Moser Carpet Repairs was recommended by our carpet cleaning company. We had these awful bulges in our upstairs carpet that we had kind of resigned ourselves to looking at, since we had no idea how to repair it or whom to call. Was given Brandon's number at Moser Carpet Repair so I decided to text and see if I could get an estimate for some carpet stretching. Brandon responded right away and informed me that when carpet is installed correctly, it should not need stretching. Usually if you see creases in your carpet, it means someone didn't do a good job when installing the carpet. He talked about carpet kickers and CRI residential codes, etc. Honestly I was a little overwhelmed with all the info but after doing some research, it seemed like Brandon had some good points and knew what he was doing. We were able to set up an appointment that weekend. Brandon and his assistant showed up on time and got right to work. It was definitely not an easy process and I could tell it was very labor-intensive. But they worked hard and ever since then, we haven't seen any creases or bulges in our carpet! Would definitely recommend you contact Brandon and Moser Carpet Repair for any carpet stretching or carpet repair jobs you need. Even though the location shows that they work in the Bay Area, they actually do work in Placer County also (Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, etc). read more

Brandon is an absolute wizard with carpets. Our Carpet was installed 1997 and we still love it. However, it developed quite a few stains over the years. I had hired multiple carpet cleaners to remove the stains to no avail. I finally hired Brandon to dye the carpet to its original color. Brandon came in and sized up the job and decided that he would be able to clean and remove the stains which he did. Amazingly! It has been a year and a half since he cleaned our carpets and none of the stains have resurfaced. They still look great. At his suggestion, We had him refurbish and Scotchgard the entire carpet throughout the house which has been very helpful to manage future stains that have occurred. Thanks to Brandon, we may never need to replace our carpet which is actually his suggestion. He said they do not make carpet of as high a quality as ours anymore. If I ever need anything with regard to carpet repair, I will definitely hire Brandon. He is quite amazing. read more

Several wrinkles had developed in my wall-to-wall carpet and the situation was only getting worse. Moser came out and gave what I thought was a very reasonable estimate for stretching and cleaning. Both were done today by a friendly and competent workman. I am extremely pleased with the excellent result and would highly recommend the company for any carpet issue you might have. Moser Carpet Repairs made it as easy as it could be to arrange for a carpet repair, and the results are terrific. The carpet in our closet was damaged due to a water leak, and had to be replaced. Jesse from Moser took care of it quickly and professionally, and did great work. He offered good suggestions on how to orient the new carpet to minimize the appearance of any seams, which I definitely appreciated. The results look great! I'll definitely use them for future carpet work! read more

Had a time sensitive carpet patch need, and Brandon (owner) didn't disappoint! We got off to a great start with a very reasonable price quote. The tech arrived in timely fashion, did a donar cutout and matched the pattern perfectly even though the stain was in a challenging spot and the carpet pattern was fairly complex. Highly recommend this outfit as they showed great conscientious in handling my project from start to finish. Bravo! read more

Brandon is an artist when it comes to correcting carpet bleach spots. 1000% recommend!

I used Moser Carpet Repair for some small carpet repairs. Making the appointment was easy with a wonderfully responsive coordinator at Moser. An estimate was provided online based on a video of the required repairs, making the process efficient. Moser provided several timely updates and confirmations prior to the appointment. Jesse from Moser arrived on time to make the repairs and our carpets look like no damage was every done. He was professional and committed to quality. His knowledge of carpets and how to do repairs was exceptional. I couldn't be happier with Moser's service, quality work, and customer responsiveness. It was an easy experience from beginning to end. My compliments to Jesse for his fine craftsmanship. Steve M. read more

Highly highly recommend Moser for any kind of carpet repairs. Professional, effective, high quality. I recently had Moser Carpet Repairs work on the top floor and stairs of my home, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. There were some really tough stains that I didn't think anyone could fix, but they managed to get most of them out, exceeding my expectations. The carpets look significantly better, and it's clear they take pride in their work. The pricing was fair for the quality of service, and I definitely feel I got my money's worth. If you're looking for someone to breathe new life into your carpets instead of replacement, I highly recommend Moser Carpet Repairs. read more

We hired them to fix some stains in our carpets. The owner assured me they would not just cut circular holes in the carpet and that is exactly what they did. They also took the holes out of a remnant in the closet assuring us they would replace the remnant and its been over a week now. Don't hire them. read more

