I frequent this car wash and so it is long overdue that I write a review, because These guys work…read moreso hard and are so kind... I always get the wash, the wheel and tire shine, as well as the interior. They also offer a more extensive detail, but I think that may require an appointment, not sure. The first time they did it, I was a little disappointed, because it wasn't spotless inside, but then I came back to reality. I had to consider things; the price(can't beat it), timing(they are good and quick), and realistically you can't expect a car to be spotless for that. As a young woman, going to a dominantly male car wash, they have never once made me feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of in any way. They are always very kind and respectful!! Give them a try!!

I look back and he is looking in the window at the dog and started yelling 'COME ON , COME ON " to my dog ! This is BS. I called the manager and there was no answer. If he is the manager or owner we are in trouble ! Non caring animal hater !! My dog did not bark or growl at any other employee. They did their jobs wiped the car down ect and there were no issues . So to the guy who takes the money in the hat, shame on you !! You just lost a customer due to your actions.

The drive-through exterior wash seemed standard and quite satisfactory, but the attention to detail on the interior was astounding and impressive! The staff cleaned little crevices that I'm sure had never been touched before. Windows, dashboard, upholstery, and floor mats were given careful attention and look terrific. Highly recommend!

I eat a lot in my car, so there's all kinds of crumbs in every nook and cranny. I also have dogs. If you have pets you know how impossible it is to get their hair out of the dang car. Anyways, it drives me nuts, but then I don't do anything about it. But then I saw on Facebook a mobile detailing service! They'll come to my house?! Everything about it was super easy peasy. Just a couple of clicks, a text, and then someone was in my drive way the next morning. Honestly, my car wasn't even this clean when I bought it. It smells nice now too! I spend a lot of time in my car so it feels so nice when it's clean. I will definitely use this service again!

Marques was very helpful and informative about the various options and different products he currently uses and has tried. He did an extremely thorough job, coating everything the eye could see, including the wheels and even the brake calipers (which look fantastic). When I went to pick up my car early in the morning, Marques was outside with it in sub-40 degree weather, doing some final touch-ups, just to make sure it looked perfect before handing it over. I posted pictures, but they really do not do justice to how it looked in real life. So far, the ceramic coating is amazing and my first test was when some sticky, gooey berries landed/stuck to my car and they came off with just a wet cloth; no scrubbing. They would have required some serious detergent and elbow grease before the treatment.

I had no choice in using this body shop, as they are the only ones Geico uses. I was a little…read moreconcerned as a few reviews mentioned people leaving the shop with more dents/scratches on their cars than when they arrived. I was pleased with the entire process. A body shop mechanic met me, went over everything he would do, and soon the Geico rep joined us, making sure I had every question answered. The body shop mechanic went around my car and noted every possible scratch and tiny dent. He was far more thorough than a car rental company! The car was ready when they promised, and it looks fantastic. I had an emailed estimate within a couple of hours, and the shop texted and emailed me during the process and when my car was ready. I had two estimates from other body shops in Frederick, and both were hundreds of dollars higher than Zamora. Perhaps that was because I asked for a self-paying estimate.

Picked up the car today and the paint had some specs in it, and they said they would wet sand it to get the specs out while I waited. It didn't work. Eric Zamora offered me $50 or $100 discount so he wouldn't have to paint the whole door again. He said the paint had a "Lifetime" guarantee. I said that's fine, I would pay the full amount. Drove the car home and then noticed that the passenger side side view mirror was melted. Literally the paint and plastic was melted.....!!!! So I called them and drove all the way back to the shop and Eric was already gone for the day, but his worker said that they looked at a picture from the front of the car and said they could see a shadow showing that the sideview mirror looked "wavey" Bull crap!!! He said they took the mirror and the door off the front passenger side to do work on the rear passenger side, and that they only put the sideview mirror in the car and that it couldn't have gotten damaged.... I said there is NO WAY that my sideview mirror could get MELTED on the top of it while it was on my car. The plastic and paint are literally melted!!! Car is in great condition except the door that had to be repaired. Now they are saying that the MELTED sideview mirror must have already been like that. No pictures of the sideview mirror damage prior to doing the work. They melted the sideview mirror at the shop. Don't know how or who, but it wasn't melted when I dropped it off....... Every place I have ever been too takes detailed pictures of a car to make sure that this exact thing doesn't happen!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. BEWARE. Dishonest. Go somewhere else.....
