I saw a car online I was interested in and I called the dealership. I was unable to get there on the day I called as I had the flu and we were juggling one car. I asked if the car could please be held until Thursday. The man on the phone said there were actually two of them on the lot and sure they could do that. I got a call Thursday around noon that the one vehicle left that I was coming to test drive was being sent to the Lexington Park site and she "goofed up" as she did not do something within the computer to keep the car there. There was a similar vehicle at the Germantown location that costs a bit more. I told her I was willing to look at and test drive that one if the price was negotiable for this mess she had just put me through. She retrieved the car and I went there to test drive it. The car's exterior was FILTHY. The black car was almost yellow. We drove it and it seemed fine. We returned and we noticed a lot of small nicks in the paint. We pointed them out to her and said due to the car's filth we can't tell if it's dirt or paint chips. She took it to the car wash and came back and there were chips EVERYWHERE. I said "Well, how much are willing to take off the price?" She said, no, this is a price tag dealership. We don't do that. So, despite what she said on the phone, they were going to do NOTHING. Then, she had the NERVE to text me the next day and said they would not change the price, but would "try to do that best they can" to clean up the paint job. If you are going to consider this place, show up and look at the cars and make sure they are clean as they may be hiding damage.

These people that I'm in this business are the lowest in the low be sure you document everything as I did and take it for a second opinion as soon as possible I bought a 2015 Audi A3 quattro that seemed to be in good shape when I made a comment about the brakes, Tarek (sales) indicated to me that it had just been sitting a very long time and that should go away I have called the shop I have emailed the shop and now I am filing court legal documents. I originally believe this would stay in civil court but I have enough documentation and statements from certified mechanics to take this to district. 2 bad EVAP cannisters, oil leaking massively, and a water pump were all required immediately. I also have a documented video of my friend pulling the hose out of the turbo and oil coming straight out of my turbo not even two months after purchase around 1800 to 2400 miles after purchase every review I've read on Yelp and Google he has s a standard sarcastic response to every bad review. I would strongly urge and advise you to not deal with these people and please document everything down to the text messages from the certified Audi dealerships you got work done, and to the CERTIFIED mechanic that gave you the second opinion and bring somebody with you during purchase so you have a witness he still has 10 days to respond to my certified letter where I was requesting $4800 in compensation due to negligence so far no response but no surprise there I have since compiled over $7000 in receipts so I believe this will go to district Court and we will both have to hire lawyers luckily I have a Pro bono who indicated with my documentation, It will be a swift judgement, Will update when that date comes.

It was the cheapest car they had on the lot and I told him I was paying cash (not financing) so I was the cheapest customer they'd ever see. He still treated me like I was buying a fleet of their most expensive car. Then I Cedrick and Kyle (the financier) showed me the total out the door price. I was floored it was exactly as described on the Car Guru. It was the list price, the mentioned dealer fee, the state tax, and some minor fee that I forgot the name because it was only like $35. That's it though! No hidden this or that! The list price was too good to be true so I expected to fight over BS fees, but there was nothing hidden added. After leaving with the car, driving home my wife tailed me and noticed that I had a brake like bulb that had died. I drove back to the dealership and they replaced the bulb and topped off my gas before I could finish the complementary coffee I was basically chugging before I knew how fast the fix would be.

My lease was just about up (1 month left) on my Range Rover Evoque and rather than turn it in and break even I figured why not see if I had a little equity in it since I was so far under the allotted mileage. So my first stop was CarMax in Frederick, MD - top notch place and very professional but they offered me right at what the lease payoff was. I was pretty bummed. On my way back to the interstate for a defeated drive back to my home in WV I passed guy holding a Cash Money Cars sign. I said what the heck and stopped and asked for directions there, conveniently a few minutes from CarMax. There I met Tony, a very easy going guy and senior buyer who explained the process start to finish with no pressure and no BS. He gave me an offer within 20 minutes for more than $2000 over the CarMax offer. I told him I'd consider it and sat on the offer for about a week. I was just about to go ahead and trade my Evoque towards my new car but then Tony called and followed up and went through the process one more time - he said we could have it done in under 40 minutes. So I went there the past Friday, sat down and did the paperwork, and walked away with a nice check for my leased vehicle - all in under 40 minutes. And just an FYI, it's very rare to walk away TO THE GOOD on any leased vehicle, you are usually lucky if you just break even. I admit I was skeptical at first but without a doubt I would do business with Cash Money Cars and Tony again. Do yourself a favor and skip CarMax and go straight to these guys.
