exhaust system. Annoying. There is a Starbucks inside that has great staff. read more

Three employees at the 'customer service' counter talked to themselves while I waited but only briefly. Then I went to try to find what I needed by myself and it appears that they stopped carrying men's shoes really. So we left and solved or shoe quest at REI on the 85 Access Rd. This is the most incompetent Target I have ever dealt with. Target is known to be a great store to shop at, but the treatment every time at this location has been awful. I have given this store 4 tries and each one is horrible, and it has been increasingly horrible. The customer service for pickup orders and returns: it is VERY obvious the ladies do not want to be there. They are not friendly. They have attitude. I will NEVER be returning to this location. My online order they would not accept the return, even though I was providing online receipts. They gave me a refund on a target gift card when I wanted it refunded to my cc. One item they must've thrown around because when I opened the box at home it was broken! read more

At any given time all the employees are standing around talking and you can only checkout using the self checkout.The shelves are never completely stocked and the staff is rude. I've consistently asked employees where to find things and get told "I don't know". Normally Target employees go out of their way to assist. The employees here are just rude! 2. There are never enough lanes open. 2-3 is not enough for this busy location, especially during peak hours. 3. Items are consistently out of stock in the grocery department. This location is okay. The store seems like it's a tad dim. Lighting does play a big role on setting the right shopping vibe. I know I'm strange for mentioning this, but it's a definite factor when reviewing a business' in store experience/atmosphere. This location is pretty clean and organized. Some associates are more friendly than others. There were more less friendly individuals as I've only heard 2 employees greet customers out of the 6 to 8 that was in close proximity to me. Some even just stared at me while they had conversations on their own. One even talked on his cell phone while on the floor. :\ Tisk. Tisk. They do have a produce and frozen food sections here. I guess that's a good thing, but my trip here wasn't to explore that area of the store. lol. The stationary section they have was pretty stocked. As I maneuvered around looking for a journal and at the clearance items, I find that the person assigned to this area could have done a better job at organizing and putting things back. From passing by, yes, everything looks in order, but things weren't perfectly at it's designated area or even close to the price tags. It was annoying how I had to visit the price checker so many times. And their make-up clearance also was below par. I guess either they don't stock up as much and do not have a lot of clearance items or people just bought everything as soon as it's on sale, but their overall stock was limited in nature. The only real positive experience here was the cashier. She was super smiley and friendly. She even gave me a tip on how to keep my henna tattoo stay fresh longer. The two star review isn't bad, just that out of all the Targets in Atlanta, this is the one I never think of going to. Its off North Druid Hills and Briarcliff and I can never figure out how to enter the parking lot. I usually end up going in behind Chickfalay, and then can't figure out how to get to the Target from the CFA parking lot. There is also an entrance behind the Taco Bell, but depending upon which way you are coming up or down North Druid Hills and traffic flow, it may be difficult to enter that way too. However, to their defense, when I am looking for something in a Target store from the Target website, this location seemingly always pops up as having the item in stock. Also if an item is on sale online but not in the store, you can take the item to the customer service counter and they will match the online price. Not sure if they match other stores prices, but they will match the Target online price. The staff is helpful and when you pick up the red phone for an agent to come assist you in a particular area of the store, they get to you rather promptly. read more

Very disappointed with my experiences here. I tried calling before I came to ask a question, each time I called, I got hung up on as I was being transferred to the operator or truthfully any department as I tried multiple departments. When I got there there was only one register open with a long line. I checked out at customer service and when I asked about the phone lines, the employee told me that they just hang up if someone is on the phone already. Um really? How is this a good idea? Don't most businesses just place you on hold??? Another time when I went, the employees had zero knowledge of where their products were. I had to ask 3 different employees where something was and only one knew. Overall not great customer service and very disorganized. read more

The cashier rang up my things and then the card reader wouldn't read my Target Red card. The cashier seemed super annoyed, not apologetic. She had me put all my items back in my cart and sent me to Customer Service. I stood in line. I put all my things on the tiny counter space, which is not easy as that space isn't made for that. She rang them up. The card reader worked. The Customer Service cashier seemed super annoyed at me. Like I really annoyed her for being there with these items to ring up. It would have made such a difference if they were nice about it, and maybe even apologetic for the inconvenience. I cut a lot of slack for politeness. But the annoyance at me left me with a bad feeling. I think the manager needs to be aware of these things. read more

I can't get over the fact they 18 registers open, yet only 2 ever open with lines. The self check out in annoying. It never just works. Doesn't know if the product is bagged keeps alerting for someone to come reset it. It's a pain I am sure. I'm a big fan of this location, not a Super Target, but it is a Greatland. The shelves are usually fully stocked with sale and non sale items, which I appreciate. If you are a fan of electronics like I am, this department is somewhat skimpy, however what they lack in electronic items, they make up with their c.d. selection. The clearance section of this store is definitely my favorite! There is always a good selection to choose from. In fact, this place is really good for buying quality in-expensive gifts! I was able to find a designer/expensive looking iPod holder for my friend's birthday for $5 and some really cool novelty beer glasses for $8 bucks! (We'll just keep this as a little secret between you and I). Avoid this location at noon, and at 2:30p.m. on the weekdays though. Dekalb School of the Arts is right across the street. The young whipper-snappers are known to frequent and crowd up the street. read more

Blue Beats Pill. It seemed like something simple enough to locate, especially during back to school shopping season. The Target website carries it and I assumed it was available in all of their stores. I stopped here on my way home from work on the Friday before Labor Day. It wasn't particularly busy and at 4:40 PM I assume would have been adequately staffed. I was able to locate the Beats Pill display in the electronics department, but only the red, black, and white ones were in the case. I tried to find someone from the department to ask if they carried the blue one and I couldn't find anyone. No problem. I walked over to the Guest Services desk. I stood there alone for approximately 3 minutes before using the Yelp app to look up the store's phone number to call. I tried calling the electronics department directly, but no one answered and my call was routed to the operator. I told her I was in the store and needed assistance. At first she was confused and then asked if I was in electronics. I told her I was at Guest Services. She hung up and I heard an announcement that a Guest Needed assistance at Guest Services. A guy walked over and inside the door to get behind the counter. He walked around and then called out someone's name. He appeared to be looking for an associate he assumed was working. Keep in mind, he still hasn't even acknowledged me. Finally, he acknowledged me and I told him I needed him locating a blue Beats Pill. There weren't any on the shelf and I wanted to know if they carried them in that store. He picked up the phone and called someone. After giving the person my description (I was wearing an orange shirt at the time) he hung up and then pointed back at electronics and said they could help me over there. Long story short (too late, I know), they don't carry the blue Beats Pill at this Target. read more