Fast, responsive, and quality carpet installation from Moser Carpet Repairs. Brandon, Jennifer, and Jose worked together and gave us the best experience we could have asked for. I received a quote in the same night I asked for it and they measured the property the following day. We are first-time homebuyers and we had a lot to coordinate between other renovations and had a lot of questions about the carpet/color/installation time. Jennifer was responsive and coordinated with me on all of my requests and even got me in touch to speak with the owner Brandon in order to help. Brandon went out of his way to help me and my family choose the best carpet within our budget and really helped us out. Jose installed the carpet for my entire second floor and stairs in a day. My father-in-law is a contractor and went over his work and approved of all of his installation. Dude hauled ass (for a lack of a better phrase). Jose is a pro and it shows. Each person from the Moser Carpet team was professional and customer service oriented. I plan to contact them again for any additional carpet repairs (hopefully not needed lol). My experience with this team has been 10 out of 10 and can't recommend them enough. read more

Found this company to install carpet on our stairs inside the house, and I'm so glad I found them! From beginning to end, Jennifer and Brandon from Moser Carpet Repairs were in constant, open communication with me regarding everything about the job. I provided initial pictures, stair dimensions, and desired color of carpet. At Brandon's suggestion, I went to a carpet supplier in the city to pick out a color/type of carpet. Took 5 minutes for me to decide, but then again, I knew what I wanted. Everything was taken care of for me and done effortlessly through text messages and online confirmations. Price and quality of work were definitely the best of all the other places we looked at. Someone picked up the carpet before the job. The technician, Jose, came in around 10 am and was done by around 2 pm, and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. The pictures show the hard work but don't entirely do it justice. Carpet feels soft, safe to walk on, and not slippery at all, and it looks absolutely fantastic. We will definitely keep Moser in mind when a future carpet job comes up. Jose worked so hard and did such a great job! Thank you so much Jennifer, Brandon, and Jose for making our dreams come true for our stairs! House feels so much warmer, safer, and more inviting already! What are you all waiting for? Get your carpet jobs done with Moser today! read more

Our carpets were extremely dirty and Steve did a good job getting the upstairs carpets clean. Our downstairs carpet needed a repair and there were some very difficult stains. Unfortunately, the patch is so prominent that it is quite ugly. The stains did not really come out at all. I do not blame Moser for not being able to blend the resulting patch better with the carpet and as they said, some stains just can't be removed. I wish they had been more realistic up front. I would have just replaced the downstairs carpet if they had told me that there was no way to get enough dirt out to make the patch plausible. Now I'm out the $300 for repair and I still will need to replace the carpet. Again, this is a problem of expectation rather than skill. However, experience should have told them that this was not going to end well. I'm not mad, just disappointed. read more

5 stars for the amazing customer service. I am starting to look for carpet, and was doing research on how to avoid carpet issues. I called Jennifer, who set me up on a call with Brandon in less than a day. Brandon took 30 minutes out of his day, on a job site, to provide me with his professional insights around carpet, pad, install, stain resistance, everything. He even asked which stores I was considering and provided a great recommendation. Their time is valuable and I really appreciate that he and Jennifer made the effort for someone who did not need a carpet repair. If they provide this kind of value for someone who is not paying anything, just think about how they would treat actual customers. This is the kind of business that I would absolutely recommend to friends and family. And once I get my carpet in, I hope I won't need their services, thanks to Brandon's fantastic advice, but if I do, I'll be sure to call them first. Thank you Brandon and Jennifer! read more

These guys and gals are the real deal. - They are the ONLY carpet-dying company that's in the North Bay but they're the only one you'll ever need - I contemplated patching my carpet but was thrilled I opted not to as you can't even see the bleach stain! - Jeniffer, Douglas, and Steven were amazing to work with - Communication was spot on. They texted and provided updates from the same number which made it easy to track my project - Jeniffer texted to confirm my appointment the day prior - Steven texted me and told me he was on his way that morning and was on time even after driving from San Jose to Rohnert Park - Steven also parked in the visitor spot in my complex versus another homeowner's spot. He took his shoes off when entering my home, and was clean, friendly, professional, and confident he could fix my carpet - No complaints and loved working with them (I'll need to find more excuses so I can use them again lol) Thank you all so much! read more

Steve did a really good job with my unique carpet job. He wasn't happy in the beginning as it seems he felt they under bid the job. I was trying to replace the carpet in my hall that my sick cat had destroyed with the carpet from one of the bedrooms that matched. I could not get anything new to match. It definitely was not an easy job. They had told me it would take 3 hours. He had to cancel his next job as he knew it would take him more time then he thought. He worked until about 6:30 to get the job done. He did a beautiful job and it looks nice and feels so nice to walk on. Thanks Steve for doing such a nice job. I did pay him more then the bid for his additional time and work. read more

After a 15 year life of my Berber carpet in a rental, it needed some help.
