So this is possibly been the worst business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and the sad thing is I know the salesperson's sister-in-law. These people that I'm in this business are the lowest in the low be sure you document everything as I did and take it for a second opinion as soon as possible I bought a 2015 Audi A3 quattro that seemed to be in good shape when I made a comment about the brakes, Tarek (sales) indicated to me that it had just been sitting a very long time and that should go away I have called the shop I have emailed the shop and now I am filing court legal documents. I originally believe this would stay in civil court but I have enough documentation and statements from certified mechanics to take this to district. 2 bad EVAP cannisters, oil leaking massively, and a water pump were all required immediately. I also have a documented video of my friend pulling the hose out of the turbo and oil coming straight out of my turbo not even two months after purchase around 1800 to 2400 miles after purchase every review I've read on Yelp and Google he has s a standard sarcastic response to every bad review. I would strongly urge and advise you to not deal with these people and please document everything down to the text messages from the certified Audi dealerships you got work done, and to the CERTIFIED mechanic that gave you the second opinion and bring somebody with you during purchase so you have a witness he still has 10 days to respond to my certified letter where I was requesting $4800 in compensation due to negligence so far no response but no surprise there I have since compiled over $7000 in receipts so I believe this will go to district Court and we will both have to hire lawyers luckily I have a Pro bono who indicated with my documentation, It will be a swift judgement, Will update when that date comes. read more

Brought it back the next day and all the slicksters did was reset the computer. I watched the fake mechanic. He did NOTHING. DO NOT PURCHASE NOTHING FROM THEM THEY DO NOT HANDLE BUSINESS WELL. Purchased my vehicle August 11,2023 and it's not November 1st. My car has been in the shop more than I have driven it. The car is a lemon and almost $3,000 later in repairs I have to replace my vehicle. They were aware of the problems and chose to not fix the vehicle claiming the vehicle was out of warranty. I took pictures of the warning lights and mileage so I am very aware I produced notice of issues before warranty. Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. We went in with a beat up 2010 Prius and left with a 2016 Ford Focus. Which is amazing, we had originally left without purchasing but on the way home Erin the finance manager I am assuming called and did whatever she could to get us to come back. Which meant bumping up my trade in price from $1600 to $2000 after we were going to continue to look. She made sure I was able to afford my monthly payments and as mentioned did whatever she could to go above and beyond with helping us. They claimed they fixed it at the time of purchase. Once I drove it for a short period of time the air conditioning yet again didn't work! They try to do the very least to save money! We purchased a car about a month ago. The buying experience was truly pleasurable. Morgan was very helpful and Debbie from finance was very friendly. Unfortunately, I was undercharged taxes by almost $900 due to an oversight on the part of the staff and the "system." They weren't trying to swindle me out of money, but I received a call almost a month later, asking for more money to process my title and tags. It has been a nightmare dealing with Motorworld ever since. They claim my situation is very rare (trading in a VA registered car when purchasing and titling new car in MD) and there was "no way" they could have known the correct tax amount. My conversations with the owner, Tarek, have been truly traumatizing. He buckled down, refusing to admit any error because no one "intended" any harm. Repeating the same explanations of how the error was made over and over, talking over me and refusing to listen to my perspective. "I'm sorry, we made a mistake" was impossible for him to utter. (Have you ever met someone who thinks apologies are only owed when harm was intended?! This was that guy. Infuriating.) I asked Tarek to have the Tag and Title person call me back or for him to call me back the next day, as I'm pregnant and the conversation was stressing me to the point I was concerned about going into premature labor on my birthday (I kid you not), and though he agreed, no one called back. I called back the next week and he was defensive when I stated no one called back, saying he "already explained it." I had called to pay the money on a credit card to end this nightmare (they'd offered payments over time, but I can't see dealing with them an more than I have to), and even though I'd called to PAY, he raised his voice at me and argued with me and spoke over me. I may have let my pregnancy hormones get the best of me when I told him I felt bad for his staff and hoped for his partner's sake he wasn't married. Sometimes the truth just comes out when you're dealing with someone so pathologic. I can't believe that a business owner would ever talk to a customer this way, especially a man talking to a woman, and a pregnant military spouse at that. Of note, I asked multiple questions about this issue before the transaction took place, which could have changed the outcome, but no one working there had the correct information. The purchase order I signed quoted an incorrectly low price, and had we been given the correct price, we might have chosen a different vehicle, dealership, state of registration (due to military status), or at least rolled the extra money into our loan. I bought the car based on incorrect information, which the dealership stated they stated they couldn't have known. Both USAA and the MVA representative quickly did the math and told me this was a very common scenario they should have caught, and recommended I file formal complaints against the dealership with their respective institutions. Ultimately, we paid the difference in the incorrectly charged taxes, but Motorworld should have apologized at a minimum and really should have considered some sort of refund of the fees we paid them to handle the title and registration ($325), as they were incapable of doing so effectively. A simple interaction with this dealership would have been great, and I'd given them a 5 star review before this financial development. But the fallout from the way they've handled this issue has been so egregious, I feel like I need to warn others about the leadership and attitudes should anything go "wrong" with your deal. read more

Great service overall. They were all about helping find what I specifically wanted and didn't try to draw me towards any up sale or force me into anything I wasn't looking for. Told them exactly what I was in the market for and they found me every possible option they had. Morgan was very patient during the process of looking at all the vehicles and was happy to join us in the test drive. She made us feel very comfortable and didn't pressure us with any uncomfortable questions about the sale while on the test drive. When we got back from our test drives we decided on a vehicle to settle on and Deb went to bat fighting for the best deal we could possibly get. I purchased a Jeep Compass from Motorworld in May of this year and I was blown away by the customer service, price, and quality of the vehicle! Derrick went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and he was very pleasant and professional to work with. The pricing was extremely straight forward and transparent which I value greatly. The car was also priced very reasonably. I did not feel any "pressure" to purchase or make a decision quickly. After doing a test drive and spending some time with the car in the lot, I decided to purchase that day. Tarek and Derrick stayed after hours to complete the purchase for me. I financed the car through Motorworld and Tarek found a provider for me at exactly the price and rate I was looking for.
