The pricing is spot on. No BS. These guys are on the ball. Eric had my tires in one day. I wanted brake pads as well. They did the tire install and brake pads in about an hour. The guy that did my brakes is a very good mechanic. Brakes are terrific. What a difference. The shop is very clean and well kept. Nothing bad to say. After several delays and poor communication, they finally did the job -- but soon after, I noticed a squeaking noise from the rear suspension. When I took the car back, they admitted they had missed installing some rubber components. I paid for the missing parts and waited again, only to find out later that those parts were never installed. The manager told me the parts didn't fit and that the mechanics had replaced them with "rubber spacers" without asking me. That's dishonest and unprofessional. I spent over $3,500 and lost several weekends due to their mistakes. They refused to take full responsibility or refund me for the parts I paid for. I do not recommend this shop at all. They lack honesty, communication, and professionalism. Do your research and take your car somewhere else.
