No joke, we got more done in one day with them than three weeks with the Floor Store. Stay far away from the Floor Store unless you want overpriced material and slow, ineffective communication.

Was given Brandon's number at Moser Carpet Repair so I decided to text and see if I could get an estimate for some carpet stretching. Brandon responded right away and informed me that when carpet is installed correctly, it should not need stretching. Usually if you see creases in your carpet, it means someone didn't do a good job when installing the carpet. He talked about carpet kickers and CRI residential codes, etc. Honestly I was a little overwhelmed with all the info but after doing some research, it seemed like Brandon had some good points and knew what he was doing. We were able to set up an appointment that weekend. Brandon and his assistant showed up on time and got right to work. It was definitely not an easy process and I could tell it was very labor-intensive. But they worked hard and ever since then, we haven't seen any creases or bulges in our carpet! Would definitely recommend you contact Brandon and Moser Carpet Repair for any carpet stretching or carpet repair jobs you need.
